Getting spoiled in a woman dominating world

”WHAT?”

The shout came from multiple throats at once.

Dhayun’s arm dropped from Eira’s shoulders, stunned by her words.

Jiyeon leaned forward so sharply she nearly slid off the armchair.

Yverine’s mouth fell open as she stared at Elize.

Florence slowly turned to look at Ravene, who gave a faint nod.

”Brandon’s... mother?”

Eira turned her head to look at Brandon in surprise.

Elize continued her explanation.

”Azyrth used Marzella’s body as a stable vessel for twenty-one years.”

”When the avatar was exorcised... Marzella was still there. Still inside her own body and she is still alive.”

”She’s in a coma right now. No physical damage. Her body is exactly as it was the day she ’died.’ We don’t know how long it will take for her to wake up.”

Brandon’s hand resting on Yverine’s stomach under her tank top had gone completely still.

Yverine noticed, and she gently covered his hand with hers, then looked up at him with wide, worried eyes.

”Brandon?”

He shook his head and showed a faint smile, pecking her lips.

Dhayun and Jiyeon quietly exchanged glances before turning to Brandon.

Meanwhile, Florence gave Ravene a long, blank stare.

The look said everything without a single word.

Ravene met her eyes and was confused ’What?’

Florence leaned forward to whisper ’Such an emotional thing has happened yesterday and your idea was to have sex?’

Ravene let out a faint sigh and replied ’Well, sex will clear his mind.. so...’

Florence’s stare somehow became even more unimpressed.

’You are unbelievable, Sister Rave.’

Looking at them, Elize spoke ”So... yeah, that’s what I wanted to say. Since everyone here is a family. I thought you all should know about this.”

They all nodded their heads and smiled at Elize.

With a soft breath, Elize walked toward the kitchen doorway ”I will make something for you all to drink then.”

Florence stood up ”Let me help.”

After her, Ravene also stood up, ”Let me help too.”

The three women moved toward the kitchen together.

As they left, Yverine turned around in his arms and kissed his ”Don’t worry, everything will be alright. Your mother will soon wake up.”

Brandon’s gaze grew gentle, and he gave a nod ”Mhm.”

Dhayun, Eira, and Jiyeon also moved close to him to offer comfort.

Looking at him, Jiyeon asked ”I am sure you are feeling strange now that your mother is suddenly back.”

Brandon turned to her with a smile and nodded ”Yeah... I... I don’t know how to feel about this.”

”I have always considered Elize as my ’mother’ as she took care of me since I was a baby and she has sacrificed a lot for me.”

”Now suddenly... Haa.”

Dhayun moved closer and gently patted his head ”Don’t worry, you will figure it out.”

Eira also nodded her head ”Yeah, when she wakes up, you can talk with her and figure things out.”

”Mhm.”

In the kitchen, the warm glow of pendant lights spilled over the marble island and the kettle was still ticking as it cooled on the stove, steam curling lazily upward.

The faint scent of freshly brewed coffee mingled with cinnamon from the leftover hot chocolate powder and the buttery smell of toast Florence had made earlier for Elena.

Florence stood at the sink, rinsing the mugs under running water.

Leaning against the marble, Ravene let out a soft sigh.

Elize turned her head slightly ”Why the long sigh?”

Glancing up at her, Ravene had a thoughtful look ”I am very happy that Marz is back... but at the same time, I am worried.”

Hm? Elize raised an eyebrow ”Worried about what?”

Scratching her neck, Ravene replied, ”You know... how she will think about us. She gave Brandon into our care, and now he is...”

With a chuckle, Elize spoke ”She would be happy that he has grown into a fine man and is actually an awakener.”

Ravene shook her head ”No, No, not that... our current relationship with Brandon. What will she think?”

Elize’s body stiffened, and her eyes slowly widened ”...That’s...”

Marzella gave Brandon to take care of them, but right now they are his lovers.

”I didn’t think about this.”

Florence also understood their worry and smiled wryly

Ravene rubbed her temple tiredly ”She’ll see us, her best friends, sharing her son and sleeping with him. She might think we took advantage. That we corrupted him-”

Elize cut her off ”She won’t think that.”

”Marzella knew us, and she knew our hearts. She trusted us with her child because she believed we would love him. And we did. We do. Just... more than she expected.”

Lowering her gaze, Ravene murmured, ”I don’t want her to hate us.”

Elize stepped forward and patted her shoulder ”Don’t worry, we can talk with her and explain it to her when she wakes up.”

The bedroom was dim, and the sheets were a tangled mess around their legs.

Brandon sat with his back against the padded headboard with pillows propped behind him for comfort.

Dhayun straddled his lap facing him with her smooth thighs bracketing his hips, knees sinking into the mattress on either side.

She leaned in close, pressing her breasts softly against his pecs, nipples grazing his skin as she nuzzled into the side of his neck.

Her lips moved in slow, open-mouthed kisses along the column of his throat, ”How does it feel to get squished by two Korean noonas?”

Brandon let out a quiet, breathless laugh ”Like I’m the luckiest bastard alive,” he murmured.

His hands rested on her hips, his thumbs stroking the soft dip where thigh met waist, keeping her steady as she rocked gently against him.

Jiyeon was sitting beside them, curled on her side with her head resting on Brandon’s shoulder.

Her long hair spilled across his chest as she had one arm draped lazily over his stomach, her fingers tracing idle patterns on his abs.

She tilted her head slightly ”This really reminds me of those old days,” she muttered and nuzzled closer, brushing her nose against the crook of his neck.

Dhayun looked up at them ”I have never really heard about your love story, tell me about it.”

Jiyeon let out a faint giggle ”Its not something grand. I... was senior to him in the university, but we were in the same club for drawing and arts.”

”That’s how I met him. We were friends at first. Just... sitting together during club hours, sharing pencils, critiquing each other’s sketches, stealing snacks from the vending machine.”

”He was always so focused and kind.”

Jiyeon’s smile grew softer ”And later... I confessed to him.”

She laughed under her breath ”It was so awkward. I waited until everyone left the club room one night. I’d practiced the words a hundred times in my head, but when he looked at me... those blue eyes, I forgot every line.”

”I just blurted out, ’I like you. Like... really like you.’ And then I wanted to die on the spot.”

Brandon chuckled and nodded his head ”I remember. I was so surprised I spent ten seconds staring at it like an idiot before I could even answer.”

Upon hearing this, Jiyeon giggled ”You said, ’Me too, me too.’ ”

Brandon’s smile turned sheepish ”I was terrified if I said anything more I’d mess it up.”

Dhayun’s eyes sparkled ”And then?”

Jiyeon sighed ”Then we started dating. We were both so shy at first. Holding hands under the table during club meetings. Stealing kisses in empty stairwells. Late-night walks back to my dorm even though it was out of his way.”

Brandon nodded and gently stroked her hair ”Later we started living together. Tiny apartment off-campus. Drawing each other until 3 a.m. Falling asleep with charcoal dust on our fingers.”

Jiyeon closed her eyes ”Those were the happiest days of my life.”

Dhayun watched them with an almost envious smile on her lips.

Chuckling, Brandon spoke ”Oh, I remember the first intercourse we had.”

Hearing this, Jiyeon blushed in embarrassment and buried her face in his neck

Keeping his smile, Brandon continued ”Since we were both virgins with no experience, it was... well, really awkward.”

She gently hit his chest ”Stop it, don’t embarrass me.”

Dhayun pouted her lips ”I am really jealous of you Jiyeon, you got to pop his cherry.”

Jiyeon peeked out from Brandon’s neck ”It was... a disaster,”

”We didn’t know what we were doing. He kept apologizing every five seconds. I kept giggling at the wrong moments. The condom wrapper got stuck to my foot. We laughed so hard we almost couldn’t continue.”

Remembering those days, Brandon couldn’t help but laugh.

Jiyeon turned to Dhayun and spoke ”Now you tell me about his childhood days back in Korea, I know very little about his childhood.”

Dhayun’s smile grew wider ”Oh, surely...”
