Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 783: Chapter 803: I Am Really Crazy

Dawn Sutherland nodded, ”Okay, I got it.”

The two sat on the sofa chatting, and neither of them mentioned what happened in the room just now.

After chatting about company matters for half an hour, Daisy Grant smiled faintly, ”Second brother, I have to go back.”

Dawn Sutherland nodded, ”I’ll see you off.”

”Okay.”

Daisy Grant did not refuse.

Dawn Sutherland took his house keys, and the two changed their shoes at the entrance and went downstairs.

Dawn Sutherland saw Daisy Grant off to the roadside outside the apartment, next to a parked red Porsche.

”Second brother, drop me off here. You’ve had too much to drink, no need to drive me.”

”Alright.”

Daisy Grant got in the car, stayed silent for a while, then said, ”Second brother, from now on, with Evalian Chapman with you on your birthday, I probably—”

”I understand.” Dawn Sutherland smiled faintly, his eyes seemed a bit dim.

In the future, she would no longer celebrate his birthday alone with him.

Daisy Grant smiled faintly, her fingers tightened on the steering wheel, ”Second brother, Evalian is great, a perfect match for you, be happy.”

”Okay.” Dawn Sutherland nodded faintly, ”You be happy too.”

”Okay.” Daisy Grant smiled softly, ”Then, second brother, I’m leaving. If there’s anything at the company I can help with, just let me know. I am the only daughter of the Grant family, no siblings, I’ve depended on you since I was little, really treat you as family, so, second brother, don’t be a stranger if there’s anything.”

Dawn Sutherland’s eyes deepened, ”I know. Same goes for you, tell me if there’s anything, if Aidan Sutherland treats you poorly, or if Elsa provokes you again, tell me—”

”Okay. Second brother, goodbye.”

”Goodbye.”

With one farewell, both felt a bitterness that was hard to express.

Daisy Grant drove away slowly, watching through the rearview mirror as Dawn Sutherland stood there, seeing her off without moving, and gave a rueful smile.

”Second brother, goodbye. Today is the last time I’ll celebrate my birthday alone, and also the last time I’ll give you two birthday presents.”

Daisy Grant dared not look in the rearview mirror anymore; she sped up and drove away quickly, but her eyes reddened.

And Dawn Sutherland stood there for a long time after Daisy’s departure, not moving an inch.

”Daisy, what happened tonight was impulsive of me, but do you know? If I had really made a big mistake tonight and took you, my heart would have surprisingly felt joy, I must be out of my mind—”

———

Time flew by, and it was the day of Dawn Sutherland’s company opening.

Arlo Seys brought several popular stars from Era to support Dawn Sutherland, creating buzz and attention, and celebrating the rising success of Dawn’s company.

On the day of the opening, Era along with Haynes Clan’s heir, Nico Haynes, reached a strategic cooperation with Dawn’s C.Y Company and signed two major projects, including developing a luxury villa project by the sea in City C.

On the first day of Dawn Sutherland’s company opening, several deals were signed consecutively. At the night’s opening party, Dawn Sutherland mingled among the crowd, gracefully interacting with business figures.

Many prominent business moguls couldn’t help but marvel, ”A new business star is rising in City C. The young are paving the way—Arlo Seys led Era to its peak within a few years, and now Dawn Sutherland is emerging as a rising star. The older generation like us will eventually need to bow out.”

Dawn Sutherland’s party was bustling, with many of the influential people of City C invited. Arlo Seys was standing in the food area with Ariel Morris.

Ariel Morris was eating a fruit platter while Arlo Seys watched her with soft eyes, a gentle smile on his lips.

Many people approached Arlo Seys to toast, but Arlo Seys politely declined each one. Seeing President Seys’ focus entirely on his dear wife, people refrained from further imposing.
