Getting spoiled in a woman dominating world

At this time, the door hissed open, and a woman stepped in.

Brandon raised his head and a smile appeared on his lips ”Sister Yve.”

He gently pushed himself from Naevora’s lap and sat on the bench.

Entering in, Yverine glanced at Naevora and gave a small nod ”Master.”

But before she could even take another step forward, Brandon reached out and gently grasped her wrist.

In one smooth pull, he brought her down onto his lap.

E-Eh? Yverine was taken aback and blurted, ”Ah, wait, Brandon... Master is here.”

He hugged her from behind, wrapping his arms around her waist as he nuzzled his face into her neck with a sigh ”So what?”

He exhaled, and his breath brushed against her skin, making her tremble.

Yverine’s cheeks flushed, and her fingers hovered awkwardly in the air for a moment before resting lightly over his forearm.

She turned her head slightly toward Naevora in embarrassment. ”Master...”

Naevora was dumbfounded and blinked in surprise to see her nonchalant disciple acting like a shy mess in Brandon’s arms.

’What did he do to the... cold and stoic Yverine.’

Her lips parted in stunned silence ”What did he do to you?”

The blush on Yverine’s face deepened ”T-That’s Master... he.. he...”

”Don’t bully her,” he murmured lazily, pressing his cheek to her shoulder.

Naevora’s lips twitched and she raised her hand to pull his ear ”You have completely changed her-”

Brandon winced a little before chuckling softly.

As she pulled his ear, Yverine reached out and grabbed Naevora’s hand ”Master, don’t hurt him.”

What the hell? Naevora’s jaw dropped as she stared at Yverine, and she slowly retracted her hand.

A slow grin appeared on Naevora’s lips ”Hoh...” she exhaled, leaning back with crossed arms. ”I see.”

Yverine blushed and lowered her head while Brandon chuckled and hugged her closer ”My Sister Yve.. you are so cute.”

Muttering under his breath, he pressed a soft kiss on her cheek and she stiffened for a moment before melting into his arms.

Naevora watched them for a moment before exhaling, and despite her shock, there was a strange softness in her expression.

”...Alright, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your training.”

With a nod, Brandon replied, ”Yeah, I will train harder.”

At this time, Brandon’s phone vibrated against his thigh.

He reached into his pocket without sitting up fully, still loosely holding Yverine.

When he glanced at the screen and saw Elena’s name flashing across it, he smiled slightly.

With a quick swipe, he brought the phone to his ear ”Elena?”

Her voice came through immediately ”Bran, where are you? Eira’s match is about to start, come soon!”

He leaned forward slightly, ”Alright, alright. I’ll be there.”

He ended the call and let the phone rest loosely in his hand for a moment.

Turning to Naevora, he spoke ”I need to leave; Eira’s match is about to start.”

He glanced toward Yverine, who was still settled on his lap until he gently guided her to stand.

His hand rested briefly at her waist as he asked ”You coming with me?”

She shook her head lightly ”You go ahead. I will join you later.”

”Alright,” he murmured, slipping his phone back into his pocket and stepped closer. ”Don’t take too long.”

Yverine nodded, and he pecked her lips before leaving the training room.

With a quiet sigh, she let her body sink back against the bench.

Naevora watched her for a moment and her expression grew fond ”You’ve changed a lot, Yve,”

Yverine blinked, then looked up slowly, meeting Naevora’s gaze with a small smile tugging at her lips. ”You think so?” she asked, though her tone already hinted she knew the answer.

With a slow nod, Naevora shifted closer, ”Yeah,. I can see it. You look... lighter. Being with Brandon... It’s brought a lot of changes to you.”

Yverine glanced down at the floor as her expression softened ”Maybe. But... it’s not just him. Being with his family, it feels good.”

Her chest rose and fell slowly as she continued, almost embarrassed by how honest she was being ”I really love being with them. Laughing with them. Eating with them. Just... existing in the same space without feeling like I don’t belong.”

Naevora’s gaze warmed further, and she lifted her hand to gently pat the top of Yverine’s head ”That’s good to hear,”

Yverine exhaled a shaky breath and let her head tilt slightly toward the comforting touch. ”At first. I had no one to impress. No one to care about. I just trained... so I could kill aberrants and survive after graduating from here.”

She swallowed, her throat tightening ”But now... being with Brandon has given me a meaning.”

Her voice trembled faintly ”He doesn’t care about my skin color or appearance... he just loves me. Not because of my ability or strength. Just... me.”

”I love when he gets obsessed with me,” she whispered shyly.

”And when he gets mesmerized by me like I’m... beautiful.”

Hm? Naevora raised an eyebrow, but she didn’t stop her and let her continue.

With a wistful smile and eyes glistening with honesty, Yverine continued, ”I’ve always been insecure about my skin tone... about whether I was pretty enough or desirable at all.”

”So when Brandon looks at me like he wants to devour me, it makes my heart flutter in ways I can’t explain.”

”I just love the lustful gaze in his eyes when he looks at me. I feel beautiful...”

”It’s... embarrassing how much I like it. How much I crave that look from him. I-”

Wait. Suddenly, she stopped herself, and her eyes widened as she lowered her hand. ”Sorry,” she muttered quickly, looking away.

”I’m... blabbering. I was just caught up in the moment”

Naevora let out a small, awkward laugh, shaking her head with amusement. ”Haha... it’s all good. I’m happy that you’re happy.”

She crossed one leg over the other, resting her arms casually along the back of the bench ”You always carried everything by yourself. Never asked for help and never let anyone close.”

Yverine nodded slowly, ”I thought that was how life was. I didn’t realize how lonely I was until I met Brandon.”

They went silent for a moment.

After a few seconds, Naevora cleared her throat lightly ”Don’t let your love disrupt your training. From now on, you should come to training regularly.”

Upon hearing this, she giggled ”Ok.”

---

Brandon exited the training wing, and the cool hallway air brushed against his skin, as he heard faint echoes of excited chatter coming from the arena building.

As he stepped forward, he spotted Elena waiting near the grand entry doors, bouncing on her feet with impatience.

The moment she noticed him, her face lit up, and she rushed forward ”Bran.”

”Elena.”

Elena rushed forward and grabbed his wrist with both hands before pulling him forward ”Come on, come on. We have to go fast, or we’re going to lose the front seats!”

But Brandon slowed his steps, gently resisting her pull ”Wait Elena, we don’t need to rush.”

She frowned in confusion ”What? Why not? You do know the front section fills up in seconds, right? People literally sprint.”

Brandon gave a small shrug, ”Because, we have VIP seats.”

-_- ”...VIP seats?”

Brandon nodded ”Yeah. Since I’m the only male awakener in the Academy, if I walk through the normal seating areas with everyone else...” he paused, searching for the right wording before giving a dry smile.

”...it’ll probably cause a crowd situation and chaos.”

Elena stared at him, and then she realized ”Oh.”

”So the Principal arranged a VIP room for me to watch the match from.”

Her face beamed with a big smile ”Ohh, then let’s go there.”
