A Journey That Changed The World.

Chapter 1418 1418: This Is Much Better

Archer reeled from the surprise attack. He sensed Catherine casting more magic that pushed him through the building until he crashed into the ground below. As that happened, he dropped the collar and vanished into the Domain.

He crashed into the treehouseʼs floor with a thud as the force sent him flying. This sudden scene shocked Ayrenn, who was still eating pizza. She jumped up and rushed over to him while speaking. ʼʼAlways getting into trouble, what happened now?ʼʼ

ʼʼIʼm fine beautiful,ʼʼ he said with a smile. ʼʼThe two women needed to get me away and made it look like I attacked them.ʼʼ

The High Elf giggled before teasing. ʼʼYou gremlin, come here and let me pamper you.ʼʼ

Archerʼs brow furrowed in confusion, but he nodded. Rising, he stretched his limbs as Ayrenn glided toward a nearby sofa and beckoned. ʼʼSit in front of me,ʼʼ she said, a playful glint in her eyes. ʼʼIʼve always wanted to try this with you, but you were unconscious last time we met.ʼʼ

He sank onto the sofa, and Ayrenn gently tilted his head back, her fingers beginning to knead his face. A wave of calm washed over him as she massaged his forehead, her beautiful face lit with a warm smile.

ʼʼYouʼve never had a proper massage, have you?ʼʼ she purred. ʼʼTime to start taking care of yourself, handsome.ʼʼ

When Archer heard this, he leaned back against her soft legs, his tension easing as Ayrennʼs skilled fingers worked their magic. Her hands moved with purpose, kneading the tight muscles of his face, tracing gentle circles along his temples and jawline.

A soft sigh escaped him, his eyes fluttering shut as her touch melted away the weight of his burdens. Ayrennʼs lips curved into a tender smile, her eyes glinting with warmth. ʼʼYou carry too much,ʼʼ she murmured, her voice a soothing hum.

Her fingers slid down to his neck, pressing firmly yet gently into the taut cords of muscle. She worked slowly, unraveling knots with a practiced rhythm, her thumbs gliding along the base of his skull.

Archerʼs head tilted slightly, surrendering to the sensation, the world fading to a distant murmur. ʼʼYouʼre like stone,ʼʼ she teased softly, her hands now moving to his broad shoulders.

Her fingers dug into the rigid muscle, coaxing it to soften beneath her touch. She leaned closer, her breath warm against his ear. ʼʼRelax, handsome. Let me take care of you.ʼʼ

Moments later, his breathing slowed, his body sinking deeper into the sofa. The faint scent of her perfume mingled with the quiet of the moment. Ayrennʼs hands never faltered, shifting between firm presses and gentle strokes, as if sculpting peace into his very being.

Ayrennʼs smile widened as she felt him unwind, a rare vulnerability in the man who carried so much power. ʼʼThere,ʼʼ she whispered, her fingers lingering on his shoulders before giving a final, affectionate squeeze. ʼʼThatʼs better, isnʼt it?ʼʼ

ʼʼYes, it is,ʼʼ he responded while letting out a relieved sigh.

ʼʼWould you like your back done?ʼʼ the elf beauty asked.

Following that, Archer closed his eyes and created a massage room for the High Elf before he stood up and approached the room while speaking. ʼʼCome with me, Ayrenn, I have something for you.ʼʼ

The blonde jumped up and followed behind with a big smile as the duo stepped into a large room next to the bathroom. Ayrennʼs eyes widened in surprise when she saw the massage table and shelf for the cream sheʼd need.

ʼʼYou made this for me? When?ʼʼ she questioned.

Archer chuckled at her expression but nodded. ʼʼYes, and I did it just now.ʼʼ

The High Elf was shocked but turned to him with a big smile. ʼʼCan I give you a full-body massage?ʼʼ

His eyebrow rose as he warned. ʼʼI better be the only man you touch.ʼʼ

Ayrenn giggled before teasing him. ʼʼI love the jealousy, but yes, I wonʼt be touching or massaging any other man apart from you.ʼʼ

Archer grinned at her words as she ushered him inside. ʼʼStrip off and lie down, Iʼm going to make you fall asleep.ʼʼ

With a slow motion, he peeled off his tunic, revealing a chiseled torso sculpted by years of battle. His muscles rippled under his skin, each line and contour catching the light, making the blonde gulp in surprise.

He tossed the garment aside, then shed his trousers, leaving only a pair of dark undergarments. The air felt cool against his skin, but his focus shifted as he caught Ayrennʼs gaze.

The High Elf reclined on a cushioned bench, her golden hair fanned out like a halo. Her violet eyes traced his form, a flush creeping across her cheeks. ʼʼWell,ʼʼ she purred, her voice laced with delight. ʼʼYouʼve been hiding quite the masterpiece, havenʼt you?ʼʼ

A playful smirk tugged at her lips as she patted the massage table. ʼʼLie down, warrior. Let me work my magic.ʼʼ

Archer chuckled softly, easing himself face down onto the bench. The cushions yielded beneath his weight, and he felt the warmth of her presence as she shifted closer. Her hands, warm and sure, settled on his broad back.

She began with light, exploratory touches, her fingers gliding over the muscle, mapping every ridge and scar. Then, with a firmer press, she kneaded into his shoulders, coaxing a low groan from him as the tension began to unravel.

ʼʼGods, youʼre like forged steel,ʼʼ she teased, her voice filled with admiration.

Her thumbs worked in slow circles, easing the knots along his spine. The scent of lavender oil filled the air as she applied it, her hands gliding smoothly, each stroke deliberate and soothing.

She leaned in, her breath brushing his ear. ʼʼRelax for me, handsome. You deserve this.ʼʼ

Archerʼs body softened under her touch, the weight of his battles fading with each pass of her hands. The elfʼs excitement lingered in her quickened breaths, her fingers lingering a moment longer on his back.

The room was quiet as he nearly fell asleep, as the elfʼs soft hand made sure all the built-up stress came undone. Several loud pops thanks to her pushing down on his shoulders as her hands worked his skin red.

ʼʼWhere are your scales?ʼʼ Ayrenn suddenly asked.

Without a word, he used his mana to make them reappear as he explained. ʼʼI can control their appearance. When Iʼm in the Domain, I put them away; outside, I have them out as they can take a lot of damage.ʼʼ

ʼʼOh thatʼs interesting,ʼʼ she said with a smile. ʼʼNow lie on your back, please, I want to massage the front.ʼʼ

Archer settled face-up on the cushioned bench, his muscular frame relaxed under the warm candlelight. Ayrenn, the High Elf, moved with graceful mischief, her golden hair shimmering as she swung a leg over him and straddled his lower back.

A playful, wicked smile danced on her lips as she leaned forward, her hands resting lightly on his shoulders. ʼʼThis is much better,ʼʼ she purred, her voice dripping with charm. ʼʼSitting here lets me reach every inch of you properly.ʼʼ

Her fingers began to knead his muscles, her touch firm yet tantalizing, as she worked with deliberate care to unravel the tension in his battle-hardened body. Without warning, Ayrenn leaned forward, her hands sliding to rest on either side of his head.

In a daring move, she tilted his face upward and pressed her lips to his. The kiss was intense, a surge of passion that caught him off guard, her warmth and intensity sparking a fire between them.

For a few electric seconds, their lips moved together, the world narrowing to the heat of the moment. Then, as quickly as it began, she pulled back, her cheeks flushed, and her eyes sparkled with exhilaration.

She sat up, still straddling him, her breath slightly uneven. ʼʼThat,ʼʼ she said, her voice a mix of awe and delight. ʼʼWas my first kiss. And it was… incredible.ʼʼ

Archerʼs smile widened, and a spark of mischief appeared on his face as he gently cupped the High Elfʼs chin. His touch was tender yet firm, drawing her closer with a slow, deliberate pull.

The two of them started kissing once again as he grabbed her soft ass which made her stiffen. When they separated, Ayrren was smiling down at him as she spoke. ʼʼWhat was that for?ʼʼ

ʼʼEvery time you swooped in to save me,ʼʼ he honestly confessed. ʼʼAnd for when you were locked away for my sake.ʼʼ

Archerʼs eyes softened, tracing the High Elfʼs face as if memorizing every detail. ʼʼNow youʼre free to chase whatever your heart desires, to carve out the life youʼve earned.ʼʼ

Her smile grew wide when she leaned in to his ear and whispered. ʼʼWhat if I wanted to chase you? Would you accept me?ʼʼ

ʼʼYes,ʼʼ he instantly answered. ʼʼIt seems like Tiamat lined us up to meet, and you seem like you already know me, so why not?ʼʼ

ʼʼOh, I certainly know you, Arch,ʼʼ she replied in a lust-filled voice. ʼʼLetʼs just say the gods have shown me snippets of a future that kept me going in that dungeon, knowing Iʼd see her one day made my imprisonment worth it.ʼʼ
