Hentai Dragon King

I laid the elf face down on the bed so the wine and sausage wouldn’t leak out of her anus.

When I tried to fix her disheveled skirt, the sausage started pushing out from her anus, its tip already peeking out.

”Shit. Her anus is too tight and it’s trying to push it out. I should have shoved it deeper. But how the hell am I supposed to push it all the way in?”

I held the sausage in place with my hand to stop it from coming out any further.

Was there anything long and rod-shaped nearby that I could use to push it deeper?

There was nothing within reach.

There might be something in the chest in the corner of the room, but if I let go of her ass to go check, the sausage would get expelled instantly. For the sake of saving the elf’s life, I couldn’t let that happen.

Damn it. Something long and rod-shaped right next to me, longer than a finger...

There was only one option — my cock!

I couldn’t afford to hesitate. To save the elf, I had no choice but to insert my cock into her anus.

While keeping the sausage in place with my right hand, I gently patted the elf’s cheek with my left.

”Hey. Wake up.”

”...”

”Please. I don’t want to insert it without your consent. Wake up.”

”...”

”You’re dying from malnutrition right now. If I use my skill to inject elixir directly into your belly, you’ll be saved.”

”...”

”I’ll be direct. If I cum inside your anus, you’ll be saved. Can I put it in?”

”...”

”You don’t even have the strength to answer? If it’s okay, blink twice.”

”...”

...!

She did it!

The elf girl definitely blinked twice, very faintly.

The wine must have been absorbed through her rectum and given her a tiny bit of strength back. Using that last bit of energy, she signaled with her blinks that she consented to me inserting into her anus.

The moment I received consent, I swiftly moved. As soon as I released my right hand, I pressed my cock against her anus faster than the sausage could be expelled. Before her anus could fully push the sausage out, I thrust my hips forward, shoving the sausage deeper inside.

Zunyuu!

”Don’t think a middle-school-dick-sized sausage can beat my cock!”

The sausage disappeared deep into the elf’s rectum in one go, and my glans pressed against her narrow anal entrance.

I had been rock-hard and aroused the entire time I was playing with her anus, so my shaft felt like it was about to burst. If she hadn’t consented, I probably would have kept the sausage in place with my right hand and jerked off with my left. Regardless of her answer, my ejaculation had already been inevitable.

Grabbing the elf’s slender hips, I thrust my own hips forward.

Puchu...

My glans entered the tiny anus. What insane tightness. It felt like my glans was going to get bitten off!

It was tighter than any hole I had inserted into since coming to this other world.

The anal entrance was narrow, and her butt cheeks were thin with little cushioning.

It only went in because it was wet from the wine and already loosened by the sausage. If I had only licked and loosened it, insertion might have been impossible.

I put strength into my hips and pushed my shaft deeper.

Guguguu...

Nuchu nuchu nuchu!

The tightness was incredible. The initial resistance during anal insertion came in multiple layers. It felt like the entrance of an extra-tight onahole continued on forever.

Every part of her anus was squeezing me.

I had already been on the verge of cumming before insertion, and the urethra inside my shaft was packed full of semen. The accumulated semen had swollen my shaft, making it slightly thicker than usual, which made the elf’s tiny anus feel even tighter.

The elf’s anus was the best!

Ton...

There was resistance. The sausage was pushing back against the tip of my glans.

I had only gotten about half my shaft in, yet I had already reached the deepest part? I wanted to push further, but I’d crush the sausage if I did.

When I tried pulling my hips back, the sausage started coming out too. I gave a small thrust to push it back deeper.

I moved my hips back and forth with only half my shaft inserted.

Nuchu! Nuchu!

Jupu! Jupu!

”Ha... uuh...”

The stimulation on my glans was too strong.

Just by moving my hips a little, the intestinal walls gently caressed the tip of my glans as they closed around me.

”Ku... uuh...”

My glans and the intestinal walls were in perfect contact, with wine filling every tiny gap.

Nunyu! Puchu!

I no longer had the composure to think about ”medical treatment.”

I continued swinging my hips purely to satisfy my lust. Sticky, wet, obscene sounds filled the room.

Gii... Gii... Gii...

Perhaps because of the poor construction of the wooden building, the entire room creaked.

”Haa... haa... haa...”

My heavy breathing mixed in, so even with no one speaking, the room never fell silent.

Nuchu... Nuchu...

Twitch! Twitch twitch!

I felt a huge load of sperm rushing up from my balls into my shaft.

I realized I was right on the edge of ejaculation.

Just one more. If I thrust in with half my shaft again, I was going to cum.

To make the moment of ejaculation last even a little longer, I slowly pushed my hips forward.

”Ugh... Ku... uu...”

Byuku...!

Byuru... rururu... rururururu...

The sticky sensation traveling through my shaft told me that the elf’s intestines had been instantly filled with semen.

The elf’s anus had an extremely small capacity and already contained a sausage, so a single ejaculation from me completely filled the remaining space.

The subtle vibrations of semen seeping into every fold and crevice of her intestinal walls transmitted to my glans and shaft.

A pinkish liquid slowly overflowed from between the elf’s anus and my erect cock. It was the mixed color of red wine and white semen.

What an incredibly satisfying ejaculation—

My semen had completely filled the elf’s intestines.

I even felt like I had conquered the elf girl’s body.

It felt too good to pull out. I wanted to stay inside her like this for a while.

But leaving the elf face-down with her ass raised in a kneeling position was too pitiful.

”Haa!”

Using my nation’s top-tier physical abilities, I instantly flipped myself onto my back while keeping my cock buried inside the elf, pulling her on top of me so she was also lying on her back.

It felt like I was using the elf as a living blanket. My cock hadn’t slipped out even a millimeter. Her golden hair rested under my chin. It smelled nice. Just as she said she only drank water and ate fruit, she had a sweet, fruity scent.

I soaked in the afterglow of ejaculation and the elf’s scent.

A while later, just as my erection started to subside, the elf’s anus twitched tightly.

”Ugh...”

”Are you awake? How do you feel?”

”Mmm... The bed feels weird somehow. And... human, where are you?”

”I’m under you.”

”Eh? Why are you under me?”

”Because I inserted elixir into your anus.”

”Elixir?!”

”I told you, didn’t I?”

”N-now that you mention it... I thought it was a dream. When my consciousness was fading, I vaguely heard you say you were going to inject elixir into my anus...”

”You gave consent, right?”

”Y-yes.”

”Good. Then we’re fine.”

Thank goodness. If she had said she didn’t remember, it would have been rape. But she faintly remembered the fact that she had consented!
