Child of Destiny

What Shin had gotten was not only limited to the Dragon Heart and the fragment of the Divine Apostle, which now became a Divine Soul Stone. Given that he had slayed an evil dragon, albeit weakened greatly, the materials that could be obtained from the colossal corpse were something that could make everyone crazy.

Hundreds of gallons of draconic blood, a full set of dragon claws, as well as dragon teeth along with the fangs, dragon scales, and fully intact dragon bones – he had harvested quite a lot of draconic materials from the corpse of Evil Dark Dragon Kardama.

He was sure that Berlin would love to craft a set of armor and weapons with these materials when he presented them to the Dwarven Saint Blacksmith.

Even Shin felt a little curious about what kind of armor and weapon could be crafted with such high-quality materials.

Unfortunately, he already looking for the Divine Armor that Saint Blacksmith Berlin had promised him, which was also something that could grow alongside him. After all, the said Divine Armors of the Myths and Legends were something mortals and other races used to fight against the Divine Beings during the Era of Gods and Immortals.

But Shin could not waste these materials either, so he had to consider how he would deal with them later.

After securing the loot, Shin then proceeded to assess the rewards that he had gotten upon completing this trial and the dungeon.

He had acquired four levels, which was a great thing for someone like him at the head of the pack. Leveling up in their current tier was not just hard, but quite challenging as well.

Just with these 4 levels, his ‘little trip’ in this dungeon was already worth it.

At this moment, he was already Level 180, which could already put him at the forefront of the leading players.

He thought about this, Shin could not help but get reminded of Arthur, who was currently training in the Ancestral Lands of the Springfield Family. That guy was still stuck at Level 160+, which would greatly upset him once he learned that Shin was way ahead of him.

As for the next reward, the Inheritance of the Fifth Envoy, Altus, Shin had received the insights and achievements of this predecessor of his when it came to controlling and communicating with the Fire Element.

He did not receive any legacy skill or anything, but what he had learned could be more helpful for him in the long run, especially when one of his main Elements right now was the Eternal Flame.

He might not be following the footsteps of Fifth Envoy Altus when it comes to his mastery over the Powers of the Brilliant Sun, and created the most powerful Brilliant Flames in the history of the Church of the Sun and Moon. But he would at least use the path that Altus had taken as a guide to walk on his chosen path.

Eternal Flame was more suitable for him, so he had chosen this path to further hone himself.

Aside from the insights and enlightenment about the Fire Element, he had also gained some knowledge when it came to the Light Element, which was another element that he majored in.

The Five Elements of fire, water, wood, earth, and metal alongside the dual elements of light and darkness as well as the special element of Void – these were his major elements at the moment, while the elements of Blood and Shadow (Psychic) acted as secondary and supporting elements.

It was still somewhat complicated, but he had already gotten a decent plan on how he would proceed, such as using the Element of ‘Crimson Blood’ to reinforce his body while the ‘Psychic Shadow’ would enhance his mind.

The other reward was another special title. But given the color and rank of this particular title, Shin could tell that it was on the same level as the other special titles that he possessed, such as Storm Rider, Champion of the Seven Seas, and others.

“Eh? This title seems to work well with the legendary sword [Balmung]. I guess I have to find a way to collect them later,” he mumbled after skimming through the details of the Dragon Slayer Title.

He then paused for a moment as he thought of something before wearing his familiar devious smile. “Effective against Dragons and Draconic Species? I wonder if it can also work against players.”

He could not wait to test the effectiveness of the title, itching to look for a perfect test subject, after this thought crossed his mind.

He then proceeded to look at his other rewards. The importance of the Legacy and Skill Points was already a given, so he did not have to think too much about them.

Instead, he turned his attention to the other two items that came along with the other rewards.

Taking a look at the item that he came for when clearing this dungeon, Shin swiftly took out the ring and put it in his inventory while looking at its details.

Broken!

That was the only word that entered Shin’s mind after seeing the stats and abilities of the [Ring of the Brilliant Sun].

He could ignore the first two skills since he already possessed a variety of domain skills and abilities. The passive ability was quite decent as well, but it was not that rare.

However, when his eyes landed on the third ability, he could not help but curse a little. Such a powerful silencing ability was beyond being broken.

It might not be a silencing skill, but a sealing skill instead when he thought more about it.

He was not sure about the ranking system of this ability, but he could at least guess that it must be related to the current tiers that he knew within the game. Sovereign Rank is equivalent to Tier 5 Skills or Spells, which means that this item’s ability could silence anyone once it was cast on a certain target.

After all, Sovereign Beings were the current strongest level of this plane.

But what made Shin’s head spin a little was the fact that these skills could be further enhanced depending on his strength, which meant that their effects could also grow stronger.

Moreover, the other sealed abilities would most likely be unlocked once he reached a higher tier in his class and race.

This item was, without a doubt, a masterpiece!

“If this item was already this powerful, then I wonder when I also collected the [Ring of the Abyssal Moon] and other inheritance accessories of the church, completing the entire set?” he mumbled, making his imagination run wild a little.

When this thought crossed his mind, he could not help but turn his gaze to the final item among the rewards, the mysterious letter.

“This must be containing the clues about the ‘my’ other ring,” he said in full excitement, unable to wait to open the letter. “Let’s see what you have for me!”
