Falling For My Alpha Stepsister (GL)

April

After that awkward confrontation with the strawberry blondie, honestly, I’m not surprised that some random girl would walk up to me claiming Angel.

Hearing someone call Angel a horndog, and considering the number of girls that devil has brought into the house, plus the blonde sitting beside me, I’m definitely sure that girl has slept with half the women in this district.

I took another long pull from my straw, feeling the cool coconut water trail down my dry throat.

If this were one of those dark romance novels I read, then I had officially become the new girl who was a threat to the big Alpha prize.

The parallels were so obvious it made my head throb. From all the romance novels I’ve read, Becca was definitely my thorn.

She was the classic obsessive ex or fling who couldn’t accept that the game had moved on.

The type of girl who would give me unnecessary headaches and constant confrontations because of a woman whose heart was guarded by a solid fence made of concrete bricks.

A fence that seemed completely impossible to scale or break down.

While Abigail was with her mom, Katie and I stood by the aquarium in the lobby, sipping refreshing coconut water straight from the coconut.

Bright tropical fish zoomed back and forth behind the thick glass, their colors flashing under the cool indoor lights.

I shifted my weight from one foot to the other, watching a blue fish hide under a piece of fake coral.

”I’ve decided to get pregnant before the end of the year,” Katie suddenly dropped the bomb.

I choked on my sip of coconut water, coughing sharply into my hand as my eyes nearly popped out of my head.

I stared at her.

With nothing but flowers covering her chest and hips, she looked completely serious.

She leaned her back against the glass display, casually swirling the green straw in her shell while looking out across the lobby.

I was only shocked because she once told me she wanted to be a bad bitch for the rest of her omega life and had no plans of settling down.

”Why do you want to have a baby?” I asked, blinking at her in total confusion.

”I like those twins. They match my vibe..”

Katie grinned, a dreamy, totally unhinged look washing over her face.

Again with her harem love story, when is she going to stop?

Angel had introduced her to those Spanish twins I saw at the restaurant on our first date.

”I thought you said you were only going to taste them three times before deciding whether you wanted them to become your forever dick... or dicks.”

I raised an eyebrow at her, reminding her of the exact rules she had lectured me on just two days ago.

”We hooked up last night and the night before that. We’ve done it more than three times, and now I’m obsessed, I can’t stop thinking about them.. I want them permanently and only for me.”

She ran her hand through her damp hair, letting out a heavy, satisfied sigh that made my cheeks turn red just listening to it.

”And why is that?”

”You remember when I told you pheromones let you know when you’ve met your mate? Their pheromones make me go crazy, and that craziness is what I want to settle for.”

She gestured dramatically with her free hand, pointing back and forth between her heart and her lower stomach.

”Do your pheromones make them go crazy too?”

”Obviously. If my pheromones weren’t making them go nuts and unable to resist me, then something would be wrong with them. Pheromones attract people, and I’m pretty sure they’re attracted to me. I make people crave me...”

She puffed out her cheeks, taking a deep gulp from her coconut like she had just solved the world’s biggest mystery.

”Maybe they’re not attracted to you... maybe they’re only attracted to what’s down there, it’s what you have been giving them...” I muttered, glancing below her waist.

Recently, someone had told me they weren’t attracted to me, only to my vagina.

And I was positive it was the same for Katie.

She was living in the exact same trap I was currently drowning in, but she always ahead of her own game..

After all, they were friends with the devil.

Birds of a feather flock together.

And that devil bird happened to be their boss.

”I don’t mind. Since they keep coming back, that means I have something worth keeping. And do you know what I’m going to use to make sure they stay forever?” She grinned. ”A baby.”

She said it like she’d already made up her mind.

Her confidence was terrifying, her eyes shining with absolute determination as she tapped her chin.

”How is that going to keep them? You’ll just become a baby mama and nothing more.”

I shook my head, trying to inject a single drop of reality into her wild fantasy.

”Oh, April my girl, have you forgotten? I’m an expert in that genre.” She proudly puffed out her chest.

”From secret baby affairs to nine-month scandals... Taming the Billionaire with an Heir... The Baby Mama Tames the Cowboy... I know all the tricks. I’m going to use everything I’ve learned to get a fucking ring on my finger before giving birth to their baby. You’re going to witness it all.”

I stood there with my mouth half-open, completely speechless.

Damn...

This girl was insane.

She had spent so much time reading dark novels that her brain had fully converted fictional plotlines into an actual life strategy. She went from wanting to taste every forbidden fruit in the market to picking two identical fruits and deciding to keep them forever.

And I think I have joined the group...

All of this was happening because of Katie’s influence and Angel’s constant weird affection...

They are the bad seeds..

Finally, Abigail returned, and we headed back to the beach, where I finally spotted the devil.
