The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 550: Chapter 550: Acupoint Weight Loss

Lin Tian hesitated for a while.

Do you think this is like going to the market to buy groceries? At least three times a day?

Do you know that many young guys can’t even do it now!

But looking at Liou’s expression, Lin Tian knew that he really longed for it.

As the saying goes, women are like wolves at thirty, like tigers at forty, and can absorb dust sitting on the ground at fifty...

Yan Xinrou is in her forties now, the prime age of a fierce tiger.

But Liou is so overweight, moving is already difficult, how could he satisfy Yan Xinrou?

Lin Tian coughed lightly, gathered his words, and said, ”It’s not impossible, but first, we’ve got to lose that fat of yours.”

Liou’s facial expression suddenly became colorful at the mention of weight loss... It’s not something you can just do as you say. He had considered liposuction, but he couldn’t handle the side effects. He still wanted to live a few more years.

Lin Tian instantly saw what was on his mind from his expression, grinned, and said, ”Dad, I can help you lose that fat.”

Liou Zhengming’s eyes sparkled with interest, ”How do you plan to do that?”

”Simple, diet therapy combined with acupuncture and exercise,” Lin Tian said.

Liou stared at Lin Tian’s face, sighed before saying, ”Xinrou said your medical skills are more impressive than Zhao Xuefeng’s. Why do we still need exercise and diet therapy? If it’s as easy as you say, would I still be suffering like now?”

The clueless will never understand him. After struggling hard for half a year, he barely lost weight, but two meals of meat and it came back, losing weight is a joke, almost driving him to collapse.

”Dad, you shouldn’t say that. Even if Hua Tuo were reborn, he wouldn’t have a better solution than mine. The diet therapy I offer changes daily to ensure you get addicted, and you can still have meat. As for exercise, the requirement isn’t much, just a short jog.”

”Are you telling the truth? Is there really such delicious food?” Liou’s eyes brightened again at the mention of food, ”And the exercise, is it really not too demanding?”

Lin Tian nodded, smiling warmly, ”Why would I deceive you?”

”So when do we start?”

”Right now. Jogging is too dull, what sports do you like?”

”Golf.”

”Nope, pick another one, the exercise should be more intense.”

”How about billiards then?”

”...”

”Horse riding works too.”

Lin Tian just wanted to scream: Who’s supposed to lose weight here, you or the horse? If it’s you losing weight, should the horse ride you instead?

Lin Tian sighed, squeezed out a smile, ”How about we go play basketball?”

”Basketball... I haven’t played in ages.”

”No worries, you’ll adapt quickly.”

...

The Liou Family’s villa is in an upscale residential area, naturally not lacking in public sports facilities.

This basketball court is not far from the villa, and it’s an indoor court, so there’s no exposure to the scorching sun, plus there’s air conditioning and drinks.

Of course, it is only open to the residents in the community. Outsiders have to pay to come, and the fee is not low.

The whole family of four came, Liou Qingcheng and Yan Xinrou were just here for fun.

Since intense activity was needed, Lin Tian had everyone do some warm-up exercises.

After the warm-up exercises, Lin Tian had Liou sit on the ground, shirt off, facing him.

Then he took out a box of silver needles he had prepared, disinfected them with Spiritual Qi, and began acupuncture.

Middle Cavity Acupoint, Qi Sea Acupoint, Guanyuan Acupoint, Dubhe Acupoint...

A total of eighteen acupoints, each needle varied in depth, some pricking, some lifting, twisting around a bit. The acupuncture speed was extremely fast, almost uninterrupted, and once the Spiritual Qi spread in Liou Zhengming’s body, he quickly pulled them out.

There is a saying about acupoint weight loss in folk lore, supposedly safe, quick, and observable, which involves unblocking the body’s meridians, opening channels and stimulating relevant acupoints to mobilize excess body fat from the fat storage, decomposing, consuming it, and expelling it from the body through excretion and sweat glands.

The acupoints Lin Tian chose to work on now had results similar to those of acupoint weight loss.

Except with the addition of Spiritual Qi, the speed was surprisingly fast.

Every insertion produced a sizzling sound when the silver needles touched Liou Zhengming’s skin, like the sizzle of hot iron on water.

Liou Zhengming could feel a burning sensation coming through from within, evident yet painless, pleasantly comfortable, almost shouting for joy.

The Spiritual Qi on the silver needles melted Liou Zhengming’s excess fat inside into sticky sweat, with bursts of white smoke.

The method might have worked, yet for Liou Zhengming’s bulk of fat, it was a drop in the ocean, having little effect.

”Dad, put your clothes back on, let’s go play ball.” Lin Tian supported Liou Zhengming’s hand and helped him up.

Bear in mind, Liou Zhengming is nearly three hundred pounds now, is it that easy to lift him up?

”Alright.”

Liou Zhengming nodded and started dribbling to the court. But as he walked, he felt his body seemed much lighter, with an inexhaustible energy.

These feelings were caused by leftover Spiritual Qi circulating inside him, giving the illusion. As his exercise increased, the Spiritual Qi would circulate faster, fat consumption will accelerate, almost three times faster than usual.

How could the power of Lin Tian’s acupuncture with Spiritual Qi be minor?

Yan Xinrou, in a red sports shirt, followed. She planned to have a match with Liou, actually out of curiosity.

Liou Qingcheng stood beside Lin Tian and asked, ”Is it just me or does my dad look thinner?”

”It’s an illusion, it’ll take a while before he actually slims down,” Lin Tian replied honestly.

”Lin Tian, do you think I need to lose weight? I feel like I’ve gained.” Liou Qingcheng looked at her perfect figure, still somewhat dissatisfied.

Previously, she practiced dancing every day, maintaining her figure well. But she hadn’t kept up lately; would her figure lose shape?

Lin Tian turned his gaze to Liou Qingcheng, who wore a spirited ponytail, dressed in a white breathable sports shirt.

Though the shirt was loose-fitting, it still outlined Liou Qingcheng’s charm and shape, an absolutely stunning S figure, irresistibly alluring.

After the transformation last night, Lin Tian constantly wanted to take Liou Qingcheng to a secluded place to do something naughty.

”Your figure is perfect, big where it should be and small where it should be,” Lin Tian stared at her full chest, with a mischievous smile.

”Smooth talker.”

Though she said that, Liou Qingcheng enjoyed Lin Tian’s praise.

”Do you want it bigger?” Lin Tian leaned in and whispered into Liou Qingcheng’s ear.

Liou Qingcheng’s face blushed instantly, though she’d just become a woman, she was still unaccustomed to facing Lin Tian’s intense gaze.

”How... how can it get bigger?”

”I have a lost massage technique; I could help massage you a bit at night, it’ll grow over time.” As he spoke, Lin Tian raised his right hand, sticking out four fingers, ”I swear!”

”Phooey! You rascal! I don’t believe you!”
