Global Lords: I Have Information System

During the day, there are quite a few people in Bang City.

Every street has a considerable number of pedestrians.

There are even ox carts, horse-drawn carriages, and donkeys carrying goods.

This makes Bang City appear very lively.

Under normal circumstances with smooth travel.

It would take about thirty minutes to reach the central district at a steady pace.

Now, this time will be extended by at least one-third.

Even with Baron Bezos personally clearing the way ahead.

After advancing for about ten minutes.

Noon arrived at twelve o’clock!

Riding on Pigsy’s back, Zong Shen suddenly dazed slightly.

His vision was quickly dominated by a white glow.

When this sudden white glow disappeared.

His surroundings once again fell into a system time stop state.

In front of Zong Shen, lines of subtitles began to appear.

[A new round of challenges will begin in 24 hours]

[Challenge content: Frosty Winter is coming]

[The Frosty Winter Challenge will last for 96 hours, divided into three phases]

[Phase One: Initial Frost, Duration 24 hours]

[During this phase, except for the Northern Icefield and other cold areas, temperatures in other regions will drop to between -0℃~10℃, and various regions will experience heavy snow, gusts, and other extreme weather]

[The Northern Icefield and other cold regions will have temperatures rise to -10℃, but they will also experience extreme weather]

[Because these regions normally have temperatures below -10℃, they have stronger adaptability when facing cold climates, and these areas’ Lords have already received adaptive compensation upon arrival]

[Therefore, all Lords outside the abovementioned regions will receive a special differentiated compensation package based on the daily climate of their respective regions]

[During this phase, surviving for 1 hour will earn a 50-point basic point reward]

[Phase Two: Frost Scars, Duration 48 hours]

[After entering this phase, the climate will further exacerbate, with even more terrifying extreme weather that could significantly negatively impact buildings and personnel]

[Temperatures in this phase will drop to between -20℃~-30℃, and besides temperature and environmental changes, each region will have 10,000 Commander Level Yetis refreshed daily; killing a Yeti will earn 1000 Challenge Points]

[These Yetis will randomly appear in various parts of the region, attacking nearby territories; they are adept at using frost magic and unaffected by cold or extreme climates]

[During this phase: Every hour of survival will earn a 75-point basic point reward]

[Phase Three: Frostmourne, Duration 24 hours]

[During this phase, temperatures will continue to drop to between -50℃~-70℃, and the climate will continue to deteriorate]

[Each region will randomly receive 1000 Frosty Winter Treasure Chests, and the rewards in these chests are comparable to Silver Treasure Chests]

[Besides random rewards, each Frosty Winter Treasure Chest will have a fixed 500-point reward]

[Each Frosty Winter Treasure Chest is guarded by a variable number of random Icefield Creatures, defeating these will also earn point rewards]

[During this phase: Every hour of survival will earn a 100-point basic point reward]

[In the Frosty Winter Challenge, for each farmer under a Lord’s command that dies, 150 basic points will be deducted; for each soldier’s death, points will be deducted according to tier, with an increase of 150 points per tier]

[The death of a Heroic Level individual will incur a one-time deduction of 1500 basic points]

[After 24 hours into the second phase, a temporary points exchange will be opened]

[After the Frosty Winter Challenge, the final point exchange for the challenge will be opened]

[Only by enduring the severe cold of the Frosty Winter can the blessings of spring be welcomed]

(This is a severe test, unlike the Burrow Challenge, in Frosty Winter, you fight against the forces of nature, which is also an essential power in the world; surviving the Frosty Winter, everything will blossom in spring)

System announcements slowly appeared, allowing Lords ample time to read.

As expected, the new challenge corresponded to the previous climate omens.

This is an environment-type survival challenge.

The theme is the arrival of Frosty Winter.

It is divided into three phases, with a gradual progression.

Each phase has its own characteristics.

The first phase is the mildest, with the least temperature change.

In each subsequent phase, the temperature will become increasingly low, and the corresponding elements will increase.

From the second phase’s Yeti arrival to the third phase’s Frost Treasure Chests.

These settings are also to place opportunities amid crisis.

Allowing stronger Lords to rise.

Exploring under extreme cold weather conditions is akin to a ”life-threatening” act.

On Earth, the lowest recorded temperatures at the poles range from -60℃ to -90℃.

The extreme cold is just one aspect; those extreme climates are the truly deadly factors.

Blizzards, terrifying icefield gusts, can quickly drain body heat, causing rapid hypothermia.

Heavy snow accumulation or icy surfaces will both affect regular travel.

This is a situation entirely different from the Burrow Challenge.

Accordingly, besides Yetis, Frosty Winter Treasure Chests, and Icefield Creatures, this event offers another points acquisition mode.

That is, calculating base point rewards based on survival time.

In the first phase, 50 base points are rewarded per hour of survival.

The phase lasts 24 hours, yielding a total of 1200 points.
