Mr. CEO, You Look Strangely Familiar

A few seconds later, Herman Hawthorne replied: If you really eat like that, money isn’t an issue, and the food isn’t an issue. The issue is, what are we going to do about our sex life at night?

Zoe Ellsworth looked at the message on her phone, propped her chin on one hand, and scoffed, ”In your dreams.”

As soon as she said it, her phone rang. Who else could it be but Herman Hawthorne.

She pressed the answer button and cleared her throat, but before she could speak, his voice came through the phone. ”I need some advice. What are we going to do about our sexual bliss at night?”

”Will you get hemorrhoids if you don’t run your mouth for a single day?”

”Yes.”

”I told my mom that my next goal is to hit three hundred pounds,” Zoe huffed. ”I’m going to eat until I’m huge. My whole body will jiggle whenever I move. None of my clothes will fit, so I’ll just have to wear a bedsheet. It’ll save money. I won’t have a neck, and my eyes will be swallowed up by fat, so I probably won’t be very aesthetically pleasing.”

”Mhm,” he said. ”You already told me this, and I already gave you my reply. I’m all for it. Because if you get like that, no one else will want you but me. And then you’ll finally calm down.”

”...Wouldn’t you find that version of me to be a complete turn-off?”

”Not at all. I’m still only worried about that one thing. I’m just saying, if you really do eat your way up to three or four hundred pounds, it’s fine. Our sex life will just be limited to one position: you lie there, and I do all the work. If you insist on being on top, we’ll have to install a heavy-duty winch on the ceiling. But then again, what if it breaks and you crush me to death with that ass? Actually, dying isn’t the main problem. It would be a disaster if you broke the main tool...”

”Herman Hawthorne... Get lost...”

Zoe Ellsworth sullenly hung up and tossed her phone aside.

Around noon, Herman Hawthorne arrived. When Zoe Ellsworth saw him, she whipped her head away, pretending she hadn’t.

He chuckled, walked over, and leaned down to whisper in her ear, ”My lady, I’ve come for you.”

”What’s so special about you showing up? What do you want?”

”I came to get you. I don’t have class this afternoon, so I bought a bunch of groceries. I want to cook for you.”

Zoe Ellsworth looked him up and down. ”You can cook?”

”I’ve been learning from the head chef at the Seagull Hotel these past few days. I’m pretty decent. You’ll have to taste it to know for sure.”

”I’m not going.”

”Why not?”

”I don’t want to see you.”

”...” Herman tried to coax her. ”I made a new kind of fruit salad. It’s definitely better than eating tomatoes all day. It tastes great, it’s good for you, and it’s absolutely delicious. Don’t you want to try it?”

”If it’s not delicious, I’ll have your head.”

Herman was brimming with confidence. ”You won’t have to. I’ll chop it off for you myself. I’m telling you, this recipe is one of a kind. I invented it, and I’ve already tried it.”

Zoe Ellsworth stood up. ”Fine. Let’s go give it a try.”

Herman’s eyes crinkled as he grinned and followed her. The two of them drove to his apartment.

Zoe sat at the dining table. Herman spent a good half-hour in the kitchen before emerging with a large platter, which he placed in front of her.

Her eyes lit up. She used a toothpick to spear a piece of apple and popped it into her mouth. The taste was good. ”What did you put on this fruit? It tastes sweet, but it’s not sugar.”

”I’m not telling you. Just eat.” He sat across from her, a sense of accomplishment washing over him as he watched her eat.

Zoe didn’t ask again and soon finished off the dozen or so different fruits on the platter. Once she was done, she started to feel drowsy.

Lying on the sofa with her eyes half-closed, Zoe murmured, ”Lately it’s just been eat, sleep, repeat. I’m going to turn into a pig at this rate.”

”It’s fine. I’ll still love you even if you turn into a pig.”

Zoe turned onto her side. ”What is it you love about me?”

”I love every part of you. Especially... when you’re not wearing any clothes...”

Zoe pulled out her phone. ”Go do whatever you need to do. I’m just going to nap for a little while, then I’ll head out.”

Her slender fingers tapped on the screen, and suddenly, the suggestive sound of men’s voices filled his ears.

”What are you watching?!” he ground out through clenched teeth.

”Nothing.”

He snatched the phone from her hand just as she finished speaking. His face darkened as he watched the video of two handsome men being intimately affectionate with each other, doing things that would make anyone blush.

”What is this garbage you’re watching all day? Are these two guys really that hot?”

Zoe hummed. ”Their bodies are incredible. Look at those abs. I bet they feel amazing to touch.”

He turned and slammed the door shut. Then, he started unbuttoning his shirt. A moment later, his pants dropped to his ankles. Within seconds, he was stark naked and walking slowly toward her.

”So, how does my body compare to those two?”

Zoe sat up. ”What do you think you’re doing?”

He leaned in, capturing her lips with unerring precision. ”What am I thinking? I’m thinking I want to fuck you.”

Zoe looked at him intently. ”This is all you’re good for, isn’t it? Messing around. If you’ve really got guts, then don’t force me.”

He flashed a brilliant smile and pecked her on the lips a few more times. ”See? I’m not forcing you.”

”You...”

She gave him a shove. ”Get off. I need to get back to the shop.”

”I’ve already taken my pants off, and *now* you tell me you have to go back to the shop?”

”Then what do you want?”

”We have to do it at least once. Zoe, look, it’s been a while. Can’t you ’accommodate’ me a little?”

Zoe fell back onto the sofa. ”Fine. I’ll agree if you kiss my feet.”

’His pride is more important than his life. There’s no way he’ll kiss my feet...’

But she was forgetting one thing: a man who has been starved for a long time is no different from a starving animal.

He bent down, scooped her up, carried her upstairs, and placed her in the bathtub. ”What’s wrong with kissing my darling wife’s feet? Don’t forget...” He arched an eyebrow. ”I’ve tasted... certain other places. What’s the big deal about your feet?”

A chill ran down Zoe’s spine. ’She had forgotten. He’d already gone down on her; kissing her feet would be a piece of cake for him...’

”You don’t have to kiss them... I’m just going to go back to the shop...”

She tried to sit up as she spoke, but he held her in place. ”Too late...”

”Agh... I’ve fallen into the wolf’s den again! I knew I shouldn’t have come back here with you to eat! You really were up to no good, you bastard!”

He turned on the faucet, smiling smugly. ”You can try to be more careful next time...”

He jumped in and wrapped his arms around her soft body, his heart melting at the contact.

Zoe felt a wave of unease wash over her, as if her entire body had been set on fire.

Her clothes were soaked through. Since she was wearing thin fabric, the drenched material clung to her in a very conspicuous way.

Herman stared, transfixed, as he reached out and took her foot, placing it on his thigh.

Zoe’s eyes were wide as she watched him wash her foot until it was sparkling clean. Then, he kissed it as gently as if it were a precious treasure, and the temperature in the room instantly began to climb.

She blushed, her heart pounding. The warmth on her foot made her think... ’He’s a true master of seduction.’

”Whether you admit it or not, your body is always more honest than your mouth.”

Zoe’s eyes crinkled with a smile, but she refused to admit a thing. ”In your dreams. I’m in my twenties, in my sexual prime, and I’m short on men. Going to a gigolo club not only costs money, but those guys are all filthy. Since you’re so willing to service me for free, I’ll naturally welcome it with open arms. Just... you need to be careful. There’s a little one in my belly. It would be a crime if you were too rough and dislodged him.”

Herman laughed heartily at her words. ”I knew you’d say that. In that case, you can’t... ever refuse me again. Where else are you going to find a guy with a great body who’s willing to serve you for free? Don’t be ungrateful. We need to maintain a harmonious relationship in this department. Zoe, I’m so relieved to hear you think this way.”

”Bring out all your tricks. You may not be able to conquer my heart, but conquering my body is a skill in its own right. Besides, not every man has the guts or the ability to do it.”

Herman: ”...”

”Continue,” she urged.

”Alright.”

That afternoon, Zoe was plunged into an inferno of passion. He really did have a lot of tricks up his sleeve...

To be able to pull so many moves without harming the baby made Zoe wonder, ’Just how many women has he secretly practiced on?’

Herman pulled her into his arms. ”I swear to you, not a single one. I’ve been patiently waiting to serve you and you alone. My heart is yours!”

”Hmph. As if anyone would believe that.”

”Time will prove me right. Didn’t you say it yourself? That my love for you should be put to the test of time.”

A faint smile played on Zoe’s lips as she slowly sat up. ”It’s already four. I need to get back and check on the shop.”

He wrapped his arms around her waist. ”I don’t want you to go...”

Zoe shot him a look over her shoulder. ”Let go. Now.”

”Don’t be like that... I put in so much effort, after all...”

”Herman, that tone is disgusting. You sound like a total sissy... I don’t like it.”

He immediately straightened up, let go of her, and said in a serious tone, ”Zoe, I’ll come pick you up at closing time.”

She bent over to put on her shoes. ”No need. We’ve already seen each other today. If you want to meet again, wait until tomorrow.”

This hot-and-cold treatment from Zoe was enough to make Herman panic. It was as if his presence made no difference to her at all.

”Alright.”

Zoe walked to the vanity, combed her hair, and examined her face in the mirror. Her cheeks were rosy like peach blossoms, the deep flush from earlier not yet fully faded. She was in an excellent mood.

She glanced back at him one last time. ”I’m heading back. And I’ve decided: from now on, you’re my boy toy. You have to be on call whenever I need you. And you’d better keep it in your pants. If I catch you so much as flirting with another woman, I’ll cut your precious ’treasure’ off, dry it out, and make you wear it around your neck as I parade you through the streets.”

Herman was half-ecstatic, half-miserable.

Still, he answered, ”Alright.”

’I can hang around her freely now! This means Zoe’s guard is finally coming down. This is a great sign! A really, really great sign!’
