Global Lords: I Have Information System

This place is quite different from the major giant cities of Vesia Kingdom, where the kingdom avenue has been built.

It’s considered an isolated place.

Of course, Cold Crow Valley has not completely cut off from external communication.

Although large-scale armies find it difficult to directly head here.

However, refugees and small-scale traveling merchants can still reach here.

Traveling merchants are the most active group on this continent.

Wherever humans live, there are active figures of traveling merchants.

So when Shafuri invited Zong Shen over back then, it wasn’t entirely just courtesy.

If Zong Shen holds her token and follows the merchant team here, he won’t suffer any harm.

Although the Calamity Raven Church isn’t composed of good men and women, it urgently needs to expand followers.

Yet they won’t easily harm traveling merchants and refugees.

This is a commonly accepted rule.

If it’s broken, refugees and merchants won’t come here, eventually losing development vitality.

Most of the Church’s so-called followers are those transformed after preaching.

Mostly refugees who accepted faith for a bowl of hot porridge.

This faith isn’t solid and needs constant reinforcement and brainwashing.

From these followers, selections are made.

They are recruited into the Church or Believers’ Corps.

As for the fanatics converted from rituals mentioned by Archbishop Byron, they are the so-called fanatics.

Conducting fanatic rituals also requires a cost.

If Zong Shen visits purely as a guest, he won’t be forcibly turned into a fanatic.

Moreover, Archbishop Byron also said that if Shafuri insists on involving Zong Shen in Church affairs,

he must first be transformed into a fanatic.

In other words, as long as Zong Shen isn’t involved, he won’t need to be converted as a follower.

Shafuri gazed at the scenery of Cold Crow Valley, lost in deep thought.

There are still more than 20 days until the banquet at Lentax Giant City begins.

To be safe, she will set off in a week.

First, she’ll teleport to the Church’s secret base in Eastern Avalon.

Then ride the Frost Raven to the nearest Bang City.

This operation is considered a kind of decapitation strike.

The real aim is to round up all the nobles attending the banquet and use it as an opportunity to swiftly seize control of the Giant City and its affiliated Bang Cities.

To support the operation, the Church will deploy an entire Apostle Corps to lurk in the forest.

This will allow the Church to quickly control all cities.

No need for too many hands inside the Giant City.

A troop of Church elites will align with Shafuri’s operation.

These elites are unlike the Cold Crow Halberd Warriors and Heretical Giant Power Knights of the Believers’ Corps.

They are the true elites of the Church.

Respectively the Frost Judgment Army and the Calamity Arbitration Army.

In the Calamity Raven Church, these are the exceptional warriors selected through rigorous criteria.

Equivalent to the Tier Six Soldiers in the Kingdom.

For smooth attendance at the banquet, they have prepared for months in advance.

Obtained enough invitation slots through various means.

Not that many people needed to enter the banquet.

By then, most elite warriors will be on standby near the central castle.

The avenues to acquire banquet participation are very limited.

Apart from the usual invitation letter, the only other way is through participating in local competition tournaments.

Competing for slots by participating in tournaments is unrealistic and may easily expose their strengths.

Therefore, they prepared disguise tools to alter appearance and physique.

Preemptively infiltrated Bang Cities under Lentax Giant City’s jurisdiction.

Controlled local governing nobles and acquired invitation letters.

This control carries certain risks.

Especially when the Bang City’s military power hasn’t been dismantled.

There is always a possibility of exposure.

But the Church cannot afford such concerns.

Intentionally delaying could conceal them for one or two months without issue.

After obtaining the invitation letter, Shafuri will be able to attend the banquet in disguise naturally.

Once the banquet begins, they can implement their final plan.

If they successfully hijack and control Marquis Henry Lancaster and those who attend the banquet, small nobles governing Bang Cities, they won’t need to worry about soldiers in the Giant City and the Dragon Descendant Knight Order.

Despite this, the plan still entails considerable risk, described as seeking fortune in danger.

This operation extends beyond Lentax Giant City.

The Church’s targets include three Giant Cities within Avalon Kingdom.

Different Archbishops will oversee the other two cities.

Shafuri is just one branch of the plan.

If failed, merely relying on two teams of Tier Six elite Judgment Army and Arbitration Army can’t contend with all warriors inside the entire Giant City.

But Shafuri has no other option.

The Church needs to embed stakes within Avalon Kingdom.

Moreover, she’s aware that observing the conflicts among major kingdoms’ upper echelons extends beyond just the Calamity Raven Church.

If the current continent resembles a calm lake, real waves will soon arise, and major kingdoms will become preoccupied with their own issues!

With this thought, Shafuri’s gaze deepened.

She gazed at the cold wind, seemingly merging with the northern night.

...

Meanwhile, within Zong Shen’s territory.

He spent more than half an hour finally addressing the warriors’ suggestions and doubts.

This was even with him specifically allowing each troop type to only send one spokesperson.

After everyone finished speaking, he was already parched.
