Hentai Dragon King

”Hey, don’t you have a blanket? I’m cold.”

She was so pale it was hard to believe her face had been bright red just moments ago.

The nature of her trembling had clearly changed. Earlier she had been shivering in small, humiliated jolts, but now she was shaking violently all over from the cold.

”Are you okay?”

I draped the blanket I had pulled back earlier over the elf’s body and looked around the bed and the room.

”...Damn. There’s nothing else. Just this one. I’ll check inside the chest too.”

I rummaged through the chest, but there was no large piece of fabric that could serve as a blanket. In an era where even sheets were luxury items, it made sense that there wouldn’t be multiple comforters.

”Sorry. There’s nothing.”

”I’m cold... And... somehow...”

”H-hey. What’s wrong?”

The strength had left the elf’s voice. It was clearly getting weaker.

”My stomach feels weird...”

”Huh?”

”It’s like my insides have been scooped out... My belly and back feel like they’re going to stick together... It hurts...”

”Your belly and back are going to stick together? Wait, are you just hungry?”

”Hungry?”

”Wait a second.”

I grabbed the wine, helped lift the elf’s upper body, and brought the cup to her lips.

Her body was ice-cold to the touch.

No doubt about it. She was so malnourished that she couldn’t even maintain her body temperature.

”Drink this.”

”What is this? No. It’s scary.”

”It’s fine. It’s just fermented grapes, so it’s basically grapes. You’ve eaten fruit and drunk water before, right?”

”...Y-yeah.”

The elf girl looked reluctant, but she stuck out her small tongue and licked a little wine from the tilted cup.

But just licking it wasn’t going to provide any real nutrition.

”Can you drink it?”

”...I can’t...”

”Don’t give up. Once you get some nutrients in you, you’ll feel better right away.”

”...”

The elf girl slowly closed her eyelids, and her head suddenly drooped forward like a puppet whose strings had been cut.

”Eh? Hey. You’re kidding, right?”

I poked her cheek, but there was no reaction.

”No way... Can someone weaken this fast?”

No. That wasn’t it.

She had already been at her limit.

Just how long had she been out of the forest? How long had it been since she last got any proper nutrition?

Since she had never experienced hunger before, she probably hadn’t realized she was on the verge of death.

Shit.

She needed nutrients, but she didn’t even have the strength to drink wine. What the hell was I supposed to do?

She was still breathing. If I could get nutrition into her right now, she should be fine.

There was no way something like an IV drip existed in this era. I had to find another way to give her nutrients.

What should I do...?

That’s it!

Like in anime, when the heroine holds water or air in her mouth and transfers it to the protagonist with a kiss. That’s it. The roles of man and woman felt reversed, but I had no choice.

Kissing an unconscious girl felt wrong, but there was no other method.

I took a mouthful of wine, leaned over the elf girl, and slowly transferred it mouth-to-mouth.

But...

Nothing seemed to be going in.

I pulled my face away to check. Most of the wine had spilled out.

”No way...”

Come to think of it, I vaguely remembered seeing somewhere that you can’t make an unconscious person drink liquid by mouth-to-mouth.

You see people getting knocked out by hitting the back of the neck all the time in fiction, but that’s apparently unrealistic too.

”Hang in there. I’ll figure something out.”

I said ”I’ll figure something out,” but what exactly was I supposed to do...?

This was hopeless. I had no medical knowledge.

W-wait! Sage Mode!

If I entered Sage Mode, even things I had only glimpsed in books or videos in the past would come back to me with perfect clarity.

If I used the knowledge from all those nurse-themed erotic videos, I was sure I’d figure out how to get nutrients into an unconscious elf girl. By the way, there are tons of nurse AVs, but aren’t there surprisingly few erotic manga with that theme?

...Could I really save an elf with such biased knowledge?

No time to hesitate. I had to do it.

”Sorry. I’m going to look again.”

I pulled off the blanket, lifted the elf girl’s skirt, and fully exposed her lower body.

It was a beautiful crotch...

The entire genital area was like one perfectly composed work of art.

Elves are sometimes written with the characters for ”fairy” (妖精).

Russian little girls are also sometimes called ”fairies.” Both are fairies.

Not sure what that has to do with anything, but the elf girl’s lower body had the simple, gentle curves of a young girl, which made it beautiful. It was pure, unadorned beauty.

Looking closely, I could see faint golden peach fuzz growing from her navel down to her pubic mound.

It was so short and fine that I would have missed it if the morning sunlight hadn’t been shining on it.

It was a pussy that was gentle on the eyes.

The last pussies I had seen up close belonged to a dragon god soaking in a lava bath and a knight commander whose entire body hair had been burned off by fire magic, so they had been perfectly smooth like CGI or ancient statues.

As a result, the recent ones had all entered the ”too beautiful to masturbate to” territory.

But the elf’s pussy looked hairless at first glance, yet the surface of her skin was covered in invisible fine down that gave it a sensual texture. It had a childish shape, but it was clearly alive with blood flowing through it.

Unfortunately, just like with Lucia, there was no scent at all. I wanted to smell a pussy.

The word ”vanilla,” used for vanilla ice cream and as a flavoring in cooking, comes from ”vagina.”

Spanish explorers who first discovered vanilla in South America named it ”vainilla” (little vagina) because of its scent.

In other words, female genitals are supposed to have a sweet scent like vanilla.

But this elf had only been drinking water, so maybe that’s why her body didn’t produce any scent?

There was no vanilla aroma whatsoever.

What about her anus?

Was that scentless too?

I flipped the elf girl over, adjusted her legs so her knees were up and her ass was raised. Since she was unconscious and limp, she was like a life-sized love doll.

If I inserted my cock into her ass and injected my semen elixir, the elf would probably be saved.

But I couldn’t just insert myself into an unconscious girl’s anus without consent.

”...That’s right! The anus! I completely forgot!”

Injecting milk into the anus is a classic move in adult videos.

In lesbian videos, Actress A takes milk in her mouth and then kisses Actress B’s anus to pour it in.

In other words, injecting liquid into the anus wasn’t just something from fiction — it was actually possible.

Thank you, lesbian anal videos.

Thanks to modern knowledge, I can save an elf!

I took all the remaining wine in the cup into my mouth and pressed my lips against the elf girl’s anus.

Hold on! I’m going to inject wine into your ass right now and make you feel better!

--

I tried pushing the tip of my tongue into the elf’s anus, but...

Guh... Guh...

Ugh...

The tip wouldn’t go in...!

What an incredibly small and tight anus. Excluding the dragon god Lucia, this was without a doubt the tightest female anus I had ever touched. It was clenched as firmly as the tiny hole made by your index finger when you make a fist. If you actually try inserting your left index finger into that small hole created by lightly clenching your right hand, you’ll understand just how tight it is.
