The Golem Mage

606: Flaming Swordman 2 606: Flaming Swordman 2 Alec finally succumbed to unleashing the flame element surging within him, demanding to be released, to burn.

As he began by casting his innate flame spell, flame aura.

Previously, every time Alec casted the innate spell, he would attach it to either his flame slash to give it more edge or he would attach it to the Terran bullet spell, which served as his innate spell for the earth element.

However after watching how the captain of the Crimson Rose Academy team, Aria Bloodthorn, manipulated flaming aura he decided that this time he would use the spell differently.

So for the first time, Alec directly attached the flaming aura spell onto himself, using his body as a conduit for the spell and as the sensation of the spell started to envelop him,

He felt an immense surge of power coursing through his veins, as he could almost swear he could hear the Flaming heart inside his Microcosmic universe beating faster and faster trying to pump fiery particles in his body despite not taking a look.

Suddenly, his danger senses erupted in a violent warning.

Alec swiftly flicked his eyes upward, only to discover Yama’s blade dangerously close to striking him.

Reacting quickly, Alec gripped his Changdao with his right hand, raising it slightly but not fully unsheathing it from its scabbard.

Bang!

The Naginata collided with Alec’s Changdao blade, forcefully propelling him backward.

However, he swiftly regained his footing, persevering through the attack without suffering significant harm.

Although the impact may not have affected him greatly, but the deep cut on the battle ring served as a clear indication to the watching crowd that the attack Alec had just thwarted was no mere child’s play.

Yama glared at Alec, his face etched with a frown, as he had not anticipated Alec’s ability to block the attack without sustaining any injuries.

Nevertheless, Yama could sense a palpable shift in Alec’s aura.

Without waiting for Yama’s response, Alec immediately dashed toward him.

Yama felt a sense of perplexity, as Alec had adopted a relatively laid-back approach since the beginning of the fight, making it possible for Yama to have numerous opportunities to launch the first attacks.

However, following the activation of Alec’s innate spell, his entire demeanor underwent a remarkable transformation.

Fueled by this change within him, Alec wasted no time in charging towards Yama.

Observing Alec’s movements, Yama propelled himself forward also, as he dragged his Naginata behind him, producing metallic sounds as the weapon scraped against the ground.

The cheers of the crowd grew deafening as Alec and Yama neared the moment of impact.

Just before the clash, everyone witnessed Alec thrusting his left hand forward, the same left hand that was tightly gripping the Bloody Changdao still inside its scabbard.

In an instant, as Alec extended his hand, the Changdao shot out of its scabbard, with the hilt hurtling towards Yama’s forehead with incredible speed.

Yama’s eyes trembled in surprise at the unexpected attack.

Throughout the battle, Yama had been trying to anticipate Alec’s moves, but Alec had skillfully ensured that his fighting style deviated from what was displayed in his previous battles.

Alec deliberately fought in a way that prevented anyone from forming accurate assessments of his abilities based on his past encounters.

Alec had yet to employ his sand control nor any of his Golems, further catching Yama off guard, who had Been anticipating such moves from Alec.

Despite being taken aback by the swift strike of the approaching sword hilt, Yama quickly reacted to the attack, determined not to falter.
