”Yo, Lance!”

In the player tunnel, seeing Lance, the Bayern Munich players were very friendly.

When Lance was kicked out of Bayern Munich’s youth academy, he ate and trained with them for 3 days at the training base.

Everyone liked this sunny young man from the East.

Especially Thomas Müller.

”You’ve been performing great lately. Were you intentionally deceiving me before, suddenly exploding after changing teams?”

”No, I only recently had a breakthrough.”

”Very good, keep it up.”

Thomas Müller could understand.

Some players might perform poorly in one environment.

But in a different environment, they might suddenly unleash powerful energy and deliver phenomenal performances.

Such examples are common in football, and Lance was probably the same.

He was very happy that his little brother could establish himself in the Bundesliga, but he felt it was a pity for the club to let go of such a good prospect so easily, and now he was turning his gun on them.

”Since that’s the case, we won’t go easy on you. Sorry, we’re taking all 3 points today.”

Thomas Müller joked with a grin, but he was serious.

Lance understood, of course.

Thomas usually liked to joke around in the locker room and was the team’s jester.

But on the field, he was definitely one of the most competitive players.

”Me too, I’ll do my best.”

”Very good, good luck.”

The two bumped fists and returned to their respective teams.

”Thomas, I feel like Lance has grown so fast. After a few days, he’s much more confident.”

Behind Thomas Müller, Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm looked at Lance’s back thoughtfully.

”Yes, his growth rate is simply outrageous. He’s only 16 and can start in the Bundesliga?”

Toni Kroos also found it incredible.

They felt Lance’s changes quite clearly.

”No matter what, let’s defeat them with all our might. At worst, we’ll buy him a beer after the game.”

Thomas Müller took a deep breath, already prepared for battle.

Led by the referee team, players from both sides walked out of the player tunnel.

Over 70,000 people in Allianz Arena cheered wildly, accompanied by the passionate shouts of the live DJ.

Every time a Bayern Munich player’s name was announced, thunderous applause erupted.

In contrast, the visiting team, Bayer Leverkusen, was met with overwhelming boos and curses.

”...Number 39, Lance...”

”Boooooo—”

Deafening boos, almost materialized into a surging tide, rushed over.

Simon Rolfes, behind Lance, worried for the young man.

Any player with a slightly weaker psychological tolerance would surely suffer from being booed by over 70,000 people.

Lance’s expression, however, seemed unaffected, and a slight curve appeared at the corner of his mouth.

??

He was actually enjoying the boos?

Rolfes shook his head; this kid was truly a monster.

Allianz Arena is a professional stadium, so Lance could clearly hear the insults from the front-row fans.

”Go back to Asia! F*** C**k!”

”Want a banana! I’ve got a big one here!”

The increasingly offensive and severely discriminatory words made Son Heung-min furious, wishing he could clench his fists and rush into the stands.

”Son.”

”They’re too much! Aishiba!!”

”Calm down, they’re just a bunch of fleas.”

As both teams lined up for photos, Lance tried his best to calm Son Heung-min.

The actions of the extreme Bayern Munich fans attacked both of them simultaneously.

”Aren’t you angry?” Son Heung-min’s eyes were already red.

”Physical retaliation is useless; it’ll only make them happy.”

If he were provoked by these fans’ words and actions, and went crazy on the field, getting a card, that would be exactly what the opposing fans would love to see.

Lance, who grew up in Belgium since childhood, had experienced too many cold words and bullying.

When he was young, he was much more hot-headed than now, fiercely rushing up to fight those strong white kids, even if he bled from his nose, Lance would fight for his life.

Later, these kids dared not provoke this madman directly, only isolating Lance.

That’s why Lance only had one friend, Kevin De Bruyne, during his ten-plus years in KRC Genk.

He had long seen the behavior of these self-important white people and knew exactly what they feared.

On the field, what they feared was him scoring goals.

A guy with black hair and yellow skin, leading an underestimated Bayer Leverkusen, to crush their invincible Bayern Munich!

”The best comeback is to score!”

”If one goal can’t shut them up, then score another, until they are speechless!”

”This...” Son Heung-min was stunned.

A black flame seemed to be burning around Lance, which gave Son Heung-min a chilling feeling.

Fortunately, they were teammates; otherwise, Son Heung-min would truly be afraid to provoke this guy.

”Okay, then let’s score!”

The Bayer Leverkusen captain lost the coin toss and only had the right to choose sides.

As it was an evening match, the entire stadium was lit by floodlights, so there was no half that offered an advantage like the shaded areas in the afternoon.

Rolfes casually picked a side of the field.

The home team, Bayern Munich, won the kickoff and positioned themselves at the center circle, ready to start the game.

Before the battle was about to begin, the most anxious person was not the Werkself coach Sascha, but a bald man on the Bayern Munich coaching bench, the bald Erik ten Hag!

After repeated on-site confirmations, Erik ten Hag finally recognized the opponent.

Wait, buddy?

Isn’t this the Asian kid he kicked out?

A nameless, untalented, and scrawny kid in the youth academy, whom Erik ten Hag unhesitatingly swept out the door when his contract expired.

He was even preparing for Bayern Munich’s management to praise him.

Lance’s recent outstanding performances in the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal, Erik ten Hag couldn’t even believe it was true.

Today, he genuinely appeared in the Werkself’s starting lineup.

If Lance performed well today, wouldn’t that be a slap in his face?

”Damn it!”

...

”Okay, let’s first look at the home team Bayern Munich’s starting lineup. Pep Guardiola has deployed his favored 4-3-3 system.”

”Goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer; Defenders, Philipp Lahm, Jér?me Boateng, Dante, David Alaba; Midfielders, Xabi Alonso, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Toni Kroos; Forwards, Mario G?tze, Mario Mand?uki?, Thomas Müller; Due to Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben having injuries of varying degrees, neither of them made it into the squad list for now... With Bayern Munich’s current starting lineup, they still have a significant advantage over Bayer Leverkusen.”

”Now let’s look at the visiting team Bayer Leverkusen. They are using the 4-4-2 formation that has been more effective in recent matches. Goalkeeper, Bernd Leno; Defenders, Giulio Donati, Emir Spahi?, ?mer Toprak, Sebastian Boenisch; Midfielders, Robbie Kruse, Lars Bender, Simon Rolfes, Son Heung-min; Forwards, Stefan Kie?ling, and the recently impressive youngster Lance!”

...

Beep—

The match began, with Bayern Munich kicking off from the center circle.

Commentator Mehmet Scholl was about to discuss the starting lineups with Oliver Kahn, when his words were suddenly interrupted halfway through.

”Wait, let’s look at this ball!! Toni Kroos’s pass!! Beautiful, through the channel!”

”Mario G?tze!!! This is it!!”

”My God!! Only 23 seconds into the match, Bayern Munich scores first!! A dream start!”

”The former Borussia Dortmund prodigy, joining Bayern Munich, fully demonstrates his flair!!”

A stunning blow!

Conceding a goal just 23 seconds into the match!

G?tze’s magical performance struck the Bayer Leverkusen players like lightning!

Everyone’s heart skipped a beat, except for Lance.

”This is interesting.”

As expected of ”Super Mario,” who would score the winning goal against Argentina in the World Cup final a year later.

Lance was just worried that Bayern Munich, without Arjen Robben and Franck Ribéry, wouldn’t be strong enough.

Since they were in such good form, wouldn’t defeating Bayern Munich be even more satisfying!
