Heaven knows.

For someone like Keqing, who is usually so rigid about Rex Lapis, to speak so highly of Ryen shows the significant impact he has on her heart.

However, it’s a pity that Ningguang has never truly placed much value on raw power.

Keqing could see it clearly—worried that Ningguang might harbor ulterior motives that could harm Liyue—and she earnestly warned:

”Ningguang, don’t entertain any thoughts you shouldn’t be having. If something goes wrong, even Rex Lapis won’t be able to save you.”

”Don’t think I’m joking when I say Ryen is strong…”

”You haven’t experienced his pure power, unhinged by elemental energy…”

”Last night, did you all hear the tremors at Tianheng Mountain?”

Hearing this, Ningguang and the others nodded slightly.

Keqing took a deep breath before continuing in a softer tone:

”When Ryen was clearing out the monsters… he almost shattered Tianheng Mountain with a single punch.”

”He barely diverted the force at the last second, leaving an endless expanse of blank space in the sky.”

As she spoke, Keqing pointed towards the sea.

What should have been a sky filled with mist and clouds was eerily cleared, leaving a massive, unending passage.

Ningguang and the others initially thought it was a natural phenomenon.

They hadn’t imagined…

It was a punch created by a single person?!

This…

Ningguang’s heart sank.

She understood Keqing’s words now.

Raw power—perhaps even Rex Lapis would be pinned down by Ryen.

”Because of that tremor last night, I went to find Ryen.”

A flicker of awe sparkled in Keqing’s eyes.

”I asked him how powerful he really is.”

”Ryen told me… theoretically, his strength has no upper limit. But if he were to set a boundary…”

”Ryen can smash the entirety of Teyvat with a single punch.”

”So, Ningguang, don’t think about things you shouldn’t be thinking about. Ryen is my friend, he is Ganyu’s friend, and he should be Liyue’s friend.”

”And, he will always be Liyue’s friend!”

”Make a decision soon, Ningguang. Ryen is still waiting for us to return and help him build the base.”

After finishing, Keqing said no more. She returned to her seat and took large sips of tea.

Her throat was dry after such an intense discussion.

Ningguang remained silent, staring at the torch in front of her.

She reached out to grab it, but after several attempts, gave up.

The small torch weighed at least 170-180 kilograms.

That wasn’t even the most shocking part…

Ningguang had tried putting paper on the torch, but it wouldn’t ignite.

The torch burned endlessly, showing no signs of consumption.

Even though Teyvat lacked formal physics, Ningguang couldn’t shake the feeling that it defied the laws of the world.

In fact, once Ningguang confirmed Ryen had a world of his own, she had already made up her mind to cooperate.

But…

This wasn’t something so simple.

This was cooperation regarding an entire world—a partnership that risked Liyue’s entire future.

Truthfully, she didn’t have the authority to make such a decision.

At the very least, it should be Rex Lapis himself considering it.

Ningguang’s thoughts now revolved around how she could develop a private relationship with Ryen.

A single world could not only elevate Liyue to the strongest position in Teyvat, but it could also multiply her personal assets severalfold.

She could harvest all Mora across Teyvat into her Jade Chamber.

Establishing a connection with Ryen, she was confident she could make it happen—with a ninety-nine percent success rate.

Thus, Ningguang never considered using underhanded methods.

She was too clever to overlook such matters.

Holding the treasure of an entire world without means of protection? No one would dare speak of it.

The cooperation between Liyue and Ryen was beyond her control now.

The only thing she could do was wait for Rex Lapis’s command.

Right now, Ningguang only desired to form a personal cooperative relationship with Ryen.

Thinking this, Ningguang couldn’t help but feel a pang of regret.

If only she had known about Ryen’s investment potential earlier—she would have reached out to him a year ago.

She felt a bit envious of Keqing and Ganyu.

Yet, she couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed for them.

With their connection to Ryen, a little bit of business acumen would make them wealthier than she ever could imagine.

But these two weren’t thinking about wealth—at all—they were only focused on mining together with Ryen…

The incredible things in that world were endless.

To put it simply, Ningguang could use those blocks to build the floating island of Liyue Harbor in the sky.

The cost would be far smaller than constructing the Jade Chamber.

Thinking of this, Ningguang glanced back at the pile of blocks scattered in front of her.

Though it was undeniably magical, it looked… so out of place!

Letting out a sigh, Ningguang spoke,

”This matter aside, I trust you all now. Still, can you please remove these blocks? They’re just too unsightly.”

Hearing this, Keqing’s expression instantly turned awkward.

Her gaze darted away, avoiding Ningguang’s direct stare.

Ningguang immediately sensed something was wrong. With a hint of frustration, she said,

”Don’t tell me you can only place them, but not remove them!”

Keqing pursed her lips, whispering,

”I can remove them, but… it requires the right tools.”

”Tell me what tools you need, and I’ll have someone bring them!”

Ningguang felt a headache coming on as she looked at Keqing, who seemed incredibly unreliable.

Keqing shrugged nonchalantly, saying,

”Can’t be helped. I tried—Teyvat’s tools can’t break these blocks. We need tools from that world.”

Ningguang’s vision blurred as she stared at the chaotic scene before her—rocks jutting out, old trees casting shadows, a complete mess.

Her blood pressure soared.

”So… do you have those tools from that world?”

Keqing seemed a bit embarrassed, mumbling,

”I do have them. Before we left, Ryen gave Ganyu and me a pickaxe, an iron axe, and a sword.”

”Then, hurry up and remove them!”

Ningguang’s voice rose slightly, clearly beyond frustrated.

”After you’re done, take them to the port… No, take them to the General Affairs Office for processing. Break the coal down, sell it to Inazuma to open channels.”

”Maybe with this coal, we can control the North Bank of Liyue Harbor.”

Ningguang quickly devised a plan for these materials.

Two hundred tons of material was no small resource—it could bring in a substantial amount of Mora.

Even if they didn’t sell it, it would still ease some of Liyue Harbor’s resource pressure.

Especially now, with the dangerous and increasingly difficult mining in the Chasm.

Keqing hesitated, feeling the intensity of Ningguang’s stare.

Finally, she gave a reluctant sigh,

”Alright, honestly… without Ryen’s enhancements, I can’t even lift those tools.”

”???”

Ningguang looked at Keqing in confusion.

Ganyu stepped in to help explain.

”It’s not Keqing’s fault. The iron tools are made from iron ingots. One iron ore produces one iron ingot, and each iron ingot weighs over nine hundred kilograms.”

”The iron axe and pickaxe use multiple iron ingots, totaling several tons. Even I, without Ryen’s help, can’t easily swing and break those blocks.”

Ningguang was shocked by how heavy an iron ingot was and the sheer value of iron ore.

However, looking at the chaotic mess of blocks in front of her, her blood pressure rose.

”What do we do, then? Are we supposed to ask Ryen to help with this?”

Ningguang massaged her temples, unable to look at her beloved Jade Chamber anymore.

It seemed utterly broken now.

But suddenly, a gentle male voice echoed from around them,

”If you don’t mind, let me try.”

Hearing this, everyone was stunned, standing up in unison to face the newcomer.

”Rex Lapis?!”
