Forced Pampering: Haughty Husband, Please Restrain Yourself

Chapter 338: Chapter 351: Hit by a Car

An Ran couldn’t help but shiver and tightened her grip.

She didn’t even want to think about provoking Instructor Mu; she didn’t want to challenge his temper.

Grandma Mu stood at the door looking out after receiving the servant’s report. If it weren’t for Old Mr. Mu stopping her, she might have gone out to greet them already.

Seeing Mu Xingfeng carrying An Ran into the house, Grandma Mu’s first reaction was that the young couple’s relationship was really good. The more precious her grandson treated this girl, the more it showed he liked her.

But when she saw Mu Xingfeng’s darkened face, she felt something was amiss.

Mu Xingfeng greeted Grandma Mu and then his grandpa and father before carrying An Ran upstairs.

He Yushu came out of the kitchen after hearing the commotion and asked, ”Ran, what’s wrong?”

Mu Xingfeng didn’t say anything. An Ran smiled awkwardly, ”Auntie, it’s nothing.”

”Sister Ran got hit by a car because of me, boo...”

Shen Wenxuan came in holding Shen Mengya’s hand, while holding Mu Wanxin’s hand with the other, and upon hearing He Yushu’s question, Shen Mengya burst into tears.

Although nothing happened at that moment, Shen Mengya was still a young girl, how could she not be scared by such a shocking scene?

Seeing her brother and Mu Brother’s terrible expressions, how dare she show her fear?

Now that she was at the Mu family and saw the familiar people, seeing An Ran being carried inside by Mu Xingfeng, she could no longer hold back.

Sister Ran must have been injured by the car, otherwise how could she not be able to walk?

”Hit by a car?” Grandma Mu was also anxious when she heard, and came over to examine An Ran, ”Where did it hit you? Is it serious? Have you been to the hospital?”

Mu Zhenzong walked over, frowned at Mu Xingfeng, ”What’s going on?”

”It shouldn’t be anything serious. Let me take her upstairs to check first.”

Upon hearing Mu Xingfeng say that it wasn’t serious, Mu Zhenzong nodded, but Grandma Mu was still worried and instructed a servant to call Yuan Ye.

”Grandma, no need. I can handle it.” Mu Xingfeng stopped the servant and said to Grandma Mu.

When An Ran got into the car herself earlier, her bones should be fine. Even though she tried to act like nothing was wrong when getting out, he noticed her walking a bit unnaturally. It should be a scrape on her leg.

With Mu Xingfeng’s ability, he was confident in handling such external injuries.

”Oh, okay. But if it’s serious, you must call Yuan Ye, or go to the hospital,” Grandma Mu kept reminding him.

An Ran felt touched being in Mu Xingfeng’s arms. Growing up, only Grandma had cared for her this much. Now it seemed she had another grandma.

Entering the room, Mu Xingfeng placed An Ran on the sofa and was about to check her injuries.

An Ran quickly pressed down his big hand.

”Umm... Instructor Mu, I’m really fine.”

Mu Xingfeng looked up at her briefly and continued with what he was doing.

Watching the man calmly place her down jacket to the side, take off her boots, and then roll up her pants leg which got stuck at her calf, An Ran laughed internally.

She wore tight leggings today, she didn’t believe Instructor Mu could roll them up.

But before she could laugh for two seconds, Mu Xingfeng changed his approach.

”Ah—, Instructor Mu, what are you doing?”

An Ran screamed, pushed Mu Xingfeng away, and cowered into the sofa, hugging herself tightly. Her nervous little expression made Mu Xingfeng couldn’t help but rub his forehead.
