Rebirth in Famine: She Thrives by Lucky Space

”Yes, sister-in-law, don’t worry.” Liu Tongtong is now even more precious. This is the fourth generation of the Tao family.

”Xiao Zhen, Meng Lin, I’m fine.”

She knows her own condition; the child in her belly is already over five months. Very healthy.

With two additional strong workers at the brewery, the pace has quickened significantly.

Now, they all bring meals from home, when they are really busy, Han Xiangjun calls, writes letters urging them on.

Li Xue now only pushes the child over when the child is hungry, and at night, Lv Beiguang and his wife stay directly at the brewery, Li Xue will bring the child over.

Even though it’s exhausting every day, sometimes busy until late at night, Lv Beiguang’s spirit is still very high.

By September, when the children were ten months old, Yang Xiuqin had no more breast milk, but she didn’t mind, as the children were eating well.

Although she didn’t notice it herself, others saw she had changed a lot. How to put it? She became much more beautiful. Her facial features hadn’t changed much, but her skin improved, and most importantly, her temperament changed.

Li Xue is still quite relaxed, watching her father-in-law being very busy, sometimes not even sending the child over. At night, she accompanies them or Jing Chu.

After dinner today, there’s some free time again. Lv Beiguang and the others are discussing opening a brewery in the South.

Actually, the feasibility is really low, under the current environment, it really isn’t realistic.

”Actually, think about it, the real good wines are all in the South, where it’s suitable for fermentation.”

”Even if it’s suitable, we can’t get past, better to stay here honestly for a few more years.”

Lv Beiguang also sighed. After a break, they started working again.

The current stock is already very considerable, just the raw materials used have reached tens of thousands of pounds. Around 9 o’clock, Wei Kaiyun and Old Yang went back.

Today was relatively early. Lv Beiguang was also in good spirits.

”Beiguang, I think I might be pregnant.” Yang Xiuqin was unsure. She was healthy, the couple was together almost every day, and suddenly weaned, also her body was changing.

The hand of Lv Beiguang on his wife suddenly stopped upon hearing this.

”Xiuxiu. Go see Doctor Liu tomorrow. If you’re pregnant, you should go home. It’s too damp and tiring here.”

”It’s probably too early to tell now. It’s just that I suddenly weaned, and also this place hurts.”

Lv Beiguang had a special fondness for Yang Xiuqin’s body. Whenever they were together, his hands were always on her.

”Then go see tomorrow too, these days take a rest, Xiao Wei and I will go get the raw materials, if you’re really pregnant, you definitely can’t exhaust yourself.”

In his heart, Lv Beiguang was still expectant. Back then, with Guodong and Jing Chu, because of work, he could only go home to see them at night. At that time, being young, he was always short on sleep, not paying attention to these things.

With Ruoyan and Yiqing, he didn’t know at all. His hand was placed on Yang Xiuqin’s stomach, ”I’m very much looking forward to the child coming.”

Now, without the awareness that more children would be a heavy burden, instead more children meant more blessings. Lv Beiguang used to have just two children and was especially envious of those with several children.

Now he already has four and feels having two more is not too much, ”If we can have two more daughters, that would be great.”

Yang Xiuqin wrapped her arms around Lv Beiguang’s neck, ”That’s not something we can decide.” She had seen it clearly. Her man genuinely liked girls, he would always first pick up Ruoyan.

The next day, Lv Beiguang got up to make breakfast. After the two finished eating, they went to find Liu Xuefa.

After taking her pulse, ”Congratulations, she’s pregnant. From the pulse, it’s been almost three months.”

Lv Beiguang beamed with smiles, ”Thank you, Doctor Liu. How’s my wife’s health?”

”Your wife is in excellent health, but she should take it easy. Since the interval between the two pregnancies is not long, still need to be cautious.”

Yang Xiuqin was also very happy, as she could feel Lv Beiguang’s excitement.

Coming out of the medical room, ”Xiuxiu, let’s go home.”

When they got home, Li Xue was feeding the two children. Now, Jing Chen was home much more often.

”Dad, Aunt Yang, breakfast is on the table.”

”Where are Guodong and the others?”

”They went to Aunt Jiang’s house, should be back soon.”

As they were speaking, the siblings entered the yard. Guodong would later join them to another county to look at sorghum.

”I have good news to tell you.” Lv Beiguang was genuinely happy from the heart.

”Dad, you’re so happy, isn’t Aunt Yang pregnant?” Jing Chu asked with a smile.

Lv Beiguang nodded, ”That’s right, your daughter guessed it right. It’s been over two months now.”

”Congratulations to Dad and Aunt Yang.” Yang Xiuqin was a little embarrassed being talked about. But she could see that Guodong and Jing Chu sincerely congratulated them without rejecting a younger sibling coming along.

Not long after, Wei Kaiyun next door called out for them father and son.

”What’s the good news?” Wei Kaiyun asked Lv Beiguang with a smile.

”I’m going to be a dad again.”

Wei Kaiyun felt a tinge of envy, ”Well, congratulations are indeed in order.”

This guy used to say he wouldn’t settle down or get married, but now look, not only does he have two more kids, but his wife is also pregnant again. Seems he’s quite satisfied with Xiao Yang.

He once told Xinyu, they both thought it’s a fateful connection between two people. Previously, Lv Beiguang hadn’t met the fated one.

As friends, of course, they were all happy for Lv Beiguang.

”Xiao Wei, how many more years can our brewery operate?”

Wei Kaiyun was puzzled for a moment, why the sudden shift?

”Judging by the trends, should be about five years, what are you thinking?”

”Do you think we can go South by then?”

”Old Han will come in December, let’s hear his opinion.”

”Who knows what changes the future holds?” Lv Beiguang sighed, ”You’ve tasted the wine from the South, it’s way better than ours.”

Wei Kaiyun nodded, indeed, what Lv Beiguang brought was truly aromatic.

”In the future, we’ll certainly have the chance.”

”I also hope so, I guess once Old Han tastes this wine, he’ll be itching with desire.”

They both laughed, Han Xiangjun has always been zealous for good things, especially those that can make money. He’s insanely passionate about making money.

The three of them went to the county’s grain depot, where Li Yunqiao had already arranged everything, so they just needed to check the quality of the sorghum.

They finally settled on fifty thousand pounds. After all, it’s also considered old grain. And in just about a month, the village’s sorghum can also be used.

”The city brewery is pressing too hard.” Lv Beiguang sighed, now the village already has thirty people working at the brewery.
