The Golem Mage

” Can you believe what the academy has become in my absence?, Even a little twerp is now threatening me, trying to use the faction to manipulate me, Have Gideon and his gang of friends turned into bullies at my academy?” Old man Alderic asked as he settled back into his seat.

”Well, you know they’ve always wanted to act like they own the whole academy for a long time now, You just gave them an opportunity to act unruly when into seclusion, and even Big Brother left too, When are you planning to show in the academy?” The new Dean inquired.

”I won’t be coming back until I reach the Peak of Tier 9 Mage Realm, This body of mine is a cosmic body that I created to push myself further, when it eventually is absorbed by my main body, If I were to return to my main body before this cosmic body reaches the Peak Tier 9 realm, the progress won’t be satisfactory enough for me,” Alderic explained. ”Indeed, increasing your level in the monarch realm is more difficult than it appears, so I’m taking my time,” he added.

”Do they still have no idea that I’m the one occupying this shop?” Alderic asked before the new Dean shook his head.

”They still believe that you’re in seclusion at the academy since your main body is still there, They probably have no clue that you’ve separated a cosmic body just to leave, They think you’re just a recluse who took an interest in the War God Mage, hence why you’ve opened a store under the academy’s name,” the new Dean answered.

”That’s good to know, And no matter what, make sure Alfred never enters here, That idiot would recognize me no matter what, My cosmic body won’t be able to fool him due to his dream powers,” Alderic warned.

”You don’t have to worry about him, He’s still as lazy as ever and is actually relieved that I didn’t assign him here in the first place, Although lately, he’s been sending a lot of complaint letters asking me to pass them on to you,” the new Dean explained.

”Complaints?, What could that lazy Alfred want this time?” Alderic asked, curious.

”He wants a break from being an instructor, He claims he hasn’t been able to rest since I forced another disciple on hi, He wants compensation for all the lost sleep time,” the new Dean replied.

”Let him continue wailing,” Old man Alderic said, his voice filled with annoyance.

”Help me find someone to refine the poison and make an antidote pill from it, while I find the thief that visited me.” He summoned the Chimera snake tail from his space ring and threw it towards the new Dean, who caught it effortlessly and stored it in his own space ring.

The reason the Dean had come to meet his master’s Cosmic was because he had received a message from a space bird, urging him to come.

Since Old man Alderic was unable to refine a pill himself, he planned to use the academy best refiner.

”Don’t worry,” the Dean assured him, his voice muffled by the hood that he used to covered his head again.

”You’ll have it soon.” With that, he walked out, leaving Old man Alderic to turn back to his two oblivious assistants, who had not even noticed someone had been in the room moments ago.

Only Old man Alderic had seen the Dean come and go.

Meanwhile, at the War God Mage Academy, countless students had been beaten up by the members of the Royal Mage Academy who had visited and issued challenges.

It was a disastrous scene as the newly enrolled members tried their hands against the Royal Mage Academy’s students.

However, they were beaten black and blue in the process, It had been a humiliating experience, made worse by the disrespectful behaviour of the Royal academy mages after each defeat.

In shame, they stop accepting the challenges when they couldn’t even defeat a single member of the Royal Mage Academy sent to challenge them.

After that day, Bolton Blaze was furious that he still hadn’t seen Alec.

Since his arrival, all he had heard were Alec’s achievements among the new students, The talk of Alec’s dominance within the new generation had even reached the Royal Mage Academy students, who now realized that if they wanted to break the spirit of the War God Mage Academy new generation, they would have to defeat Alec, their top dog.

Unfortunately, Alec was still in seclusion after emerging from the Abyss, focusing on stabilizing his Tier 3 mage realm.

Currently, the new generation mages were desperately calling out to their top dogs, hoping they would go and face the students of the Royal Mage Academy to regain some dignity for them after being defeated.

However, Alec was in seclusion and there was a ”busy” sign at the entrance of his Masters Terran peak, discouraging anyone from attempting to go up.

The fact that they hadn’t visited before made them even more hesitant to try now, especially in their time of need.

When they approached Pale, who had just returned from the Abyss, he claimed to be nursing an injury but it was clear he had no interest in facing the group sent by the Royal Mage Academy.

His Noble friends had informed him about the members who had shown up, and he knew he wouldn’t stand a chance against their top brass.

In order to avoid embarrassing himself, he decided to stay at his peak.

Lucas Blade was still in seclusion in hope to enter the middle rank realm when they went to look for him.

Going to Beatrice’s peak was out of the question as anyone who tried to enter would find themselves trapped in illusions.

Entering Elder Alfred’s peak was almost impossible unless someone was strong enough, as he had set numerous restrictions to avoid being disturbed.

The new generation of the War God Mage Academy had no choice but to endure the shame and insults from the Royal Mage Academy, as Most of their second and third-year students were not in the academy, and even those who were around had various excuses to stay hidden in their peaks.

Fearful of facing the challenge, as no one who had fought with the Royal Mage Academy had come out unscathed – broken ribs and bones were common, displaying the merciless nature of their opponents.
