Fairy Tail: Collapsing Stars

Chapter 470: Fairy Tail: Who Did You Say Is the Worldʼs Strongest Mage Guild?!

”Bastards!”

”No martial ethics!”

”Shameless scum!”

”A bunch of human trash!”

Facing the pack of hungry wolves before her, Misaki angrily cursed them out. She had practically unleashed every insult she had learned in her entire life.

”People from the continent of Guiltina really are simple and honest, huh!”

”Look, weʼve treated her this badly, and sheʼs still praising us~”

Unfortunately, Misakiʼs furious curses were completely ineffective against the people of Fairy Tail. To them, her insults were as refreshing as an autumn breeze blowing away the harsh summer heat.

”Ke ke ke~”

”Miss Misaki, you donʼt want to spend the rest of your life unable to put your clothes back on, do you?”

”Why donʼt you just admit defeat and join Fairy Tail directly~”

”Our Fairy Tail welcomes all beautiful women~”

Dimaria was dressed in an extremely refreshing bikini that accentuated her figure. Holding two daggers in her hands, she casually twirled them while smiling at the completely naked Misaki before her.

Honestly, even as a woman, she quite liked looking at Misakiʼs proud figure...

There was no doubt about it. Dimaria not only had a serious tendency toward women, but was also a female pervert!

”Long live Dimaria! Long live Dimaria!!”

Gildarts and the other hungry wolves were currently shouting ”Long live Dimaria!” At this moment, Dimaria had already been crowned queen in the hearts of these human scums from Fairy Tail!

”Bastard!”

Misakiʼs expression changed. She immediately used the space magic she was proficient in to change her clothes.

A tight-fitting outfit that accentuated her figure appeared over Misakiʼs body.

”Pfft~”

However, the instant Misaki finished changing, the tight-fitting outfit she had just put on instantly shattered like fireworks.

”W-What is this?!”

Misaki clamped her legs together as she stared at the scraps of cloth scattered across the ground, her pupils slowly shrinking.

”Just like before, I couldnʼt see her draw her blade at all. If her target hadnʼt been my clothes, but my neck, I would have already died countless times! This woman... is not easy to deal with! If I canʼt overcome her ability, then no matter how many times I try, the final outcome will always be me being instantly killed, without exception!”

Under the test between life and death, Misaki gradually calmed down. Her original sense of humiliation also slowly faded away.

”Hehe~”

Unlike the highly tense Misaki, Dimaria, still wearing her bikini, remained incredibly relaxed. She toyed with the short blades in her hands as though she hadnʼt taken Misaki seriously at all.

”Boring!”

”Hmph...”

”Iʼll leave this place to you guys. Iʼm going to have some fun somewhere else!”

Just as Misaki was thinking about how to deal with Dimaria, Laxus, who had been standing among the Fairy Tail crowd all this time, seemed to sense something. His eyes were filled with disdain toward the situation before him.

With a cold snort, his entire body transformed into endless lightning and flew toward the sky, disappearing into the distance...

”This manʼs magic power is exactly the same as the magic power inside Kirin!”

”Could it be that this manʼs Dragon Slayer Magic and Kirinʼs actually came from the same dragon?!”

”I remember that the source of the dragon power within Kirin, the Lightning Dragon King Elekshion, was already killed by the guild master! Apart from Kirin, it should have been impossible for anyone else to obtain Dragon Slayer power from Elekshion!”

”But Kirin said that the heart of the Yellow Dragon Elekshion inside his body wasnʼt devoured by him. Instead, it was sold by the guild master to the distant continent of Ishgar. Could these people be from Ishgar?!”

”Ishgar isnʼt close to Guiltina! The two continents are separated by tens of thousands of kilometers. Even with a supersonic magic vehicle, it would take two or three days to cross the two continents, even after accounting for rest time!”

”And that pillar of light that shook the entire town earlier was undoubtedly the fluctuation of teleportation magic! But can anyone really cast teleportation magic across tens of thousands of kilometers?”

”No. In other words, can an existence capable of casting teleportation magic across continents really still be considered human?!”

After sensing that earth-shaking flash of light, Misakiʼs eyes trembled as she suddenly thought of something astonishing.

”Hehe...”

”Hey! You, stop looking around and answer my question already. Are you going to join Fairy Tail or not? I donʼt have much patience. If I lose my temper and accidentally ruin that fair little face of yours, tsk tsk tsk, that wouldnʼt be very nice!”

Seeing Misaki lost in thought, Dimaria immediately became dissatisfied. She felt that Misaki wasnʼt taking her seriously, so she placed her blade against Misakiʼs fair neck and asked with a cold smile.

”This woman!”

Misaki took a deep breath as she looked at Dimaria. She decided to take a gamble. Before Dimaria launched her attack, she planned to send Dimaria into her own space. As long as she could bring Dimaria into the space she controlled, everything would be reversed. The right to decide life and death would pass from Dimariaʼs hands into the hands of Misaki of the Azure Dragon.

”Hmm...”

Dimaria seemed to sense something and frowned.

”Now!”

Misaki sensed that Dimariaʼs attention had momentarily wandered, and she immediately activated her magic without hesitation.

Meanwhile...

”Boom!!”

Accompanied by a violent roar of thunder, Laxusʼs figure tore across the townʼs sky and descended directly onto the ground.

Standing opposite Laxus was a group of Dragon Eaters from Diabolos led by Georg Reizen!

The reason Laxus had suddenly left was precisely because he had sensed the presence of other enemies...

As for Misaki, who had sent Natsu God-knows-where, Laxus honestly wasnʼt very interested in her!

Because Misaki was alone, while Dimaria had made the first move...

This was a signal. The instant Dimaria attacked, Misaki became Dimariaʼs prey. The mages of Fairy Tail hadnʼt attacked Misaki precisely because of this principle. Otherwise, Misaki would have already been taken down!

”Which one of you is the strongest?!”

At this moment, Laxus stood at the very front of the Diabolos mages with his arms folded across his chest and his coat draped over him, speaking coldly.

”You...”

”Is that so? So youʼre the one who used that heart?”

”Even though the power of that heart from the dragon isnʼt particularly powerful, it can still unleash such tremendous strength?”

”If this brat swallowed dragon flesh, just how far would he grow? Interesting!”

Georg, who stood at the head of the group, was stunned after sensing Laxusʼs magic power. Then he immediately realized something.

”What are you mumbling about?”

Laxus frowned upon hearing Georg muttering to himself.

”You and I are destined to meet!”

”Are you interested in joining Diabolos? I can grant you even greater power!”

Georg looked at Laxus and suddenly developed a desire to recruit such a talented individual, throwing out an olive branch toward him.

”Iʼll ask one more time. Which one of you is the strongest?”

Laxus had no intention of answering Georg. The veins on his forehead tightened slightly as he unhappily asked the members of Diabolos again.

”Kid, youʼre using the wrong Dragon Slayer Magic!”

”I donʼt care which mage guild youʼve joined! Leave them immediately. They canʼt help you become stronger. In this world, the only person who can help you is me!”

Georg continued speaking to Laxus, still refusing to give up on convincing him to join Diabolos.

”Annoying!”

Laxus seemed to have grown tired of listening. As he frowned, lightning struck first. Endless bolts of electricity filled the heavens and earth, crashing down toward the Diabolos members before him!

Laxus had grown tired of this.

So he changed his mind.

Originally, he had planned to kill the leader of the enemy guild and leave the remaining people for Natsu and those brats to deal with. But now there was no need for that! One enemy was one enemy—he was going to eliminate every single one of them here!

He had given them a chance, but unfortunately, the enemies were too useless!

”Boom!!”

Terrifying magic power capable of instantly striking down a Wizard Saint erupted from Laxus. The entire sky above the town darkened, while ferocious lightning raged across the streets.

Yet even then, Laxus didnʼt so much as frown. It wasnʼt until he sensed a different aura that he gradually became serious.

Lightning would eventually dissipate.

As the pouring lightning was gradually extinguished, a man wearing a trench coat and a top hat appeared. His expression was incredibly arrogant, giving off an exceptionally rude feeling. With one hand in his pocket, he stood directly in front of his fellow Diabolos members.

As for the members of Diabolos, they were completely unharmed by his terrifying lightning strike just now...

One had to know that even someone as powerful as Jose, a man standing at the threshold of the Ten Wizard Saints, would have been instantly killed by that lightning without exception!

Yet such lightning had failed to injure any of the Diabolos mages before him!

Obviously, these people werenʼt all individually stronger than Jose. Rather, someone had blocked Laxusʼs lightning for everyone.

As for the person who had blocked Laxusʼs lightning, there was no need to say it aloud. Laxus already knew.

”Heh...”

”Thereʼs another expert!”

After holding himself back for so long, Laxus finally laughed. Looking at the gloomy man before him, he revealed a hint of eagerness.

Yes, Laxus hadnʼt become timid merely because his attack had failed.

That lightning had only been a probing attack. It couldnʼt even be considered magic. It was merely a release of magic power...

His purpose was to see whether these Diabolos mages praised by Ivan were truly as powerful as Ivan had claimed!

In other words, if they couldnʼt even block that level of lightning, they werenʼt worthy of fighting Laxus!

Let alone using a battle to temper his skills...

”Bastard! Do you know who we are?! How dare you attack us!”

”Let us show you the might of Diabolos!”

As they spoke, one of the Diabolos mages was about to step out from behind Georg and the gloomy man wearing a black trench coat and top hat who stood before everyone, intending to teach Laxus a lesson.

Of course, this Diabolos mage also wanted to use this opportunity to show off in front of the guild master and improve his standing in Georgʼs eyes, so that after Georg killed another dragon, he could receive a larger share of the dragonʼs flesh and blood to increase his strength.

”...”

Unfortunately, the manʼs shouting failed to attract Laxusʼs attention.

At this moment, Laxusʼs eyes contained only the trench-coated man who had blocked his lightning.

”Bastard!”

Seeing Laxus completely ignore him, the Diabolos mage immediately felt as though he had suffered enormous humiliation. He cursed angrily and was about to activate his magic to teach Laxus a lesson.

”Stop. Youʼre not his opponent.”

Before Laxus could make a move, the trench-coated man who had blocked the lightning acted first. He reached out and grabbed the shoulder of the Diabolos member who had intended to stand up for everyone and show off in front of guild master Georg, speaking in a hoarse voice.

”Kirin, donʼt think that just because youʼre a member of the Black Dragon Knights, I have to respect you. In Diabolos, the only person we need to respect is guild master Georg!”

This Diabolos mage had been lectured by the trench-coated man—Kirin, the leader of the Black Dragon Knights and the second-in-command of Diabolos—and immediately felt humiliated.

He forced himself to be brave and spoke harshly toward Kirin, seemingly aggressive but actually bluffing.

”Foolish! Without me, you would have died from that lightning just now!”

Kirin had limited tolerance for idiots within the guild.

Under normal circumstances, if one of his subordinates wanted to throw away their life, he wouldnʼt stop them. In fact, he would be happy to see it happen. Fewer idiots in the guild meant a quieter guild!

But not today.

He didnʼt want the idiots from his own guild to embarrass him in front of this man who wielded the same source of Dragon Slayer power as he did!

That would make Kirin feel extremely humiliated.

”You said I would die? You said I would die from an attack like that?”

The mageʼs heart turned cold as he raised his voice several notches.

”What do you think?”

Kirin admitted that he wasnʼt exactly good-tempered. His patience had already reached its limit.

He was about to hit someone.

”Uh...”

”Then I really should thank you for helping me block that attack.”

”Youʼre my benefactor. You saved my life!”

After sensing the magic power boiling inside Kirin, this little Diabolos lackey seemed to realize something. He immediately shrank his neck and thanked Kirin profusely.

”Get lost!”

Kirin couldnʼt be bothered to waste words with the lackey before him.

He merely glared fiercely at him with his golden eyes, which seemed to have flashes of lightning dancing within them. Then, through gritted teeth, he spat out one word:

”Get lost.”

”O-Okay!”

The lackey didnʼt dare say another word. He hunched his neck and slipped back into the Diabolos group behind him.

Along the way, he didnʼt dare make eye contact with anyone in the guild, afraid of seeing the contempt in their eyes.

He knew that he had completely humiliated himself this time. His future in Diabolos, as well as his standing in guild master Georgʼs eyes, was probably ruined.

”Sorry you had to see that.”

After using his eyes to force the lackey away, Kirin looked toward Laxus standing calmly before him and spoke apologetically.

”Whatever. You guys continue.”

”I think itʼs pretty entertaining...”

Laxus chuckled. His smile was filled with amusement at the spectacle.

Watching people make a fool of themselves was instinctive to the people of Fairy Tail.

Wherever there was fun, there were Fairy Tail members.

”...”

However, the more Laxus acted like this, the more a fire built up in Kirinʼs chest.

He really wanted to blast that idiot who lacked any sense with lightning and turn him into ash.

But after thinking about it, he decided against it.

Doing so would only create another joke.

Rather than fighting to reclaim the face he had already lost, it was better to defeat the man before him.

Then his dignity would naturally return.

”Phew...”

”Guild Master, leave this guy to me. You guys go deal with the others!”

After making up his mind, Kirin let out a long breath. Without turning around, he spoke directly to his guild master behind him.

”Okay!”

Georg seemed to trust Kirin very much. After Kirin spoke, he merely gave a calm ”okay.”

Then Georg seemed to think of something and added:

”Leave him alive. Heʼs merely taken the wrong path! We Dragon Eaters need to correct him and put him on the right path! He can become another force for us to use against the Dragon Gods in the future.”

”Okay!”

This time, it was Kirinʼs turn to give that calm answer.

Although Kirin and Georgʼs tones were slightly different, both conveyed the same message.

Whether it was Kirin or Georg, both believed that the winner would be Kirin of Diabolos, not Laxus of Fairy Tail.

”Heh~”

This made Laxus, standing opposite Kirin and Georg, feel slightly displeased.

At this moment, Laxus also gave a faint ”okay” in his heart.

He was saying it to himself.

He also intended to leave Kirin alive.

After that, he would leave Georg alive.

And then he would leave every member of Diabolos alive.

”You guys go.”

After discussing things with Georg, Kirin faced Laxus and spoke softly to those behind him.

”Letʼs go!”

With Georgʼs command, the Diabolos mages immediately and orderly walked around Kirin and Laxus, heading toward the direction of the Fairy Tail guild.

Laxus had no intention of stopping them.

He continued standing with his arms folded across his chest, quietly waiting.

”All the people in the way are gone. We can begin.”

After Georg and the other Diabolos members had all gradually left, Kirin finally spoke to Laxus.

”Hehe...”

Upon hearing this, Laxus rolled his neck, producing a series of cracking sounds.

Then, lightning erupted from his body and filled the sky.

”Hmph!”

Kirin seemed to have expected this.

The same golden lightning wrapped around his body, making him look like a Thunder God descended into the mortal world.

His appearance was astonishingly similar to Laxus.

The next second...

”Boom!!”

Amidst a series of thunderous explosions, Kirinʼs golden magic power and Laxusʼs golden lightning violently collided.

Neither of them moved.

Instead, both chose to release lightning at their opponent from where they stood!

At this moment, Kirin and Laxus were like two Pikachus firing Ten Million Volts at each other.

The two bolts of lightning collided and merged before exploding into the sky with a thunderous boom and disappearing completely!

”Just as I thought! The source of this guyʼs Dragon Slayer Magic is the same as mine!”

After the simple exchange, Laxus confirmed his guess.

This trench-coat-wearing, top-hat-wearing show-off had the same source of Dragon Slayer power as him.

In other words, their attributes came from the same dragon.

”Since our abilities come from the same dragon, then letʼs compare who has more magic power, and who has... more tricks!”

Laxus thought secretly.

Because Laxus and Kirinʼs attributes came from the same dragon, the two were like disciples taught by the same master.

They couldnʼt break each otherʼs techniques.

At a time like this, they had to compete using methods outside their shared school of magic.

”Bang~”

As for methods other than Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic, Laxus wasnʼt lacking.

In fact, he was quite proficient in other techniques.

With a soft sound, black, flowing flames of energy already covered Laxusʼs arm.

”Whoosh~”

As for Kirin standing opposite Laxus, he merely waved his hand.

A violent wind erupted, while the magic circle before him faintly carried the might of wind and thunder!

Clearly, Kirin and Laxus had thought of the same thing.

Both intended to use methods other than their Dragon Slayer Magic to break through the otherʼs techniques.

”Interesting!”

Kirin and Laxus looked at each other and smiled.

”Boom!!”

The next second, both of their techniques came one after another. The stone bricks covering the street trembled and cracked under the force of their attacks.

Meanwhile, on the other side...

In front of the Fairy Tail guild entrance.

”Ow, it hurts! It hurts so much! Let me go! Let go of me!”

Misaki, one of Diabolosʼs strongest combatants and a member of the Black Dragon Knights, was locked tightly to the ground by the ”War Princess” Dimaria using a Kimura Lock.

No matter how much Misaki pounded the ground, Dimaria showed no intention of releasing her.

”If I let you go, Iʼll probably be dragged into your personal space in an instant. Iʼm quite confident in my own strength, but I really donʼt have the confidence to defeat you inside your domain! So forgive me for refusing your request...”

Dimaria locked Misaki down while speaking with a smile.

Faintly, crimson lightning seemed to flicker within Dimariaʼs eyes!

Ever since the last S-Class Mage Examination of Fairy Tail, Dimaria hadnʼt done anything else.

She had devoted herself entirely to honing her Observation Haki.

Using Time Stop to halt time and then repeatedly training herself through endless practice, Dimaria had finally caught up with Erza, Laxus, and the others.

She had trained her Observation Haki to the point where she could glimpse the future!

Although her Observation Haki had merely managed to catch up with Erza and the others, that was already enough for Dimaria!

Once Future Sight was combined with Time Stop, Dimariaʼs strength became somewhat absurd...

In the end, under Dimariaʼs ”correction,” Diabolosʼs big sister, as well as the number-one female mage of the northern continent of Guiltina, Misaki, finally passed out from the pain.

”The battle is over!”

Dimaria looked at the unconscious Misaki and stood up, wiping the sweat from her forehead.

”Hum~”

After Dimaria knocked Misaki unconscious, Jacob waved his hand, and Misakiʼs figure disappeared from the spot.

At this point, Misaki, Kiria, and Natsu had all been taken into Jacobʼs space and fitted with Magic-Sealing Stone restraints...

Huh?

It seemed some strange thing had somehow gotten mixed into Jacobʼs space.

But it didnʼt matter.

”Gasp...”

At the same time, the old perverts of the Fairy Tail guild were already weak in the knees.

Every one of them had flushed faces, with blood continuously pouring from their nostrils.

One had to know that while Dimaria had been grappling with Misaki, the clothes on Misakiʼs body had just been blown apart by Dimaria...

The charm of that girlʼs smooth, delicate, fair skin was simply too much for these old perverts to withstand.

They really couldnʼt handle it, okay?!

”Who dares provoke our Diabolos?!”

Just as the old perverts of Fairy Tail were still immersed in the girlʼs soft and beautiful figure, unable to pull themselves away, the members of Diabolos led by Georg had already charged toward the Fairy Tail guild.

”Huh?!”

With Georg and the othersʼ arrival, the Fairy Tail members who had still been immersed in their beautiful dream finally awakened.

”These guys... are so ugly!”

That was the first reaction of the old perverts from Fairy Tail upon seeing Georg and the others.

In short, no matter how they looked at them, they found them unpleasant to the eye.

”Did you defeat Misaki and Kiria?”

”Hand them over, and Iʼll spare your lives!”

Georg walked to the entrance of the Fairy Tail guild and looked at the unharmed Fairy Tail mages before him.

His brows immediately furrowed.

Although he had long guessed that Misaki and Kiria had probably been defeated, he hadnʼt expected the two of them to have been dealt with so easily by these people.

There wasnʼt even a trace of battle at the scene.

If nothing unexpected had happened, Misaki and Kiria had been defeated almost without resistance.

”Hah?”

Georgʼs words made all the Fairy Tail mages somewhat unhappy.

Even Brandish, who normally did nothing more than eat sweets, sunbathe, and take afternoon naps—and whose afternoon naps couldnʼt be stopped even when something important happened—was angered by Georgʼs words.

Brandish even began thinking about teaching Georg a lesson.

After all, she had sensed the deep killing intent emanating from Georg.

Brandish wasnʼt some great saint.

Before coming to Fairy Tail, others had given her the title ”Nationʼs Demolisher.”

She simply didnʼt like trouble.

That didnʼt mean she was afraid of it...

”Hum!”

Just as Brandish was wondering whether she should directly shrink Georgʼs heart and brain, letting him experience the sensation of having his life hanging by a thread, a large hand pressed down on Brandishʼs tender shoulder.

”A girlʼs hands arenʼt meant to deal with trash like this. Dealing with this piece of trash is a manʼs job!”

The speaker had an indescribably weathered face.

His pair of pitch-black eyes seemed almost capable of speaking.

His orange-red slicked-back hair and sexy stubble on his chin all spoke of the charm of a mature man.

The newcomer was naturally Gildarts Clive!

”Hehe~”

Unfortunately, Brandish wasnʼt buying it.

Brandish knew exactly what kind of person Gildarts was.

He was nothing but an absolute piece of human trash.

Although he was still considerably better than the Diabolos people opposite them...

Still, using one piece of human trash to deal with another was certainly making full use of garbage.

”Iʼll leave them to you, then!”

Brandish said this before turning around and walking back toward the Fairy Tail guild.

She was tired.

She was going back to sleep.

”Hehe~”

Gildarts watched Brandishʼs back and smiled lightly.

He sighed inwardly:

”Iʼve saved another girlʼs lonely soul. Iʼm really handsome!”

Thinking this, Gildarts walked up to Georg.

”Sorry about this! Our guild doesnʼt welcome ugly people like you!”

”As for the people youʼre looking for...”

”They thought your guild was too weak, so they decided to abandon the darkness and embrace the light. Theyʼve left your guild and joined Fairy Tail...”

Gildarts looked at Georg with a smile and spoke coldly.

”Do you know who youʼre talking to?”

”Do you know what kind of price youʼll have to pay for angering our Diabolos?”

”Bastard! Who gave you the courage to speak to the great Lord Georg like that?!”

”Looks like we have to teach you a lesson before youʼll understand that our Diabolos isnʼt some stray cat or dog that anyone can provoke!”

”Hmph. What a foolish guy. He still doesnʼt know that Lord Georg only needs one punch to turn him into minced meat!”

At the same time, after Gildarts finished speaking, the Diabolos mages couldnʼt restrain their restless hearts any longer and began barking at Gildarts.

Of course... these barkers still had some sense.

They knew that if Gildarts dared to step forward despite facing such a large group of them, he must have some strength.

So none of them dared to approach.

They merely stood behind their guild master Georg and shouted at Gildarts.

”Hah?”

Gildarts looked at the mages behind Georg, the corner of his eye twitching slightly.

Ever since his reputation had spread across the continent of Ishgar, it had been many years since anyone had dared speak to him like this...

”Youʼre not a Dragon Slayer, are you?”

Just as Gildarts was about to do something, Georg spoke.

He looked toward Gildarts and asked.

”Of course not.”

Gildarts answered calmly.

”Is that so? Since youʼre not a Dragon Slayer, then you can die!”

Georg looked Gildarts up and down.

After confirming that Gildarts wasnʼt a Dragon Slayer, he had no intention of wasting any more words with him.

Georgʼs goal was to defeat the Dragon Gods who reigned supreme across the continent of Guiltina.

To defeat the Dragon Gods, one had to use Dragon Slayer Magic.

Therefore, Georg was only interested in Dragon Slayers.

He would guide those Dragon Slayers who had taken the wrong path onto the correct one.

As for mages who used magic other than Dragon Slayer Magic, they were worthless in Georgʼs eyes!

Thus, after confirming that Gildarts wasnʼt a Dragon Slayer, Georg simply raised his arm and suddenly punched toward Gildarts without warning!

”Since youʼre not a Dragon Slayer, this punch is enough to send you straight to heaven!”

Thinking this, Georg revealed a faint smile.

”Hehe~”

Gildarts smiled as well.

”Boom!!”

Accompanied by the shattering of the ground and air, the scene Georg had imagined—Gildarts being blasted away—didnʼt happen.

Something did fly through the air.

But it wasnʼt Gildarts.

It was Georg himself.

”What?!”

Georg couldnʼt believe it, but he had already lost control of his body as it flew backward.

”Boom!”

Amidst a series of thunderous crashes, Georg smashed straight through a building in the distance.

”Eh?!”

As Georg was sent flying by Gildarts, all the Diabolos mages froze in place.

”Sorry about that! I have a little trouble controlling my strength, so I accidentally damaged some of the townʼs buildings...”

After blasting Georg away, Gildarts lowered his hand and looked toward the Diabolos mages with an apologetic smile.

Then his tone suddenly changed.

”Come to think of it, which one of you said that someone could turn me into minced meat with one punch just now?!”

”Uh...”

The Diabolos mages who had been shouting nonstop just moments ago all stiffened when they heard Gildarts.

”Hahahaha!”

”Ahahahaha...”

Just as the Diabolos mages stood before the stern-looking Gildarts, not even daring to breathe loudly, Georg suddenly released a thunderous laugh from where Gildarts had punched him.

”I didnʼt expect this! I truly didnʼt expect it! I never imagined that there would be such a powerful mage in this world!”

”But what a pity. Youʼve taken the wrong path in magic! If you cultivated Dragon Slayer Magic, you would definitely be even stronger than you are now...”

Georg, who had just been blasted away by Gildartsʼs punch, stood up from the ruins completely unharmed.

He dusted himself off and then slowly walked toward Gildarts step by step.

”Guild Master Georg!”

The Diabolos mages, whose morale had fallen after Georg was blasted away, immediately became excited after seeing him rise from the ruins.

”I knew the guild master absolutely wouldnʼt be killed by the enemy!”

”Guild Master Georg, take down that guy!”

”Guild Master Georg is the strongest...”

The Diabolos mages cheered as they looked at Georgʼs figure, which resembled a demon god.

”So smelly...”

However, Gildarts didnʼt feel surprised at all that Georg had emerged unharmed from his attack.

That had merely been a casual punch.

If the strongest mage in the strongest mage guild on the northern continent of Guiltina was only at this level, Gildarts would cry.

”Smelly?”

Georg frowned slightly.

At this moment, Georgʼs long hair fluttered in the air, while the power of four elemental magics wrapped around his body.

In terms of magic power alone, he was even faintly above Gildarts!

The terrifying Dragon Slayer power surrounding Georg, combined with the bloody killing intent radiating from his body, made him look like a bloodthirsty demon god.

”Yes!”

”You reek!”

”The smell of blood on your body canʼt be hidden no matter how hard you try!”

Even so, Gildarts remained completely calm as he stood before Georg.

He didnʼt show the slightest trace of fear because of Georgʼs strength.

”Hahahaha!”

”The smell of blood is a manʼs medal of honor earned on the battlefield! The heavier the smell of blood on a personʼs body, the stronger he is! Because that blood belongs to his enemies!”

”And you, mage who uses other magic! You will soon become another part of the heavy smell of blood on my body!”

Georgʼs eyes were blood-red.

He wasnʼt angered by Gildartsʼs disdain.

Instead, he laughed heartily.

At the same time, Georg himself seemed not to realize that the man who had always regarded every mage other than Dragon Slayers as worthless had acknowledged Gildartsʼs identity and strength.

”Interesting!”

Upon hearing this, the corners of Gildartsʼs mouth lifted.

Endless magic power poured out from his body.

And besides magic power, there seemed to be another force hidden within him.

That force resonating with the magic power Gildarts released was none other than Haki!

And not just ordinary Haki.

It was Conquerorʼs Haki, something only a tiny number of people could awaken!

Yes.

Gildarts was one of the extremely few people in the entire Fairy Tail guild who possessed the aptitude for Conquerorʼs Haki...

”Rumble!”

Black Conquerorʼs Haki roared around Gildarts like lightning.

The weak lackeys around Georg were shaken unconscious merely by approaching Gildarts, rolling their eyes back and foaming at the mouth!

The next second, Gildartsʼs attack, carrying Conquerorʼs Haki and the super-high-level magic ”Crush,” poured toward Georg!

”You...”

Georgʼs heart trembled.

Gildartsʼs Conquerorʼs Haki also affected him to a certain extent, causing his reaction to slow by half a beat!

Yet in that brief instant, Gildartsʼs fist had already landed on Georgʼs savage face.

”Boom!!”

The next second, a thunderous explosion rang out.

Georgʼs body was blasted into the sky as though it had been struck by a supersonic train, endless explosive force sending him flying high into the air!

”Crush Evil, Reveal Justice: Absolute Heaven!”

Gildarts looked at Georg flying into the sky, the corner of his mouth lifting as he calmly called out the name of his attack.

”Guild Master Georg!!”

At this moment, every member of the Dragon Eater guild Diabolos was dumbfounded.

If Georgʼs first flight had been because he underestimated Gildarts, then the reason Georg had been blasted away this time was completely different.

It was because Gildarts possessed the strength to blast Georg away head-on!

”Take revenge for the guild master!”

After a brief moment of shock, a somewhat murderous voice rang out from within Diabolos.

That voice pulled all the Diabolos mages back from their shock.

Yes.

This wasnʼt the time to be shocked.

They had to avenge their guild master, Georg!

”Fairy Tail boys! Tell these guys who the strongest mage guild in this world really is!”

Facing the Diabolos mages, Gildarts remained calm.

He smiled slightly and spoke softly.

”Oh!!”

As soon as Gildarts finished speaking, all the Fairy Tail mages standing behind him charged out in full force!

A group brawl?

Fairy Tail had never been afraid of one!

”Boom!!”

For a moment, countless magic circles lit up across the townʼs streets!

”What is happening?!”

At the same time, the townspeople stared in shock at the two mage guilds fighting in the streets.

Several years ago, after the Dragon Eater guild Diabolos moved into the town, the town had even changed its original name to Diabolos.

Yes.

The Dragon Eater guild was simply that arrogant.

They believed that having the same name as their mage guild was an honor for the town!

However, although the Dragon Eater guild was somewhat arrogant, they had indeed brought peace to the town.

Ever since Diabolos arrived, all the other gangs had been wiped out.

The entire town had only one guild daring to collect protection fees.

Ahem...

Today, the town had descended into chaos again after such a long time.

But this was only the beginning.

From this day onward, the town would never again enjoy the peace it once had.

Of course, correspondingly, no one would collect protection fees anymore either!

As Diabolos and Fairy Tail began fighting, Diabolos finally realized just how powerful Fairy Tail was.

They discovered that every one of these seemingly ordinary mages before them possessed the strength to exchange blows with Diabolosʼs strongest executives, the Black Dragon Knights.

Some were even stronger than the Black Dragon Knights!

”The enemy is too powerful!”

The Diabolos mages fought while retreating, continuously running toward the headquarters of their guild.

And as they continued retreating...

The powerful members of Diabolos also found opponents of their own.

”What is your name?!”

Erza held a katana as she stood before a young man and asked softly.

”I am Suzaku, a member of the mage guild Diabolos and a Steel Dragon Slayer! Please teach me!”

A young man with a somewhat handsome face and slightly thin build held a katana as he looked at Erza and spoke softly.

”Steel Dragon?”

Erza merely murmured softly as she drew the blade from her waist.

The instant Erza drew her sword, the handsome young manʼs expression suddenly changed.

He sensed a trace of killing intent from Erzaʼs blade.

”Swish!”

Before the young man named Suzaku could react, a sharp blade of light slashed toward him.

”So fast!”

”But itʼs useless!”

Suzakuʼs expression changed slightly, but he quickly calmed down.

”The power of the Steel Dragon has given me a body as tough as steel. Your sword canʼt hurt me!”

Suzakuʼs face was filled with confidence and composure.

Although he didnʼt want to admit it, ever since he had devoured the power of the Steel Dragon, he had already become the strongest swordsman in the world.

Because there was no longer any blade or sword in this world capable of cutting his body.

”Swish!”

However, before Suzaku could think any further, blood suddenly blossomed from his chest like an epiphyllum blooming in the height of summer.

It lasted only an instant, yet its beauty was extraordinary.

”How could this be?”

Suzaku stared at his slashed-open chest.

Before he could think any further, he collapsed to the ground.

”Steel Dragon?”

After cutting Suzaku down with a single slash, Erza carefully savored Suzakuʼs words.

Then she activated the power of her Magnet-Magnet Fruit.

”Ugh!”

The fallen Suzaku instantly stood up from the ground under Erzaʼs control.

”Hehe~”

At this point, Erza looked at Suzaku with a smile as though she had discovered a brand-new toy.

”Youʼll all become toys and stay with me forever~”

Meanwhile, a little girl dressed in a doll costume was continuously releasing her magic.

Anyone sprayed by the little girlʼs magic would almost instantly transform into a cute toy.

This terrifying ability was extremely similar to Sugar, the user of the Hobby-Hobby Fruit from the Donquixote Family under Doflamingo.

However, unlike Sugar, this little girl in the doll costume didnʼt even need to touch someone to directly turn them into a toy.

”Lady Por, please stop attacking! Youʼve been attacking your own people this entire time!”

As more and more mages were turned into toys, the mages being chased by the little girl finally shouted at her helplessly.

Yes.

All of the mages the little girl had turned into toys were members of Diabolos.

And this little girl named Por was none other than Por, one of the Black Dragon Knights of the Dragon Eater guild Diabolos.

The dragon she had devoured was the White Tiger Dragon!

”Become toys!”

However, no matter how much the Diabolos mages shouted at the little girl before them, she ignored them completely and continued waving her magic around, transforming one Diabolos mage after another into toys.

”Thatʼs right. Wipe out the entire Diabolos guild!”

Not far from the White Tiger Dragon Slayer Por, Invel Yura lightly pushed up the glasses resting on the bridge of his nose, their lenses glittering beneath the sunlight.

Ice Magic: Ice Slave!

It could use absolute ice to control an enemyʼs mind.

This technique was tremendously powerful.

Even someone like Mavis, the first guild master of Fairy Tail, could be controlled by Invel.

How could a little girl from the Black Dragon Knights, whose mentality was immature to begin with, possibly resist?!

”The Black Dragon Knights have lost!”

At the same time, the weaklings of the mage guild Diabolos revealed expressions of despair.

Excluding Misaki, who had disappeared without a trace and might have already been defeated before they even arrived, and Kirin, the strongest member of the Black Dragon Knights who was currently locked in a fierce battle with the enemy, two of the remaining four members of the Black Dragon Knights had already been defeated in the blink of an eye.

One had been cut down with a single sword strike.

The other seemed to have fallen under mental control and was slaughtering her own allies.

At this point, there was no doubt that the Black Dragon Knights had already been defeated!

At the same time, Diabolosʼs guild master Georg, who had once again been blasted away, still hadnʼt returned!

And among the Fairy Tail mages before them, there were several figures who looked exceptionally powerful.

And until now, they hadnʼt even made a move!

No matter how they looked at it, Diabolos had already lost!

”Run! Run back to the guild...”

Seeing that the situation was hopeless, the Diabolos mages thought things over.

The only thing they could do was run back to their headquarters.

Then, no matter how fiercely the enemy attacked, they would defend the guild to the death and wait for their invincible guild master to return.

”Boom!!”

”Desert Trap!”

Just as the Diabolos mages had made their decision, the ground beneath their guild suddenly trembled!

The next second, the enormous guild building, which stood more than thirty meters tall, was swallowed by endless sand.

In the blink of an eye, only the top four or five meters of the thirty-meter-tall guild remained.

All the other floors had been swallowed completely...

”What is happening?!”

The Diabolos mages who had been preparing to flee were completely dumbfounded.

They had just decided to defend their guild to the death, only for their guild to disappear in the blink of an eye.

How were they supposed to defend it now?!

”Where are you guys running off to?”

At some point, a brown-skinned young man with an afro had somehow appeared sitting on the top floor of the Diabolos guild.

He casually pulled down the Diabolos guildʼs flag.

Then, under the eyes of all the mages, the flag representing the Diabolos guild transformed into endless sand.

”How could this be?!”

For a moment, the Diabolos mages found themselves trapped between enemies ahead and a tiger behind.

Before long, the Fairy Tail mages pursuing them from behind had already surrounded all the Diabolos members.

”Itʼs over! Itʼs completely over...”

”Damn it! Are these people all monsters?!”

The Diabolos mages stared at the Fairy Tail mages surrounding them like dumplings in a steamer, their eyes filled with despair.

Their guild master was missing.

The Black Dragon Knights had been wiped out.

Their guild had been destroyed.

Even their guild flag had turned to sand.

And the pursuers refused to let them escape.

At this point, everyone had completely lost their will to fight.

One after another, they collapsed onto the ground, at a complete loss.

”Now, tell us loudly who the strongest mage guild in Guiltina is!”

It was precisely at the moment when the Diabolos mages were in despair that Erza, who had subdued Suzaku, walked before them.

She was like a Valkyrie standing high above them, radiating majesty like the Fairy Queen herself.

She coldly asked the members of the mage guild Diabolos:

”Now tell us who the strongest mage guild in Guiltina is!”
