Chapter 558 She may be strong but I am superior

”Why are you half-naked, where are your cloth” old man lin asked as he looked at yohan, he was surprised to see him like this, but what surprised him most its yohanʼs physique, his body is went through in great transformation in such a short time, he uses to be fatty but now he is looking completely different and formidable, his body was in great shape.

”Grandpa dont mind me, I need to talk to you and itʼs very serious,”yohan said as he ignored his grandpaʼs gaze, he knew he was surprised to see him like that but yohan is feeling extremely hot because of the heat of his body, he wonʼt want to wear those robes that were making him uncomfortable, and at the same time There was that intense pain which is coming in waves, right now everything is pissing him off and he feels more comfortable without his upper robe.

”I know why you are here, it is related to Leon right?” old man lin asked, he knew he must come to know that Leon left the clan all of the sudden when they needed him there.

”No, it is not related to grandpa Leon, I am aware that he left this region but I need to discuss something else, something more important, ”yohan said to lin and he looked around his grandpaʼs room, he knew his grandpaʼs room is the safest place to discuss anything because there are barriers situated inside the room that use to prevent any kind of conversion from leaking through these walls and he was not afraid that women name Cathrine will overhear them.

Old man lin was slightly taken aback as he heard yohan, he was surprised to hear that yohan is not flinched or shown any kind of reaction while talking about Leon as it is completely normal for him,he thought he will be pissed knowing Leon is left like that without telling him anything all of the sudden when he can be helpful in these times when lin clan needs support, now everything comes to their shoulders, old man lin took a deep sigh and shook his head.

”Tell me what you want to talk about,”old man Lin asked.

”I am leaving the city for a while...”Yohan said in a calm manner.

”What?...”old man linʼs heart nearly skipped a beat when he heard yohan, he was still trying to get over the shock that Leon gave him yesterday now his grandson is giving him a chill saying he was leaving the city for a while when he just returned yesterday.

”One of My friends needs my help and there is only one woman that can help me During these tough times, so I just wanted to tell you before I leave this place, frankly speaking, I donʼt have time to tell mother about this or more precisely I canʼt face her knowing how will she react,”yohan responded to old man lin as he took a deep sighed knowing that he dont have the courage to face her Alena right at this moment, old man linʼs eyebrows twitched and his face slightly turned dark hearing yohan, but there is one thing that caught his attention as yohan mentioned that his friend in need as he Already knew that yohan dont has a such friend.

”Your friend, I donʼt get it, son,” he asked.

”Yeah her name is Elsa and she is suffering from a high fever, currently diya is looking after her inside my room,”yohan said.

”Elsa?” old man lin mumbled and he continued” never heard that name before and when did she end up here, you came alone last night and from my watch, no one entered inside the clan, then how in the world she is inside your room, nothing is making sense to me” old man lin exclaimed as he became confused hearing yohan.

Seeing his grandpa like that yohan took a deep breath” itʼs a long story grandpa I will tell you later, I am in a hurry”yohan said to him.

”Damn it yohan donʼt you know our clan is facing the threat of war and you are telling me you are leaving just like that to save an unknown woman who is suffering from fever, we have elder wang who can help your mysterious friend” old man lin exclaimed as he looked at yohan in a serious manner.

”He is an incompetent old geezer, he canʼt help Elsa, moreover that old geezer brings trouble for us,”yohan said as he took a deep breath.

”Trouble? What do you mean by that” old man lin asked yohan as he saw the seriousness on yohanʼs face.

”What do you know about that woman Cathrine,”Yohan asked.

”Catherine?, when did you met her, She is elder wangʼs disciple and a few days ago she is assigned to look after jasmine, what happened”

”Have you run any background checks before hiring her to look after jasmine?”Yohan said in a different manner.

”What happened yohan, you are making me anxious with your words, tell me what you know”old man lin asked, seeing the furiousness on yohanʼs face.

”that old man wang is being tricked by that woman and maybe he is conspiring with her, she is on the peak of the core formation soul realm, she is not normal woman”

”What?” old man lin exclaimed in shock, this information from yohanʼs mouth came in shock.

”Your expression is telling me that you are not aware of her cultivation, how did you and grandpa Leon didnʼt know about this that someone like her infiltrated our clan, I wonder if she is alone or not,”yohan explained to his grandpa.

”Yohan you are mistaken, she is not even a cultivator she is just a normal human being who is simply learning under elder wang, if she was a cultivator then we will surely know” old man lin said as he wasnʼt able to digest that they are being tricked by Cathrine who seems very gentle and hardworking.

”I am sure about that, I donʼt know how did she trick you but she is indeed a high-level cultivator, grandpa I am taking her with me, I donʼt want her to stay inside this clan anymore, I am glad jasmine and others are safe and nothing serious happened to anyone, I guess she was waiting for me probably she is an assassin or someone who belong to Nichole, xian, and royals,”yohan said.

”Damn it how could this happen under my nose” old man lin wiped the sweat from his head and looked at yohan in a serious manner.

”Where are you going and when are you going to return back,” old man Lin asked.

”I am going to see lady Evelynʼs mansion, there are things that I have to do to treat Elsa, I am going to return within three days, until then do me a favor and find out if this woman Cathrine is alone or working in a group, just be careful and do it silently grandpa we canʼt take Any risk, this is a very delicate matter,”yohan said.

Old man lin took a deep breath as he heard his grandson and nodded his head in response and said.

”Are you going to handle her on your own?” he asked, hearing old man Lin Yohan smile and nodded his head.

”She may be strong but I am far superior to her, she is not my match”yohan responded to his grandpa casually, hearing yohanʼs words old man lin rubbed his temple.

”Just be careful out there,” old man Lin said.

”Iʼll be alright grandpa just look after everyone and one more thing call Arjun and vinyaraj, they are needed here,”yohan said differently, hearing yohanʼs words old man linʼs facial expressions slightly changed but he nodded his head after all yohan is right.

Yohan took a deep breath and the next moment he left his grandpaʼs room saying goodbye to him.

Meanwhile, outside old man linʼs room, Cathrine is standing like a statue and waiting for yohan, her heart is beating faster and louder knowing what will she do if her cover is blown away and if she is caught by them.

But suddenly she heard a sound and the next moment she saw a familiar half-naked figure who had just exited the room. Seeing yohan she tried to act calm, Yohan gave her a beautiful smile.

”Thank you for waiting, I took grandpaʼs permission, you are coming with me, we are going outside of the city”
