Daddy Always Gets Jealous

Qin Shaojin glanced at her, after all, it was his aunt, so it was inappropriate for him to perform emergency CPR, he took out his phone and called Shen Mubai, asking in a low voice, ”Where are you now?”

Hearing that Shen Mubai would be there in twenty minutes, he looked at Wen Nuan, ”You, go give your aunt artificial respiration.”

”How... how do I do that?” Wen Nuan stood there, helplessly looking at Qin Shaojin.

Qin Shaojin pressed on the bridge of his nose, ”You don’t know how to give artificial respiration?”

Wen Nuan, ”...”

She knew about artificial respiration, but when it came to actually doing it, she suddenly became nervous.

Although it looked easy, it was difficult to do!

What if she did something wrong and her aunt had an accident because of her improper operation?

Qin Shaojin glanced at the living room window, which was open, so there was no problem with air circulation. Turning around, he saw Wen Nuan still standing there dumbfounded, ”Do you know how or not?”

”I... I don’t know...”

Wen Nuan stammered out.

”Come here, I’ll teach you.”

Qin Shaojin’s eyes darkened as he demonstrated how to give artificial respiration properly.

Wen Nuan was confused inwardly.

Qin Shaojin glanced at Wen Ru, pausing for a minute, trying not to touch any of the areas where she had a plaster cast due to a fracture, and he picked her up and laid her flat on the floor, ”Unbutton her clothes, don’t restrict her breathing.”

Wen Nuan, hearing his voice, snapped back to reality and hurriedly squatted down to do as instructed.

Qin Shaojin quickly turned his head away, ”And the clothes inside, unbutton those too.”

Wen Nuan paused, it took her a while to understand, and then blankly, she took quite an effort to unfasten the buttons on her aunt’s back.

Qin Shaojin, listening to her fumbling sounds, pressed his temples with a headache, ”Is it done?”

Wen Nuan’s hand, ”Done!”

Qin Shaojin, ”Press one hand down on the forehead, and with the other hand lift the chin upwards, once she opens her mouth, quickly check for vomit, secretions, or foreign objects blocking the mouth or nose, and clear them out as much as possible.”

Wen Nuan, ”There’s none.”

Qin Shaojin glanced over at Wen Nuan who was still standing there idle, ”Aren’t you going to start the artificial respiration?”

”Oh!”

Wen Nuan’s mind was in chaos as she leaned in and began blowing air continuously.

Qin Shaojin turned around, took a look, and really wanted to pull her away, ”Take a deep breath, pinch your aunt’s nose with one hand, cover her mouth completely with your mouth as best as you can, and blow the air into her.”

Wen Nuan did as she was told in a flurry, unsure if it was correct!

While instructing, Qin Shaojin kept his gaze on Wen Ru’s chest to see if there was any noticeable expansion, and upon not seeing any, his expression turned colder as he said, ”Don’t blow too quickly; each breath should last about 2 seconds. Before proceeding to the next breath, make sure the previous one has been fully exhaled.”

Several minutes later, upon seeing Wen Ru’s chest finally moving noticeably, he breathed a sigh of relief, sweat appearing on his forehead.

Looking over at Wen Nuan, she was covered in sweat, still crouching there, huffing and puffing as she blew air.

Qin Shaojin’s gaze darkened, ”That’s enough!”
