Help! Five Beast Alphas Want To Breed Me!!(BL)

King Wilhelm;

”You seriously won’t tell him!? That’s like leaving our son to play with fire, Wilhelm!” Liandria scolds, and I stare at her with a raised brow as my arms remain crossed against my chest.

”Fire? So when Bram turns against you, he becomes fire? What about when you were working with him and shoving him down your son’s throat!?” I reply in irritation, and she falls silent as shame paints her face.

It’s been a battle keeping her in here. She has insisted on stepping out to let everyone know she’s not sick or dying. She wants to go head-on and confront Bram. She wants me to lock him up, but I cannot do that.

Finally, I can see Rhydian walking the right path. He has this under control, and I have to believe that. He’s no longer making foolish moves. I want my son to be King, and I don’t want a foolish king who doesn’t understand the complexities of the human mind.

I know what always protecting a child does to a child. I’m not going to do that again. No... never again.

”Wilhelm,” Liandria’s voice breaks into my thoughts, and I look back up at her.

”Do you hate me?” She questions, and I pause as I stare at her.

She stares back in silence, and in her eyes, there’s a waltz of fear, loneliness, and hurt. I look away from her, and I hear a small whimper escape her.

”I already apologised for what I’ve done...” She begins, but I cut her off.

”Because you genuinely feel sorry, or because you realised Bram is no longer on your side, and you want to get rid of him??” I accuse as I turn back to her, and her jaw drops.

”Do you understand the level of cruelty you displayed? Are you sorry for all the omegas you hurt, ALL THE OMEGAS YOU KILLED!? Liandria, do you understand how vicious you have been? Do you truly understand that, or do you just want your son back?” I demand, and she remains silent.

”You have been a horrible person, Liandria. All your anger, all your jealousy, all your hatred. You let it spill over and hurt people who only knew how to worship and adore their Luna. Even your brother was not spared from your torment. You said I couldn’t interfere because he was your brother and it was your family, but what about the other people? The people who constantly suffered at your hands for just existing!?” I demand, and tears flood her eyes.

”You can say you were hurt. You can say I broke your heart, that I hurt you, that I didn’t let you know if I loved you or not, but you can not or will not blame me or anybody else for your actions. That is fully on you. Just you. And you can not be forgiven just like that, Liandria. You need to understand the gravity of your sins!” I continue, and her tears start pouring silently.

”You, Cassia, all my partners, I have loved equally. I never loved Cassia more; I have only loved her longer! Cassia never made me have to search for things to love about her. She didn’t force me to make up excuses for the things she did. She stayed true to herself. She knew to use her words with me instead of locking up, shutting me out and punishing others for how she felt.” I add, and stop to catch my breath.

I take deep, shaky breaths as I struggle to keep it together. I stare at the red carpets and the golden lanterns in the room, and the silence lends me a moment just to stop and breathe.

”Liandria, I don’t hate you. I hate the things you’ve done, and the person you became.” I speak honestly without looking at her.

”It’s too soon to seek forgiveness when you haven’t shown any signs of repentance,” I add, and she sniffles.

I look back at her, and my heart hurts.

”If you truly want to help, stay here. Just stick to my instructions and stay out of everyone’s way for now. You finally have a chance to do right by Rhydian. Take it, all while praying for forgiveness. Otherwise, I’m afraid you will lose every chance to regain what you’ve lost.” I speak before walking past the bed toward the door. Just as my hand touches the knob, she says.

”Wilhlem?” Her voice croaks, and I turn to her.

”I’m sorry.” She whispers, and I force a smile at her.

”I know, Liandria. But it’s not enough.” I reply, and her face falls as I open the door and step out.

I shut the door behind me and rest my head against it.

I know Liandria is wrong. I know she was cruel and if it were anyone else, I would have ordered their execution by now...

But I can’t do that to her.

It’s starting to feel like I’m losing my family again. Like no matter what I do, I am destined to lose the people I care about.

I shut my eyes, and they come back to me. My precious little girls. Amber and Sofia. My angels...

Amber’s unladylike laughter replays in my mind and the ghost of a smile tugs my lips

I remember our grandiose mansion. There’s parties, dress up parties, karaoke nights...

Their mother left me with them. She left me to be with another man. I worked hard for my girls. I fought tooth and nail till I had all the fucking mint I could squander.

I shielded my girls from any harm I sensed coming for them. They were home schooled, and raised properly. I didn’t want them to have a filthy street rat childhood like me. I gave them everything...

But it wasn’t enough...

It was never enough...

”king Wilhelm,” Arman, my aide suddenly calls as he appears round the bend, and I turn to him.

”One of your spies has come with reports for you.” He informs, and as I pull myself off the door, I take a deep breath to gather myself.

The past is in the past... isn’t that what they say?

I blink back the emotion clouding my mind and gently pat the scar on my stomach.

”Sure. Where is he?”
