Peerless Divine Doctor

Chapter 2813: Chapter 2814: Disbanding the Allied Forces

Several powerful figures looked at King of Huainan in confusion. If that was the case, then what was the point of bringing over thirty thousand elite soldiers?

”From beginning to end, this treasure was merely a decoy, and that Divine Weapon is essentially just an external object. For me, it doesn’t have much use anymore. You all should immediately lead the thirty thousand elite soldiers to the Royal Family to greet us, and at the same time, help me handle some matters!”

Following that, King of Huainan instructed the Great General on a few matters.

Ye Luo naturally wouldn’t listen to these, but he already guessed that it was certainly to dispose of those unfaithful people, otherwise, Nameless’s succession would be extremely difficult.

However, the secret of the Divine Weapon revealed by King of Huainan surprised him a little, as it actually contained a great ancient secret!

But it would have to wait until all parts of the Mozi Sword were assembled before it could be activated. That in itself was an incredibly difficult task, since Mozi Sword’s remnants were certainly more than just in the Demon Realm! Also, it was such a difficult task that ended up falling on his shoulders, and every time he thought about it, he had the urge to curse.

However, this task does not have a time limit, nor any penalties. One can completely ignore it, or plan to do it after one’s strength improved another level, which wouldn’t be too late!

As for the benefits brought by the remnants of the Divine Weapon, Ye Luo had already enjoyed them; for instance, those remnants, still in his Dantian, ceaselessly evolving the Sword Dao, providing him significant benefits.

After the Great General and others left, King of Huainan approached Nameless and Ye Luo.

”I know what you are going to do next! I will give you ample time to handle this matter, and also, you need to make arrangements on the Wudang Sect side as well. I’ll be waiting for you at the Royal Family!” King of Huainan said to Ye Luo.

He had already placed a restriction in Ye Luo’s body, so he wasn’t afraid of Ye Luo escaping.

”Do I have a choice to refuse?” Ye Luo said helplessly.

King of Huainan shook his head, ”It’s good that you understand!”

After that, he left with Nameless. Looking at the empty hall, Ye Luo immediately sighed. In just a few short days in this great hall, a magnificent struggle had taken place, resulting in the death of several Martial Emperors, almost like a dream!

Ultimately, all of this was over, and the first thing Ye Luo needed to do was to obtain the remnants of that Divine Weapon!

Moreover, his task as the Great Crown Prince was also considered a failure now. He couldn’t possibly hand over the remnants, so he naturally couldn’t complete the task either.

Consequently, the Wudang Sect no longer held much significance for Ye Luo!

Furthermore, since King of Huainan placed a restriction, he definitely had to go to the Royal Capital, and that was not negotiable. Besides, he probably had to stay in the Royal Capital for some time, which made him quite upset! It meant delaying his return to the Sixth Region even further!

However, the turning point came after King of Huainan’s departure, as Nameless was much easier to deal with than King of Huainan, perhaps leaving some hope for returning to the Martial Realm in the future.

After all, the Royal Family’s power in the Martial Realm wasn’t insignificant. It might be possible to find clues about the Demon Queen, and if the Royal Family had a large Transmission Array capable of teleporting to the Martial Realm, it would be even better. As soon as King of Huainan left, Ye Luo could slip away.

So, going to the Royal Family wasn’t entirely a bad thing!

But he still had a suspicion; this time, King of Huainan exerted so much effort, mobilizing thirty thousand elite soldiers, yet neither was it for the treasure nor to flatten the forces in this region! It all seemed like much ado about nothing!

Back then, the sects in this region were in chaos, restless and anxious! Not to mention, his more than ten thousand Allied Forces were born from those special circumstances!

So, what was King of Huainan really after? Was it to train Nameless? Nevertheless, why let Nameless come to this region!

He suddenly had an absurd thought, could it be to meet him? Could it be that King of Huainan’s thirty thousand elite soldiers were here for him?

Thinking about it, Ye Luo felt a chill rising in his heart. If it was true, then King of Huainan was too terrifying, and Ye Luo sensed that his journey to the Royal Capital would surely be filled with danger.

”Ye Luo!”

At this moment, Qiong Yao called out from outside.

Ye Luo personally opened the great hall door for her and saw Qiong Yao and Yu’er standing gracefully outside.

”Come in and say it!”

Ye Luo welcomed the two women inside.

”Just now, King of Huainan’s army withdrew, and not only that, it’s said that the soldiers from the area where the treasure appeared also withdrew, and now that area is indeed in chaos!” Qiong Yao immediately said.

Ye Luo naturally knew these things, so he only nodded slightly.

”This is good for us! By the way, is there any movement from the Allied Forces?” Ye Luo suddenly asked.

Qiong Yao was momentarily stunned, then shook her head, ”There’s naturally no movement from the Allied Forces. Lately, their performance has been excellent!”

With Ye Luo’s Forbidden Technique, it was naturally going well!

Ye Luo sighed, ”Tomorrow morning, disband those Allied Forces. Since King of Huainan’s army has withdrawn, their presence is meaningless, and moreover, maintaining these over ten thousand Allied Forces is too great a pressure for us in terms of resource consumption!”

Qiong Yao nodded in agreement, though she looked a bit reluctant.

After all, she had commanded them for so many days, and there were some feelings, but she also understood that the Wudang Sect, in its current state, could not support such a large number of Allied Forces.

Then, the two women chatted with Ye Luo for a while and left after noticing his unease, indicating that he had other matters on his mind.

Ye Luo certainly had things to do, and if he wished to disband the Allied Forces, he must first withdraw his Forbidden Technique, otherwise, even killing those soldiers wouldn’t drive them away!

However, there was another thing, once the Forbidden Technique was withdrawn, he would endure its backlash, and the Allied Forces’ hatred towards him would rise significantly!

But he couldn’t care about that now. Considering the current circumstances and him having to leave this region soon, the most crucial thing was that even if they hated Ye Luo, they wouldn’t dare lay a hand on him because they and Ye Luo were from entirely different worlds.

Thinking of this, he sat cross-legged and began to withdraw the Forbidden Technique.

At dawn, the Wudang Sect became bustling.

The Allied Forces erupted into complete chaos, yet this chaos didn’t cause any harm, since the Wudang Sect announced the disbandment of the Allied Forces, and all the sects had already come to reclaim them.

Now, even without the Allied Forces, none of those sects dared to provoke the Wudang Sect, because the battle between the Wudang Sect and King of Huainan’s thirty thousand elite soldiers had already spread throughout this region, and the Wudang Sect’s reputation was soaring.

Thus, although there was some disorder within the Allied Forces, as sects departed and the numbers dwindled, the chaos gradually subsided, and with that, the Allied Forces were completely disbanded.
