Pregnant During An Apocalypse [BL]

Chapter 316: Chapter 317 - Some alonetime...

Yunfeng just let out a sigh as he watched the new couple going through their awkward phase. His gaze fell on his lover, who was tiredly holding his swollen belly. They too had gone through this. But thankfully, they had found each other again. He moved closer and snuggled against his lover.

”What is with you? You’re acting like a little puppy.” He whispered gently, caressing his hair.

”I just love you so much...” he whispered into his ear.

”Oh my god, can someone stop this lovey-dovey atmosphere, please? I can’t handle it. I mean, am I the only single person here?” Hana added from the side, for which she got a glare from her brother.

”Can’t you see me? I’m single.” Zei added with a smirk. ”Come on, who else is single and ready to mingle? Raise your hands.”

Qui Lui just scowled his way. And Luz, who was still young, did not care much for his added joke.

”Come on, guys. You are all just a dull gang.” Zei mumbled under his breath. ”Let’s see what we have for dinner.” He pulled out their supplies and found only a bit of jerkies. ”Oh, jerkies. What fun.”

”Just eat what you get.” Hana plucked it away from him.

While everyone else was having their peaceful dinner, Shao was in turmoil. He could smell it. That sweet, tantalizing scent coming from inside. Jai was definitely still in heat, and that was tormenting the beast he had hidden inside of him. He wanted to claw the door down and go inside and take him down. Take his plump lips in his and make him his.

Gulping, he leaned against the door. ”Jai.” He whispered ever so softly.

”Shao... go away. It’s embarrassing. Please...”

”I... I want to help you... can you open this door for me, please...” He gripped the door handle tightly.

”No.” Jai softly replied from inside.

”It helps to have an alpha with you...” Shao mumbled. Even he couldn’t believe the words that were coming out of his mouth. What the hell did he mean by help? What was he going to do... f*** him?

His glaring eyes fell on the others who were chatting while eating beef jerkies.

He couldn’t do anything here.

But he wanted to be close to Jai as much as possible.

He wanted that man.

Suddenly, he felt the door move a bit. The lock opened. Instantly, Shao pushed himself through the door, wrapping his arms around the shorter man inside.

”Oh god... you smell...” Jai mumbled, trembling.

He wanted to push him away. Push him away so that this man won’t see him in his embarrassed state,

But before he could even realise it his arms went around his neck.

”Jai.. you drive me crazy.” The man nuzzled against his neck. ”I want to take a bite of your neck... fuck like an animal. Fuck ...” his hands gently cupping his plump derriere.

”Shao...” Jai whispered, taking a deep breath of that agarwood pheromone coming from the taller man. ”Shao...” He nuzzled against his chest again.

”Jai...” Shao tightly hugged him. His hands slowly cupped his small face. Peering into his brown eyes, he sighed. ”I’m so glad... glad I found you in this world. I’m happy to have met you.”

”Shao...” Jai’s eyes scrunched as he lunged up and kissed his thin lips.

”Jai. I love you. I love you...” shao whispered softly against his lips.

”Shut up, you big oaf. Fucking shut up and kiss me.” He mumbled between his kisses.

Shao kissed him with an urgency that he didn’t know he had.

Pulling that slender waist closer, he hugged the man who was his whole world against him. ”I... I want to take your clothes off. Is... is that okay?” He panted.

”Yes, yes... yes, do that...” Jai mumbled clumsily, trying to reciprocate that kiss.

Warm hands quickly pulled his clothes away with urgency. His shirt came off, followed by the rest of his clothes. In no time, Jai stood exposed in the small, dingy bathroom. His skin prickled into goosebumps as Shao’s fingers gently brushed against him.

Flinching, Jai backed away a little, hugging himself. The heat coursing through his body made it very, very hard to concentrate.

”Jai.” Shao lunged toward him, gently pressing him back against the sink. His pair of black eyes stared down at him as if a beast was looking at its prey.

Ready to eat.

Ready to devour.

Jai cupped his face. The scars from his manic clawing at himself previously were still unhealed. He gently touched them. How must this man have felt when he was in his rut? That animalistic need to touch someone. To make them theirs. He must have felt it too.

The man rubbed his face against Jai’s palm, his eyes softening despite the hunger burning behind them. ”Can... can I touch you, Jai?”

”Hmm...” Jai nodded ever so softly.

Shao’s fingers slowly moved along Jai’s waist. His touch was gentle at first, almost hesitant, as if he was afraid that one wrong move would make the man in his arms pull away.

But Jai didn’t.

He only shivered.

That tiny reaction made Shao’s breath hitch.

He liked this.

He liked seeing how Jai reacted to him.

His fingers moved slowly along his side again, feeling the warmth of his skin beneath his fingertips. Jai’s body trembled against him and a small sound escaped his lips.

”Shao...”

That voice.

It made something inside him tighten.

He lowered his head and kissed Jai again, swallowing the little gasp that escaped between them.

His hands continued to explore his waist and back, pulling him closer whenever Jai tried to hide his face against his chest.

”Why are you hiding?” Shao whispered.

”I’m not...”

”You are.”

Jai’s flushed face appeared from beneath his chin.

”Your hands...”

”What about them?”

”They’re making me...”

Jai stopped.

Shao’s eyes darkened.

”Making you what?”

Jai glared at him with his cheeks burning.

”Annoying.”

Shao chuckled kissing his rosy lips. ”Yes, yes I’m annoying,”
