Hogwarts: I Am an Exemplary Wizard

Chapter 1204 -837: Super Godparent_3

Sometimes, when he really couldn’t stand it, he would mix a large glass of pumpkin juice with honey mead and tell Aberforth to scram.

“This kid really doesn’t know how to behave, he’s far worse than Grindelwald.”

Gradually, this sentiment became the consensus among all the patrons in the bar.

In their view, Aberforth should be happy about his brother’s transformation, not always going against him.

With his comparison, Grindelwald seemed even more admirable, and even Kode’s attitude towards him changed.

“Maybe I misunderstood.” During a drinking session, he said to Kael, “Although Durmstrang is a terrible school, Gellert was expelled, which means he might not be that bad, right? Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been expelled.”

“Or maybe what he did was intolerable even for Durmstrang,” Kael thought to himself, but on the surface, he just looked at Kode and said with interest,

“So are you planning to invite him to your place?”

“Let’s wait a bit.” Kode said with a smile, “We can talk about it after my child is born, which should be in a few months.”

“Oh, you never mentioned that before.” Kael looked at him in surprise.

“Did I not mention it?” Kode blinked, “Well, now you know, and it’s not too late.”

“Then I have to prepare a good gift.” Kael thought for a moment, “How about a whole case of aged oak barrel brandy.”

“If it’s for me, I’d be over the moon.” Kode smacked his lips, “But usually, we don’t give alcohol to a newborn wizard.”

“Haha, just kidding.” Kael laughed, “I’ll prepare something special.”

“I’ll be waiting then.” Kode laughed. “By the way, I have an idea.”

“What?”

“Would you like to be my child’s godfather?”

Whoosh…

Kael almost spewed his drink.

“Are you serious?” Kael looked at him incredulously, “We’ve only known each other for such a short time, is this appropriate?”

“There’s nothing inappropriate about it.” Kode said earnestly, “In fact, I think you’re a nice person, and your future achievements are sure to be boundless. I’d be thrilled to have you as my child’s godfather.”

“Really?” Kael raised an eyebrow, “But just yesterday, you were advising me to change careers, saying that researching magical history has no future.”

“That was just a drunken joke, don’t mind it.” Kode waved his hand, “Besides, you might not always be researching that stuff.”

“Well… let’s talk about it later.” Kael looked at him and changed the subject, “By the way, have you decided on the child’s name? Do you need help?”

“No need, it’s been decided long ago.” Kode said, “His name will be Henry, how does that sound?”

“Very nice.” Kael said, feeling strange inside, as if he had heard the name somewhere before, until he happened to glance at Kode’s hair.

A head of messy black hair, looking like a bird’s nest, really should be tidied up with some Rapid Smooth Hair Agent.

“Wait…” Kael suddenly thought of something and asked, “Kode, what’s your surname?”

“You mean you don’t know my surname till now?” Kode said in surprise, seemingly a bit annoyed.

“Sorry, I…”

“Listen up, my name is Kode Potter, honestly, I should rethink making you my child’s godfather.”

Kael didn’t catch anything he said after that, because if Kode’s surname was Potter, then his child would be…

Henry Potter.

Kael finally realized where he had heard that name before, at a store in Diagon Alley.

He had once bought a lot of Rapid Smooth Hair Agent there to give as a gift to Snape, and this name was printed on an old poster in the store.

Henry Potter, Fleamont Potter… The inventor of Potter’s Rapid Smooth Hair Agent.

That’s not the point, the point is that they are father and son, and Fleamont is Henry’s son, who later also had a son named James, who married a Muggle-born girl, Lily Evans.

In other words, this unborn Henry is Harry Potter’s great-grandfather.

Tsk…

Kael smacked his lips,

It’s hard to imagine, if he really became Henry’s godfather, what would Harry call him when he returned?

Oh right, there’s also Sirius, as Harry’s godfather, he wouldn’t escape either.
