Cultivation: Starting from a Mortal Bone

”What...what are you doing?!”

Even though her heart was in a panic, the Sect Leader still tried to maintain composure, keeping up her dignified posture as both leader and master. However, the trembling in her voice betrayed her uncertainty.

Yet, Qin Yu looked serious, holding her jade-like hand, and solemnly said, ”Disciple is merely concerned about Master’s health, there are no other thoughts!”

He didn’t actually use much strength, merely holding gently.

A test, of sorts.

After all, if he truly did nothing, it would be difficult to reach any outcome.

Is he really waiting for the Sect Leader to act on her own accord?

He hadn’t anticipated that his master’s resistance would be so weak.

Instantly, Qin Yu felt a wave of delight in his heart.

”Heh!”

The Sect Leader merely let out a light chuckle.

She said nothing, but it was as if she’d said everything.

If there are no other thoughts, why keep holding her hand?!

Now that she thought about it, ever since Qin Yu descended from the Flying Ship upon arriving at the Immortal Sect, his gaze seemed off.

He probably had ill intentions from that moment on, right?!

Yet somehow,

The Sect Leader didn’t feel repelled.

”Master, I’m afraid I can’t stay by your side to fulfill my duties forever.”

Suddenly, Qin Yu sighed, his eyes growing dim.

Heh!

A tainted sense of duty, that’s all.

She didn’t need it!

Wait a moment.

The Sect Leader was slightly stunned.

What does that mean?

Is he planning to leave the Cyan Mountain Sect?!

Suddenly, a slight tension gripped the Sect Leader’s heart, a feeling she couldn’t quite describe began to spread.

Disappointment?

Or...fear of losing?

She wasn’t sure.

But she did feel uncomfortable.

Was she going to be left behind?!

Her younger sister would certainly follow him.

Even her good friends probably wouldn’t stay.

Then, she’d be left with no one in the Cyan Mountain Sect to confide in.

A wave of loneliness crashed over her like a tidal wave, giving the Sect Leader a sinking feeling.

Qin Yu clearly felt the small hand he held tense momentarily, then continued, ”While in the Secret Realm, I comprehended the Ancient Array, and the Hall Master might summon me at any time...”

He didn’t state a specific time, but that time might well be tomorrow, or the day after.

The Sect Leader didn’t respond, but at some point, her Dai Mei eyebrows furrowed slightly.

”My only concern is Master’s injury...”

Qin Yu suddenly lifted his head to meet her eyes directly.

In the next moment, the Sect Leader seemed to realize something, suddenly panicking slightly, and said, ”My injury has already improved, you don’t need to worry.”

She was truly a bit frightened.

Just thinking back to the incident that happened in the hot spring, her throat felt...

A bit uncomfortable.

Unpleasant might be the better word.

”Improved?”

Qin Yu looked at her in surprise.

The Sect Leader also realized she might have misspoken, her complexion turning slightly unnatural.

Qin Yu seemed to realize something as well.

Could it be that the Sect Leader had already gained some advantage?

After all, at that time, he had been scared quite significantly by the Sect Leader...

Indeed.

That’s what being scared meant.

”Swoosh!”

Being stared at by him constantly, the Sect Leader couldn’t sit still, stood up directly, and was about to leave.

Clearly, she wanted to avoid the situation.

How could Qin Yu let go of such a good opportunity so easily?

Besides, he hadn’t let go of her hand yet, just a gentle tug, and he pulled the Sect Leader into his embrace.

Though it wasn’t the first time, doing so openly with clarity of intent was indeed a first.

The Sect Leader was completely unprepared when she collided into his chest, momentarily stunned. She instinctively tilted her head back, wanting to assert, ”You... Mmph!”

Just as she spoke a word, Qin Yu had already bent down and sealed her small mouth.

At that instant, the Sect Leader’s eyes widened, filled with disbelief.

She... had been forcefully kissed by her own disciple?!

She tried to free herself from Qin Yu’s embrace, but found it futile, all efforts in vain. Her body was involuntarily pressed against him, leaving no gap between them.

Time seemed to blur.

When they finally broke apart, the Sect Leader was breathing heavily, her lips slightly swollen like petals glistening with morning dew, her eyes dazed, her mind somewhat adrift.

In Qin Yu’s gaze, the sight was incredibly captivating, especially her slightly parted lips, seemingly issuing some sort of invitation...

So, he captured that alluring little mouth once again.

”Mmph!”

Slowly, the Sect Leader completely melted in his arms, letting him do as he pleased.

Until, she snapped back to reality when her andographic painting was held by the rebellious disciple, she struggled slightly.

Once Qin Yu released her, after a moment, she glared at him with watery eyes, reproaching, ”Haven’t you had enough?!”

Yet her voice had changed, clearly meant to scold, it sounded more like a pout.

”Not enough.”

Qin Yu answered honestly.

The Sect Leader in his arms now was even more enchanting than when persuading the Saint Monk.

He couldn’t even bear to look away, wanting to engrain this moment deeply into his mind.

”You... audacious!”

The Sect Leader clearly hadn’t anticipated that the disciple who used to be so respectful and obedient before her would become so forceful.

Dazedly, he reminded her somewhat of those domineering Immortal Venerables in fable books.

Her heart quivered slightly, yet she continued to say, ”I am the Sect Leader, still your master, you mustn’t treat me like this.”

She was reminding Qin Yu, perhaps also reminding herself.

Qin Yu continued to look at her, saying, ”But... Disciple can’t help himself.”

He had never been one for sweet words.

Thought it awkward, unnecessary to express emotions in a cheesy way.

If said emotions are spoken, are they even real?

But when it came to this, it just came out involuntarily.

The Sect Leader stood still, her heart once again stirred.

Qin Yu, who had been so dominant before, was now so... tender.

However, her gaze dimmed again quickly.

No!

She couldn’t do anything that would betray her younger sister.

”Release me, this is the courtyard, if someone walks in and sees...”

As she spoke, Qin Yu suddenly lifted her into his arms, striding towards the room.

Before she could react, the door was already shut.

”Bang!”

The light sound snapped the Sect Leader back to sobriety, and she realized what might soon transpire.

”You... put me down.”

Qin Yu indeed obliged, setting her down, but it was onto the bed.

In the next moment, just as the Sect Leader tried to speak, her lips were sealed once more.

”Mmph!...”
