First Intergalactic Emperor: Starting With The Ancient Goddess

Maximilian and Leonardo froze, and slowly turned toward the hallway. The sound echoed from the guest bathroom.

Leonardo whispered, ”No fucking way...”

Maximilian didn’t hesitate. He ran and skidded to a stop in front of the bathroom door. He gripped the handle and twisted.

It was locked from the inside.

He slammed his fist against the door. ”Open up, you fucker!”

He stepped back, ready to kick it open—

Click.

The lock turned.

And then...

The door creaked open.

Steam poured out.

Xavier stepped out calmly, a towel wrapped around his waist, water still dripping from his hair, steam curling off his skin like he’d just finished a spa session instead of smashing someone’s girlfriend.

”Oh hey,” he said, like he was greeting old friends. ”Took you long enough.”

Xavier casually stretched his arms, the towel still hanging low on his waist. Water dripped off his jaw. He looked at Maximilian with a lazy grin.

”Where the hell were you, man? I was bored waiting for you. I was gonna wake Cindy and fuck her again, but good thing you came.”

”YOU SON OF A BITCH!” Maximilian snapped, storming forward. ”What the hell do you think you’re doing in my house?!”

Xavier raised a brow. ”What...” he gave a slow shrug. ”I was taking a shower. At first, I thought of using the one in your room, but then I figured... maybe I shouldn’t use someone’s stuff without permission. So I came here.”

Maximilian turned to Leonardo, fuming. ”Keep an eye on him,” he barked, then stormed upstairs toward his father’s room.

Leonardo was left behind with Xavier.

The dryer beeped.

DING—Your clothes are dry.

Xavier walked past Leonardo like he wasn’t even there and opened the dryer, grabbing his folded uniform.

”Where do you think you’re going?” Leonardo asked, a bit thrown off by Xavier’s complete lack of fear.

”Getting dressed,” Xavier replied, already unwrapping the towel. ”I don’t want to be seen naked by dudes.”

He put on the clean academy uniform, neat and crisp, like he hadn’t just wrecked someone’s girl hours ago.

Leonardo stared. ”You’ve changed. Since the last time I saw you.”

Xavier didn’t reply. Just buttoned up his shirt, then fixed his collar.

Leonardo frowned. ”What are you planning, Xavier? Aren’t you afraid of what Maximilian’s gonna do to you?”

Xavier scoffed. He headed into the kitchen like it was his own home. Leonardo followed, still trying to make sense of it all.

”Maximilian?” Xavier said, opening the fridge and pulling out a chilled bottle of water. ”He won’t do shit. You know it. He’s a coward. He only acts tough to impress Lucas and Ethan.”

Leonardo folded his arms. ”You forget the beating you got last time? All four of us together? You barely survived that. Next time... no, there won’t be a next time since you are going to die today.”

Xavier turned, leaned against the counter, and took a long swig from the bottle. ”Yeah,” he said. ”And that’s why you’re all suspended.”

He tossed the empty bottle into the trash. ”If you were gonna go that far, you should’ve killed me. You made a big mistake by letting me live, you know?”

Leonardo smirked. ”What now? Planning to take revenge or something?”

Xavier stared him dead in the eye. ”Yeah.”

Leonardo laughed. ”What, by fucking our girlfriends?”

Xavier’s lips curled into a grin. ”That’s just the appetizer.”

He stepped closer. ”I know Ethan’s got a twin sister in my class. And Lucas? He’s got a fiancée in second year.”

Leonardo blinked. ”You serious?”

Xavier didn’t answer. His grin said enough.

Leonardo tried to laugh it off, but there was a flicker of tension in his jaw. ”Lucky me then, huh? I don’t have a girlfriend. No sister either. So what’s your revenge plan for me?”

Xavier glanced at him and chuckled. ”Out of the four of you, I hate you the least.”

”Oh?” Leonardo said, raising his brows mockingly. ”Should I be scared? Is that your threat? Gonna save me for last or something?”

Xavier shrugged. ”You’ll find out soon enough.”

Leonardo snorted. ”You really did get brain damage after that beating. You should know Max is gonna kill you when he comes down.”

He gave Xavier a smug grin. ”And you won’t be fucking used products anymore.”

Xavier’s smirk returned. ”Yeah...That’s the one thing I agree with. I am done fucking used products.”

Xavier dropped himself onto the couch like it belonged to him, legs spread, arm thrown over the backrest. He grabbed the remote, switched on the giant wall screen, then tossed it aside with a bored grunt.

He let out a long sigh. ”Yo, how long is that idiot gonna take? I’m getting bored again.”

Leonardo didn’t reply.

Xavier rubbed the side of his neck. ”Shit... I gotta head back to my apartment soon. I’m starving. Fucking Cindy drained me more than I expected.” He chuckled under his breath. ”She really wanted to impress me this time. She is always so horny. What is she, a dog in heat?”

Leonardo stood there, arms crossed, eyebrows drawn. Not scared. Just... trying to figure Xavier out. This dude had fucked someone’s girlfriend, in his house, in his room, in his bed. Sent the proof straight to his face. And now he was sipping chilled water, waiting for the cuck to come down and scream.

Leonardo was confused. ’What the fuck happened to that village rat? It’s like he is a different person.’

Xavier didn’t look at him. He was busy going through the smart screen, flipping through random channels with the same energy someone browses memes. His face was relaxed. Like this was his home. Like Maximilian was the guest here.

A few seconds later, a cute, round bot came to Xavier with a tray in its hand. There was a display where its face should have been, and it had a cute expression on the display too.

Xavier grabbed the coffee from the tray and thanked the bot.

”What’s this thing called? It’s cute.”

Leonardo was growing impatient. He glanced at the direction of Dominic’s room and wondered why Maximillian hadn’t returned yet.
