Unrivaled Miracle Doctor: The God-Defying Demonic Consort

Chapter 796: Chapter 231: Throwing Her into the Pit of Snakes (Part 1)

When Yan Ya was dragged into the Taixuan Ancient Palace by the Demon Guards, passing by the servant girl kneeling on the palace path, she gave her a grateful smile.

However, her current appearance was too miserable, so the smile lacked beauty.

She transmitted a message: ’Rest assured, when I regain my status, I will surely thank you properly.’

The servant girl was momentarily stunned upon hearing the message, and by the time she reacted, Yan Ya had already been dragged far away, leaving her no chance to explain. ’Vassal Lord, it wasn’t me! I haven’t even seen His Majesty!’

The servant girl felt a sudden chill down her spine in response to Yan Ya’s words of gratitude.

She suddenly realized this might be the last time she would see her master.

”Summon the accused, Yan Ya, to the hall—!”

Two Demon Guards, dragging Yan Ya by the arms, showed no pity, carrying her into the Desolate Hall and throwing her before Si Mo and Mu Qingge.

The demons in the hall saw her in her current state and whispered among themselves.

Was this still the Vassal Lord Yan Ya, who always maintained her status, with an exquisite appearance and graceful demeanor?

Everyone was secretly shocked and realized a truth... that is, those who offend the Princess, if she decides to bear a grudge, will not have a good outcome.

Yan Ya was thrown before Si Mo, who lowered his eyes, looking at the woman covered in blood and grime, frowning in displeasure. Mu Qingge silently watched his expression and noticed that, apart from disgust, there was no other emotion in his eyes.

It seemed that he really did not remember who Yan Ya was.

”Who is she? What crime did she commit?” Si Mo asked coldly, his voice completely devoid of emotion.

At this point, before anyone could answer, Yan Ya raised her head and in a pitiful and wretched voice said, ”Your Majesty—, the Princess wants to harm me!”

Her pitiful cries echoed continuously within the Desolate Hall.

Her words caused Mu Qingge to slightly raise the corners of her mouth, a trace of disdain in her eyes.

Si Mo also frowned deeply because of her words, a fierce killing intent rising in his eyes.

”Someone, throw her into the Hyena Pit.” Suddenly, a word from Si Mo caused a stir in the Desolate Hall.

Mu Qingge looked at him in surprise, blinking her eyes.

”You don’t even know what happened, maybe I’ve really wronged her?” Mu Qingge couldn’t help but say.

Si Mo turned his gaze towards her, his eyes carrying a dignified air, speaking slowly so that his voice could be heard throughout the Desolate Hall. ”Daring to accuse you is already a crime worthy of death.”

What!

Everyone in the hall gasped.

Yan Ya was also shocked, her eyes wide open, looking up at Si Mo in disbelief.

Her king actually said such words?

Could it be... she wasn’t as important as the unknown woman sitting beside him?

Mu Qingge twitched her mouth, saying to Si Mo, ”You should listen to the whole story before deciding how to handle it.”

Just as she finished speaking, Qing Ze, standing in the hall, moved his eyes and stepped forward, saying to Si Mo, ”Your Majesty, this is what happened.”

He pointed towards the injured Yan Ya, who had been harmed by Si Mo’s merciless words, ”This is the Clan Leader of the Yanyu Clan, and also the former Vassal Lord of Yanyu City, Yan Ya. Not long ago, she had an incident in the palace involving the Princess...”

Qing Ze recounted the events succinctly and in order, his words impartial without favoritism or embellishment.

However, when he finished speaking, Yan Ya awoke from her grief and still defended herself. ”No! He’s lying! Your Majesty, I did not want to harm the Princess, nor do I wish to harm the royal heir! It’s all a conspiracy against me! They are all in it together, all of them! Your Majesty, you must stand up for me!”

Her defense felt powerless in the Desolate Hall.

It wasn’t a matter of belief or disbelief, but rather that anyone smart enough knew that any further defense would be useless.

For Yan Ya was too insignificant in His Majesty’s heart.

And the Princess...

After today, who in the entire Taixuan Ancient Palace, in the entire Taixuan Demon Realm, would dare to offend their Princess? His Majesty’s attitude had made everything clear; he was extremely fond of this Princess!

Yan Ya’s words echoed in the Desolate Hall.

There was a dead silence, and no one dared to interrupt.

As Yan Ya looked hopefully at Si Mo, hoping he would speak a word for her, just one word would be enough, Si Mo spoke as she wished.

However, the words he uttered sent a shiver down one’s spine.

”To dare plot against my heir. It seems throwing you into the Hyena Pit is too lenient, so peel off your skin first, then throw you into the Hyena Pit. I will watch together with the Princess.”

Boom—!

Yan Ya’s heart suddenly shattered into pieces.

She stared wide-eyed, looking at Si Mo in disbelief. Had she heard it wrong? Had she? The vicious words from His Majesty were not directed at her, were they?

Yet, when she saw the gazes directed at her from all around, she felt that she had not misheard.

The man she loved all her life truly wanted to treat her with such cruelty!

”No—! Your Majesty, you can’t do this to me! I love you! No matter what, I love you! How can you be so cruel to me!” Yan Ya’s heart-wrenching cries resounded.

This declaration before death brought a trace of mockery to Mu Qingge’s eyes.

And Si Mo wore a face full of disgust, ”What are you waiting for?”

The sound of armor clanging arose as the Demon Guards stepped forward again, dragging the struggling, screaming Yan Ya out of the Desolate Hall.

According to their king’s orders, they would peel off her skin first, then throw her into the Hyena Pit!

”Your Majesty—! Your Majesty—!”

Yan Ya’s voice still echoed within the Desolate Hall.

Si Mo murmured something only Mu Qingge could hear clearly—

”Disgusting woman.”

Mu Qingge raised her eyebrows, looking at him with interest.

Feeling her gaze, Si Mo turned his eyes toward her, his amber eyes showing great seriousness, ”You are special.”

Mu Qingge’s lips twitched slightly; she really wanted to retort, ’Should I thank you for that!’

”Little Ge’er, do you want to go see it? The snake pit won’t disappoint you.” Si Mo looked at her deeply, his amber eyes filled with anticipation.

Initially, Mu Qingge wasn’t very interested in such tormenting scenes.

However, since Si Mo showed interest, how could she refuse?

So, after pondering in her mind for a moment, she nodded.

The word ”虺” means snake.

The ”snake pit,” as the name suggests, is a pit full of snakes.

She decided to witness the punishments in the Demon Realm today.

Upon her nod, Si Mo revealed a faint smile. Their figures faded and then disappeared from the Desolate Hall.

When they reappeared, Mu Qingge smelled a stench.

She looked closely and realized they were standing on a high platform, below which was a pit measuring three feet square and over a foot deep, filled with countless poisonous snakes.

Mu Qingge discovered that the poisonous snakes were ordinary ones; given the Demon Clan’s physique, biting them wouldn’t cause immediate poisoning.

In other words, even if bitten by these snakes, the person inside wouldn’t die immediately. She would endure various tortures before finally succumbing.

One must say, this method was extremely cruel.

Just as they arrived, the magic light flashed around the pit, and everyone from the Desolate Hall appeared here too.

At this moment, several Demon Guards, holding jars in their arms, approached the snake pit.

They came to the side of the pit, broke the seal on the jars, and poured all the liquor into the snake pit.

”What is that?” Mu Qingge asked curiously.

Could it be that they’re feeding the snakes on liquor before executing?

”Aphrodisiac.” Si Mo’s answer was simple and straightforward.

Mu Qingge gasped, looking at him in shock.

There’s even an aphrodisiac given to these snakes as part of the punishment! Knowing that snakes are inherently lustful, adding drugs will likely...

”Little Ge’er.” Suddenly, Si Mo turned his eyes to her, something seemed to be flowing in the depths of his amber eyes.

Mu Qingge gazed at him, her eyes full of inquiry.

Si Mo tightly held Mu Qingge’s hand, his thumb slowly rubbing her hand’s back, and seduced her with a low, magnetic voice, ”Before, I complied with all your wishes. Shouldn’t you comply with one of mine?”

”What is it?” Mu Qingge’s hand itched from his rubbing, but she still noticed the implication in his words.

However, Si Mo did not continue but instead smiled faintly at her, ”Just remember you owe me one.”

Mu Qingge looked at him with confusion, intending to ask further, but then saw the Demon Guards carrying a skinned woman toward the snake pit.

She held back her words, quietly watching the scene.

”Your Majesty... Your Majesty...” Yan Ya’s skin was peeled off, with muscles, blood vessels, and bones fully exposed.

Yet, she continually muttered Si Mo’s name.

Mu Qingge coldly ridiculed the man beside her, ”Seems she’s still deeply in love with you!”

Si Mo frowned with disdain, ”I’ve seen too many women like that.” Saying this, he looked at Mu Qingge again, all the disdain in his eyes disappeared, replaced with full seriousness, ”I only want your deep love alone.”

The unexpected confession made Mu Qingge’s thick-skinned face blush slightly.

Below the platform, Yan Ya’s infatuation received no sympathy.

Because she was always fantasizing about what didn’t belong to her.

She was mercilessly thrown into the snake pit by the Demon Guards.

The bloodied person thrown into the pit, and those snakes, already aroused by aphrodisiacs, couldn’t wait any longer and climbed onto her.

”Ah—! No—! Don’t come over—! Ah—!”

Yan Ya’s screams echoed around.

Such misery would likely cast a shadow for those witnessing it for the first time. Fortunately, Mu Qingge was not a saint nor a virtuous maiden; she wouldn’t sympathize with a woman who harbored malicious intentions towards her and coveted her man.

She calmly looked at Yan Ya wrapped in the serpents, watching those snakes controlled by aphrodisiacs act wantonly on her, losing interest suddenly.

”Let’s go.” She suggested.

Si Mo nodded slowly, not forcing her to continue watching.

He turned with her, disappearing before the demons’ eyes.

Once they left, the crowd around the snake pit began to discuss fervently as if relieved.

”It seems this Princess is truly not simple.”

”A Princess who can sway Your Majesty’s decisions, how can she be simple?”

”What’s her origin?”

”...”

Everyone was very curious about Mu Qingge’s origin, but did Si Mo need to explain to anyone? His attitude towards Mu Qingge had already explained everything. Regardless of her background, as long as he wanted to spoil her, she was the sole mistress of the Taixuan Demon Realm!
