Reborn As Noble

Javier smiled, arranging the materials on the table: two high-quality rose gold bars, one sun-blessed gold bar, two bars of high-quality mithril, and the five carefully chosen gems.

Should I craft the wedding rings now, too?

Hmm... I know it’s less than two years away. If I craft them now, it might seem a bit too early, like I’m rushing things or over-planning.

But if I don’t craft them along with the necklaces, I might forget later. And then they’d all think I intentionally forgot about something so important. They’d sulk, go straight to Mother, and I’d be in deep trouble.

Yeah... better to craft the engagement necklaces along with the future wedding rings. It’ll look thoughtful, and I won’t have to worry about it later.

And to make sure the rings fit perfectly on their wedding fingers, I’ll craft them with a subtle enchantment, a magic that allows the ring to adjust comfortably to their finger size, no matter what. That way, they’ll always feel just right.

He raised his palm and channeled his mana. A soft, cerulean glow emanated from his hand, swirling with threads of silver and gold light. The air in the workshop hummed gently, and a soft, controlled breeze began to stir, lifting his hair and rustling the pages of nearby sketchbooks.

The materials on the table slowly rose into the air, suspended in a circle before him. Javier’s body began to glow with a soft, azure aura, his eyes focused and unwavering, a faint, confident smile on his lips.

The liquid metals flowed and shaped themselves, forming elegant chains and intricate settings. The mithril wove into delicate filigree vines for Liana’s necklace. The sun-blessed gold formed a warm, sturdy band for Gloria’s sapphire. The rose gold took on soft, graceful curves for Felicia’s morganite and Mimi’s sunstone. Another stream of mithril shaped itself into the orbiting constellation setting for Delya’s amethyst, seven tiny crystal shards forming a gentle halo around the central gem.

Alongside each necklace, a simple, elegant band took shape, a placeholder for the wedding ring, awaiting its future gem, each subtly enchanted to adjust comfortably to the wearer’s finger..

One by one, the chosen gems floated forward. The Deep Forest Emerald settled into Liana’s vine-woven setting. The Star Sapphire nestled into Gloria’s star-shaped cradle. The Rose Morganite glowed softly as it was set into Felicia’s delicate frame. The Deep Amethyst was gently encircled by the seven tiny crystal shards in Delya’s orbit necklace. And finally, the sparkling Sunstone was secured into Mimi’s cheerful, rose gold setting.

Each piece glowed briefly as the metal cooled and solidified, the enchantment settling into both necklace and ring.

Slowly, the glow faded, the wind stilled, and five beautiful engagement necklaces with their matching future wedding rings floated gently before him, perfect and complete.

He looked at the necklaces and rings, utterly captivated by their beauty.

For a moment, he just stared, breath caught in his throat, before snapping back to reality.

Wow... I’ve crafted so many things with my magic crafting skill. My puppet knights, mana rifles, anti-air mana guns, mana cannons, mana talkies, holo-TVs, communication arrays, mana relay towers, tactical gear, the special maid outfits for Liana and Gloria, drones of every size, the Sky Eyes, and so much more, including my latest masterpiece, the mana satellite now floating in the space of this world.

But never once have I been this amazed by my own work. Of course, I was always proud and happy with my inventions, especially the sleek, advanced design of my latest puppet knights. No one in this world could replicate them, thanks to the knowledge and memories I carried from my old life.

But this time... I wasn’t crafting a tool, a weapon, or a piece of technology. I was crafting a promise. A symbol of love, meant to be worn close to the heart of the people who matter most to me.

I wonder how they’ll look when my girls are wearing them...

And if I combine these with matching earrings for our wedding day...

Ah, crap...

I can’t wait to actually marry all of them.

His heart raced as he imagined Liana in a breathtaking elven-style wedding dress, Gloria in something elegant and dramatic, Felicia in a shy, princess-like gown, Delya in something dreamy and ethereal, and Mimi in a playful, cheerful outfit. He swallowed hard, a warm, overwhelming feeling swelling in his chest.

He snapped his fingers and opened his dimensional storage, retrieving five long, slender, velvet-lined presentation cases for the necklaces, and five smaller, matching ring boxes for the wedding bands.

He slowly picked up each necklace, one by one, and gently laid them in their respective cases, the gems catching the light and shimmering softly against the dark velvet.

I can’t wait to be the one to put these around their necks.

His mind drifted, picturing the moment clearly: standing before each of them, lifting the necklace, feeling the warmth of their skin as he fastened it around their neck, the gem settling just above their collarbone.

Liana’s calm, composed face softening into a gentle, touched smile, her emerald eyes mirroring the stone.

Gloria’s playful smile giving way to genuine, sparkling delight as the star in her sapphire caught the light.

Felicia’s shy blush deepening, her fingers trembling slightly as they brushed the warm, glowing morganite.

Delya’s dreamy gaze focusing, her eyes lighting up with quiet wonder as she saw the seven tiny shards orbiting her amethyst like a personal constellation.

And Mimi’s excited squeal, her tail swishing in a happy blur as the sunstone sparkled with every tiny metallic inclusion, glittering like her own joy.

Seeing them wear these... it would be more beautiful than any invention, any victory, anything I’ve ever created.

After putting everything carefully into his dimensional storage, he tidied the table and slowly walked over to the magical coffee maker, pressing the activation rune and channeling a small pulse of mana into it.

He took a clean cup from the shelf, held it in his hand, and murmured,

”Cleanse.”

A soft, white glow enveloped the cup, instantly purifying and warming it. He placed it under the machine’s spout, and a stream of rich, dark, aromatic coffee began to flow, filling the workshop with its comforting scent.

He reached for three cubes of sugar, dropped them into the cup, and gave it a gentle stir before walking over to the luxurious couch nearby and sinking into its plush cushions.

Now... I just have to wait for them to come, while enjoying my coffee here.

He smiled and took a careful sip, only for his eyes to widen immediately.

Blergh!

Man... this coffee doesn’t taste the same as when Liana or Gloria makes it.
