I, the Destined Villain, Start by Controlling the Saint

A Kun’s thoughtsHigh in the sky, a team of people was slowly flying.

They weren’t moving fast, and from time to time, someone would scan the area below, their target clear.

”Senior Brother, is what you said true?”

”Of course, Senior Brother Ouyang, everyone knows that Ye Tian gained a lot from the Dragon Palace at the bottom of the sea.”

A young man dressed in a Saint Academy Daoist robe confidently said to Ouyang Ke.

”Senior Brother Ouyang, I can prove it. I was in that Treasure Trove at the time and saw it with my own eyes.”, another person stepped forward and said.

”We worked together to break the formation. It took us a month to break the Restriction and enter the Treasure Trove. Guess what? The first thing we saw when we opened the door was Ye Tian.”

”Then someone else went to search and found the entire Treasure Trove empty. Do we even need to think about it? Ye Tian definitely took all the treasures!”

”That was tens of thousands of pavilions. Even if each one only held one treasure, that’s still tens of thousands of treasures.”

Ouyang Ke’s heart sank upon hearing this.

With such a massive amount of treasures falling into Ye Tian’s hands, Ye Tian only needed to develop steadily, converting the treasures into strength, and he would be able to firmly suppress him.

If Ye Tian was good at managing, he could take out a portion of these things to win people’s hearts.

In the days to come, among the Disciples of the Saint Academy, Ye Tian would be the leader.

And he could only be marginalized, let alone compete for the position of Saint Disciple.

Ouyang Ke paid too high a price for the position of Saint Disciple.

He expended a massive amount of energy and money, making various compromises, bearing the heavy responsibility of the Ouyang Family’s rise, with the expectations of countless clansmen behind him. He could not afford to fail!

Ouyang Ke was born into a declining aristocratic family. His powerful talent was nurtured by the entire clan’s efforts, beginning when he was still a fetus.

To achieve his peerless talent, the Ouyang Family expended a large amount of Heaven And Earth Treasure, which made the already not-so-wealthy Ouyang Family even worse off.

His birth father and more than ten clan elders, in order to make him naturally spiritual, worked together to kill a Taiyi Golden Immortal Realm Red Sea Demonic Dragon to seize its demonic Dragon spirit.

During this process, his birth father died, and only two of the more than ten clan elders returned, and they died the following year from severe injuries.

He deeply knew the heavy responsibility on his shoulders, not daring to be negligent for a moment, diligently cultivating, and even often walking on the edge of life and death, just to Break through his own limits and live up to expectations.

And his goal was to become a Saint Disciple.

Once he became a Saint Disciple, he would be able to arrange for his clansmen to enter the Saint Academy to cultivate the Dao, strengthening the Ouyang Family.

He would be able to use the power of the Saint Academy to settle accounts with the forces that had bullied his Ouyang Family in the past, one by one, and restore the Ouyang Family’s former glory.

He had a reason to win!

For this day, he had endured for six thousand years. How could he fall at the last step!

”Where is Ye Tian now? Is there any news of him?” Ouyang Ke said indifferently, his tone serious.

He now completely regarded Ye Tian as a formidable enemy.

”I don’t know. We could have captured him that day, but a large bird suddenly appeared in the middle and dispersed us. Ye Tian’s luck is really good; he managed to escape from a certain death situation.”

A Disciple of the Saint Academy replied.

”Senior Brother Ouyang, how should we deal with him? Should we help him, or...?” A Disciple asked. He didn’t say it explicitly, but it was self-evident.

Ouyang Ke didn’t speak, just looked into the distance, a hint of worry in his tiger-like eyes, wondering what he was thinking.

.........

Ye Tian was clearing the path, and Xiao Fan was supervising.

Whenever Ye Tian wanted to slack off, Xiao Fan would throw Miao Xiaoqing out, letting her fly around twice above to prove that people were coming and going there.

And from time to time, he would let her go to Jade Lake and stop to observe.

Ye Tian was also greatly frightened. Someone actually came over, scaring him into immediately stopping and not daring to make any more noise.

After only a short while of looking, Miao Xiaoqing naturally returned without seeing anything.

And Ye Tian, after this incident, directly increased the intensity of his path clearing, which caused him to suffer from even more severe cold Qi.

The ice surface, which had not melted for ten thousand years, was actually forced to part into a waterway under the reckless confrontation of his Yang Qi, and it could not heal for a long time.

Yin and Yang balanced each other out, and the cold Qi in all the places he passed through was offset, becoming unremarkable.

And Xiao Fan was sitting on the clouds, watching Ye Tian diligently digging the path, but unfortunately, no one offered him hot tea, which made him feel a little less at ease and enjoyment.

”It would be great if Xin Xi and Yu Yue were here. They would definitely give me shoulder rubs and make tea.”, Xiao Fan missed their thoughtful service.

Suddenly, Ah Kun reminded him, ”Master, look, there’s movement under the lake surface.”

Xiao Fan focused his gaze and saw that Ye Tian had stopped digging.

In front of Ye Tian, within an ice coffin, there was a pulsating ice crystal heart, shining with colorful radiance, sacred and mysterious.

The colorful radiance spread out, penetrating the thick ice surface, reflecting on the sky, and dyeing the white clouds in the sky into colorful clouds, beautiful and elegant.

”Oh, a treasure has been unearthed!” Ye Tian was overjoyed.

He looked at the ice coffin in surprise. Inside the transparent ice coffin was a colorful ice heart, and the sacred nobility and vast power overflowing from it made his heart surge.

He wanted to reach out and grab it, but found that the cold Qi was sharper than a sword’s edge, incredibly cutting to the hand.

”I have it!” He took out a broken blade, intending to try with this broken blade.

Ye Tian was not the only one happy; Xiao Fan was even happier than Ye Tian.

”Goodness, it looks like a good treasure at a glance.”

Xiao Fan looked at the colorful light, a smile unconsciously appearing on his face.

”It’s mine!”

He gave orders to Ah Kun, saying:

”Chase him, drive him away, don’t let him hinder me from collecting the treasure.”

”At the same time, make a big commotion so that others know his whereabouts. You just need to drive him away, no need to kill him; someone will come to deal with him.”

”Understood.”, Ah Kun replied.

From beginning to end, Ah Kun saw everything.

This master was too cunning. He hid behind others, watched them work, and then picked the fruit when it was ripe.

And that wasn’t all; he would also eat it all, wipe his mouth, and leave, making others think that Ye Tian had taken all the benefits.

The hatred was even greater!

Understanding this, Ah Kun had a plan: if I cooperate well, will he share some benefits with me?

Ah Kun was still savoring the Dao rhyme from before, unable to forget them.

In just a moment, it had its own ideas.

Ah Kun flew down, its body continuously growing larger, gradually returning to its original size of ten thousand li.

A sharp cry, like a Kunpeng soaring through the Nine Heavens, its sky-obscuring body flashed, and the entire world trembled, the wind and clouds changed color, and the sun and moon lost their light, as if an ancient fierce beast had reappeared in the human world.

This sharp cry, with its sound mixed with Spell power, the power of a Golden Immortal spread for ten million li in all directions.

Everyone within ten million li heard the commotion here and looked towards this place.

But Ah Kun’s acting was far from over.

It then let out another roar, as if pouring out all the unwillingness and anger of being enslaved.

”Little thief, how dare you touch my nest?”

”Damn it, that’s my treasure, put it down for me!”

This unwillingness and anger had a sense of authentic performance.

Whoosh!

The Kunpeng’s journey of Nine Heavens, the ten-thousand-li giant descended from the sky, as if the sky was falling.

Ye Tian was still thinking of taking the ice coffin at this time.

Unexpectedly, a furious roar suddenly sounded behind him.

He looked back and saw a ten-thousand-li-sized Golden Immortal Kunpeng, like a falling star, rushing towards him.

If he were hit by it, there would be no chance of survival.

”Damn it, I knew there was no danger, it turns out it wasn’t time yet.”

Ye Tian was in a dilemma.

In front, the ice coffin was within reach, and within the ice coffin was the unfathomable colorful ice heart.

Behind, a ten-thousand-li-sized Golden Immortal Kunpeng, with furious killing intent, was rushing towards him.

Ye Tian raised his hand towards the ice coffin, but the bone-chilling cold Qi on it froze his hand, making him unable to bend it or move his body. If he touched it for a little longer, he was afraid his whole body would be frozen stiff.

”Just a little bit more, sigh!”

He made his choice.

He retracted his hand, retreated along the same path, and began to flee.

”As long as the green mountains remain, there will be no shortage of firewood.”, Ye Tian decisively made his choice, transforming into a white lightning escape light and flying backward.

As for the ice heart in the ice coffin, he gave up.

He didn’t think the Kunpeng would catch up. Now that the most important treasure was exposed, it would definitely go back to retrieve it.

But he was wrong; Ah Kun had its own ideas.

Ye Tian fled quickly, and Ah Kun pursued relentlessly.

With Ah Kun’s strength, catching up to Ye Tian was effortless, but it couldn’t do that.

The Master’s intention was to seize the treasure and pin the suspicion of the theft on Ye Tian.

Therefore, when diving down, besides controlling its speed, the Kunpeng also performed a small detail: it vigorously flapped its ten-thousand-li-long wings, raising a strong wind that swept an area of eighty thousand li.

The strong wind lifted all the sand, stones, and vegetation from the ground into the sky, obscuring the sky and the sun, making it impossible to see what was happening in Jade Lake.

The details were not just a little bit.

Ah Kun also carefully left a windless path in the strong wind for Xiao Fan to pass through and retrieve the treasure.

And it itself, with a slight Spell, brought out a colorful divine light, imitating the light of the colorful ice heart.

At the same time, it shouted, ”Little thief, don’t run! Return my treasure!”

Ye Tian was puzzled, ”Are you blind? Where did I take it?”

It’s clearly still in there, perfectly fine. Don’t talk nonsense, okay?

Xiao Fan was slightly surprised by Ah Kun’s actions and detailed methods.

Raising dust to cover himself, chasing Ye Tian, making people mistakenly believe that Ye Tian had succeeded, at which point Ye Tian would be unable to defend himself.

It didn’t matter whether Ye Tian had actually succeeded or not.

What was important was to make others believe that Ye Tian had already succeeded.

Still a clever foolish bird, good.

Xiao Fan’s impression of Ah Kun improved somewhat.

”I’ll arrange a few female birds for you later as a reward.”

Xiao Fan didn’t waste time either. Following the passage left by Ah Kun, he descended into Jade Lake and, with the help of the bronze cauldron and half of the Indestructible Blade, collected the ice coffin into his possession.

Having done all this, Xiao Fan offered the Treasure Shuttle, hid himself in the Void Realm, and fled. No one could detect that he had ever been there.

When the storm subsided and everything returned to calm, the lake was already empty.

Before long, the people who had been attracted by Ah Kun’s bird call earlier arrived.

They looked at the hole in the ice and the empty lakebed, and they knew the treasure had been stolen.

”Who did it?”

”What a rich Ice Attribute Immortal Qi! My Water Attribute Immortal Root felt incredibly comfortable just by circulating a few times, and my cultivation also increased by a few strands. It’s perfectly compatible with my spiritual body.”

”Not just that, I observe that the ice here, its power can compare to Nine Heavens Cold Iron. This is ice formed from an ordinary water surface, yet it has such power. One can imagine how powerful that treasure must be.”

Everyone looked into the distance, at the colorful clouds left in the sky, and the furious Kunpeng relentlessly pursuing, and a thought arose in their minds.

That was, the treasure was stolen, but the thief had not yet been caught.

Following the traces would give them a chance to pick up a bargain!

Everyone agreed and followed the traces left by Ah Kun.

Ye Tian was destined to be besieged by thousands of people again.
