Chapter 860: Chapter 859: Devil King Substitute Teacher (Part 7)

”Your substitute teacher said the timer has started.”

Shit...

The timer has started...

What a joke...

While all the students were still in shock, Li Yan had already vanished from the doorway with a flicker.

A few seconds later, a sudden ”ah” was heard in the classroom.

Then, all the students started running.

They scrambled, rushing out of the door in a mad dash, fearing even the slightest delay.

Although they didn’t know what would happen if they were late, looking at the substitute teacher, they felt it wouldn’t be good.

Perhaps, driven by an instinct for survival, the students ran incredibly fast.

In less than thirty seconds, the classroom, once packed with students, was completely emptied.

Only Gu Tong, Sheng Yiweng, and Principal Huang Zhizhong were left behind.

’Squeak--’

Sheng Yiweng pushed away his desk, stood up, and walked leisurely to the medical cabinet at the back, selecting suitable surgical tools for practice, and remarked: ”Teacher, isn’t it a bit of overkill for the Devil King to personally teach a class.”

Not only knowing about Gu Tong’s reputation but also the Devil King’s title.

This student is indeed quite interesting.

Gu Tong lazily sat in the chair, crossed his legs, and said: ”Only those who survive his training are elites, which saves me the trouble of selecting them.”

”Teacher means, by letting the Devil King select a batch, all the students with poor physical fitness and weak willpower can be rejected, saving teacher’s time in teaching.”

Sheng Yiweng held an iron tray, picking items from the metal cabinet, throwing them into the tray one by one.

”There are far too few who can endure the assessment these days. Teaching them would be a waste of time, and quitting earlier is better for us.”

Gu Tong absently twisted open the mineral water bottle on the desk, took a small sip, and said nonchalantly: ”Do you think if my class’s graduation rate drops, will I be fired?”

Sheng Yiweng held the almost filled tray, casually closed the metal cabinet, thought for a moment, and said: ”Teacher is a genius at the First Royal Medical College, also a professor for East District’s Class Five, and a holder of the Baron Medal. The principal won’t fire you.”

”If the graduation rate is too low, even the principal can’t shield me.” Gu Tong put the water bottle on the desk and leisurely closed his eyes.

”These three courses are hard to pass, and since the students’ skills are lacking, for the glory of the National Medical College, the principal will find ways to explain to the parents, apply for grants, and make public statements, that’s the principal’s concern.”

Sheng Yiweng finally sat back in his seat, slowly lifted his eyelids, paused slightly...

Then, he revealed a row of teeth and smiled: ”Principal, you’re still here...”

”...” Yes, I haven’t left yet...

Huang Zhizhong’s face had already turned as dark as a frying pan.

”Principal, don’t worry, Teacher Gu will definitely teach well~” Sheng Yiweng flashed two rows of white teeth.

Huang Zhizhong: ”...” Not reassuring at all...

Gu Tong revealed his canine teeth, sat up straight, and said: ”We teachers and students were just discussing teaching strategies naturally. We summarized them through various experiences, so~ Principal, you don’t need to worry~”

Huang Zhizhong: ”...”

You folks were better off without summaries; with summaries, why do they scare me so...?

Moreover, discussing how to draft applications and make external statements, are daily summaries???

Could such summaries be reduced a bit...?

Being a principal is really tough, alright...

Feeling like crying but having no tears...
