Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 805: Chapter 805: I Need Your Help

In the grandfathers’ dressing room, the makeup artist patiently touched up their faces.

At this moment, a servant came in with two long boxes, ”Young master.”

Finn Morgan received them from her hand, and the servant turned to leave.

”Grandpa, these are two custom golf clubs from Andrew Dickson, one for Grandpa Parker and one for you,” Finn introduced, ”They have the date when you and Grandpa Parker met engraved on them.”

”Such thoughtfulness!” Grandpa Morgan beamed, unable to resist praising, ”My grandson is truly attentive! He knows exactly what touches the heart with his gifts.”

Grandpa Morgan was usually fond of exercise, especially loved playing golf.

At this moment, Grandpa Parker said, ”It’s not about the clubs! I’m interested in whether you could date my granddaughter? She’s a lovely girl, beloved by everyone!”

Finn Morgan, with a gentle expression, politely declined, ”Sorry, Grandpa Parker, I already have someone I love and plan to marry her someday.”

”Then why don’t you bring her here?” Grandpa Parker asked, ”Today’s a very special occasion!”

Finn Morgan was at a loss for words.

Grandpa Morgan, however, laughed and said, ”What girlfriend? It’s just an excuse not to go to the matchmaking! Finn, you better accompany the girl well this time; it’s her first visit, and she’s not familiar with the place, so be a good host.”

The words had come to this point, and he couldn’t refuse again.

After all, it was just about keeping someone company.

Finn Morgan glanced at the two elders, gently said goodbye, and left the dressing room.

On the second floor of the villa, on an elegantly set up terrace.

Jocelyn Morgan sat in a swing chair, bored, swaying back and forth, holding a small pastry in her hand, chewing slowly.

Her gaze fell on the father and daughter from The Monroe Family in the courtyard.

Zachary Merce was comforting her; Melissa Merce was stamping her feet in frustration, lacking the demeanor of a lady.

Footsteps approached, and Jocelyn slightly faltered but didn’t look back, as she’d guessed who it was.

Finn Morgan walked over to her, sure enough, there she was.

He sat opposite the girl on the terrace, noting the smile on her lips, his gaze following hers, witnessing the same scene in the courtyard—

Melissa Merce was as anxious as an ant on a hot pan, Zachary held his daughter’s hand, gently patting her shoulder, constantly reassuring her.

Finn wasn’t watching for long, letting his gaze settle on the girl’s face on the opposite side, ”Are you angry?”

”What would I be angry about?” Jocelyn Morgan didn’t withdraw her gaze, mocking, ”Is it just because my legs aren’t as long as hers and I can’t outrun her?”

Her gaze finally shifted to Finn Morgan, ”You’re sitting in front of me now, aren’t you? What’s she so proud about? Will you actively seek her out? Ha!”

”You’re jealous as well?” Finn Morgan teased her.

She rolled her eyes, ”I’m not jealous, just finding her more annoying each time I look at her!”

”So, if she runs fast in the future.” Finn Morgan picked up the teapot, pouring tea into the cup, ”You can’t just turn around and leave, you still have to come to welcome me, right?”

Jocelyn Morgan took the tea handed to her, drinking it all in one go, so thirsty!

At this point, in the courtyard below.

Melissa, frustrated but helpless, inadvertently looked up, just in time to see the brother and sister sitting on the terrace!

Her chest tightened slightly, quickly composing herself, instantly transforming into a well-behaved girl, then said to her father, ”Dad, I’m leaving now.” With that, she headed towards the living room.

On the upstairs terrace, Jocelyn said to Finn Morgan, ”I think Melissa is coming up.”

Finn Morgan turned his eyes, watching the figure walk into the living room, disappearing from view.

Finn Morgan looked at Jocelyn Morgan, his eyes serious, ”There’s something I need your help with, and I promise to reward you greatly once it’s done!”

And the girl felt that this matter seemed unrelated to Melissa, as her brother never paid her any mind.
