Beast Taming: Reincarnated With The Ultimate Bond System!

Chapter 283: Chapter : 283 : Ethan’s Awakening!

From the highest gallery—

Liana shot to her feet—hands cupped around her mouth.

”LEAVE MY BROTHER ALONE!”

Her voice cracked with fury.

”Brother—! Don’t give up! You’re stronger than her stupid plants!”

Nobles laughed—cruel, echoing.

”Yeah—give up, mud-blood!”

”No one beats Flora!”

”Commoners always fall eventually.”

Elowen’s voice stayed calm—almost bored.

”Flora Dawnveil demonstrating excellent control. The commoner appears restrained.”

Mira’s tone remained even.

”Ethan Leilive still fighting. Remarkable resilience.”

---

In the infirmary—

Mee sat bolt upright—ignoring the stab of pain in her ribs.

”Kee—!”

Sera glanced over—brow arched.

”He’s pinned. What now?.”

Mee’s hands clenched the blazer.

”Come on... get up...”

---

Back on the field—

Flora leaned closer—breasts nearly brushing Ethan’s face—rose scent overwhelming.

”Shhh...” she cooed—fingers trailing down his cheek. ”Just surrender. Let my vines hold you... let me take care of you...”

Ethan’s eyes flashed.

”Not my type.”

He headbutted forward—forehead cracking against her nose.

Flora yelped—staggering back—blood trickling from one nostril.

Flora touched her nose—saw red on her fingers—then laughed.

”Ohhh... I like you.”

She cracked her whip.

”Let’s play for real.”

The colossal rose bush behind her bloomed wider—petals unfurling—thorns lengthening.

Ethan smiled.

”Bring it.”

Flora sauntered back toward Ethan with slow, deliberate steps—hips rolling, crimson skirt swaying, massive breasts bouncing heavily with each stride. Her pink hairs bounced playfully, rosebud horns glinting in the sunlight. The thorn-wrapped whip dangled loosely from her right hand, tip dragging across the concrete with a soft, menacing scrape.

She stopped just out of arm’s reach—tilted her head—and raised her free hand toward him, palm open.

Thornless vines exploded from the ground in a violent symphony—thick, green, pulsing with emerald light. They snapped around Ethan’s ankles first—then his knees—then coiled up his thighs like living ropes. More vines surged upward—wrapping his torso, crossing over his chest, snaking around his arms, pinning them to his sides. A final thick tendril looped around his throat—tightening just enough to make breathing labored—then crept upward, covering his mouth, his nose, his eyes.

Ethan’s body jerked—muscles straining—but the vines only tightened further.

”Let’s end this, shall we?” Flora purred—voice dripping mock sweetness. ”I’m getting bored of this little play. Let’s meet again after the duel... maybe in my private chambers. I’ll make sure you’re properly... rewarded.”

”Do your worst,” Ethan rasped—voice muffled but defiant. A grin split his lips even as the vines squeezed harder. ”I’ve had worse hugs.”

Flora giggled—high and delighted—then turned on her heel, pink hair swishing, ass swaying as she started walking away like the fight was already over.

The vines pulsed once—tightening cruelly.

Ethan’s vision darkened at the edges. Lungs burned. Heart hammered against the constricting green coils.

*I—I need to do something... I can’t lose. I promised them.*

---

Back in the high gallery.

Liana shot to her feet—hands gripping the sit so hard her knuckles bleached white.

”Brother! NO! Get up!”

Her voice cracked—raw—eyes trembling with sudden tears.

The rest of Aiden’s wives froze.

Nyxion’s tail stopped mid-swish.

Selvara’s wings flared—half-asleep haze gone in an instant.

Luna’s ears flattened—small hands clutching Aiden’s shirt.

Ela’s breath hitched.

Even Aiden—usually unflappable—leaned forward slightly, crimson eyes narrowing.

*Get up.*

---

Back in the Infirmary.

Sera Veyne sighed—leaning back in her chair, massive breasts shifting under the tight white uniform.

”He’s done,” she said—voice calm, almost bored. ”It was good while it lasted. But we need to face reality. Flora’s vines are unbreakable once they fully bind. He’s out of stamina.”

Mee—half-propped against the pillows, Kee’s blazer still clutched to her chest—shook her head violently.

”No...” Her voice was small but fierce. ”He’ll win. I know he will.”

Sera glanced over—golden cat-slit eyes softening just a fraction.

”Hmm... let’s see then.”

---

Back at the central stage.

Ethan’s body was completely cocooned now—vines layered so thick he looked like a green mummy.

Flora kept walking—hips swaying, whip trailing behind her like a satisfied serpent.

Elowen cleared her throat—voice magically amplified, trying to sound authoritative.

”It seems Ethan Leilive is unable to continue. That means—”

She stopped.

Every eye in the colosseum—noble, commoner, commentator—snapped to the wrapped figure.

It twitched.

Once.

Then again—harder.

A low, guttural sound came from inside the cocoon—half growl, half pain.

Flora froze mid-step.

Slowly—very slowly—she turned.

A single hand burst through the vines—fingers splayed, black veins crawling up the skin like living ink. The marks pulsed—dark, unnatural—spreading from wrist to elbow in jagged, lightning-like patterns.

The vines around the wrist snapped—torn apart like wet paper.

Flora’s smug smile vanished.

Elowen’s mouth opened—then closed.

Mira leaned forward—eyes wide.

---

In the highest gallery—

Liana whispered—voice trembling.

”Brother...”

Aiden’s system screamed in his head.

---

[WARNING]

[HIGH ENERGY SIGNAL DETECTED!]

---

Aiden muttered—low, stunned.

”What the fuck...?”

Selvara’s eyes snapped open, irises contracting.

”No...” she breathed—voice shaking. ”It can’t be.”

The hand flexed—black marks flaring brighter.

More vines tore—ripping apart with wet, violent snaps.

He roared—voice distorted, deeper than it should be—and ripped the cocoon apart from the inside.

Vines shredded—sap spraying like blood.

Ethan staggered to his feet—chest heaving, black marks pulsing across his arm, creeping toward his neck.

His eyes—once warm brown—now glowed faint crimson at the edges.

Flora took one step back—whip trembling in her grip.

”You... what are you?”

Ethan cracked his neck—slow, deliberate.

Grinned—sharp, feral.

”Someone who just woke up.”

The crowd lost its collective mind.

Commoners screamed—cheering, crying, jumping.

Nobles recoiled—faces pale.

Elowen gripped the railing so hard it bent.

Mira’s breath caught.

---

In the infirmary—

Mee sat bolt upright—blazer falling to her lap.

”Kee...! What is happening to him?”

Sera stared—golden eyes wide.

”...Holy shit.”

---

On the central stage—

Ethan took one step forward.

The concrete cracked beneath his boot.

Flora’s whip snapped—desperate—vines lashing out in a storm.

Ethan moved.

Faster than before.

Faster than human.

He blurred—dodged left—right—then closed the gap in a heartbeat.

His fist—black veins pulsing—slammed into Flora’s stomach.

The impact echoed like thunder.

Flora doubled over—eyes bulging—air exploding from her lungs.

She flew back—skidding across concrete—stopping only when her back slammed into the base of her own colossal rose bush.

The bush trembled—petals raining down.

Flora coughed—blood flecking her red lips—then laughed—hoarse, delighted.

”Ohhh... now we’re talking.”

She pushed off the bush—vines spiraling around her like armor—rosebuds blooming into full, blood-red flowers.

”Let’s see how long you last, pretty boy.”

Ethan cracked his knuckles—black marks flaring brighter.

”Bring it.”
