Chapter 1171: Chapter 180: Historical Origins

Placing some people into Venezuela isn’t difficult, even easier than Europe. On one hand, Venezuela itself is an immigrant country, yet it doesn’t have the allure of Brazil or Argentina. On the other hand, many South American countries have Native American populations.

In a previous life, Venezuela was a mixed-blood nation, with over fifty percent of Euro-Indigenous mixed-race people, only around two percent Native Americans, while in this era, the Native American population is evidently much larger.

With Native Americans as cover, East Africa as a support, allowing mixed-blood Germans to settle locally isn’t difficult, the only attention needed is the education system arrangement.

After all, Venezuela’s original Euro-Indigenous mixed people don’t appear much different from East Africans in appearance, only cultural recognition can distinguish the two groups, East Africa doesn’t want to create a wedding dress for Venezuela for free.

Several days later.

On Ernst’s instructions, the Immigration Office has already presented a rough plan.

Sharon, beaming with joy, said: ”Your Majesty, based on our analysis of Venezuela’s national conditions and intelligence collection, there’s a high chance of success for this, even higher than the basic conditions in the Neretva region.”

”As early as 1529, the famous Weisser Bank Clan from southern Germany, Augsburg, obtained the leasing rights to Little Venice by lending to the Spanish King and Holy Roman Emperor Charlie V, yet this colonial activity eventually failed.”

Charlie V is the first king of the Spanish Habsburg Dynasty. During that time, the Habsburg Family was at its peak, Charlie V ruled the Holy Roman Empire, the Netherlands, Spain, and more vast lands, making Venezuela, as a Spanish colony, naturally sold by the Habsburg Family to the Weisser Bank Clan.

In this way, the Weisser Bank Clan and Ernst are half colleagues, only Ernst achieved great success.

After all, their purposes were different, the Weisser Bank Clan’s colonization of Little Venice region was to search for gold mines, whereas Ernst’s colonial activities in East Africa were to expand family foundations.

And Little Venice is what was then northern Venezuela, gold mines naturally were absent, the Weisser Bank Clan could only timely retract, and their investment was rather stingy, employing only two or three hundred colonial teams.

In contrast, Ernst dispatched over two thousand people for the colonization of East Africa, even specifically utilizing retired soldiers from countries like Prussia, along with cheap Far East immigrants, settling peacefully in East African farming to achieve today’s success.

There’s a huge difference in this, take Far East immigrants as an example, who were not only the main force of East African farming plans but also the primary source of colony recruits.

After all, colonial activities face resistance from local forces, and harsh living environments must also be challenged, without personnel supplementation, it’s naturally difficult to succeed, and the force available to the Heixinggen Family was evidently unmatched by any civilian organization.

Ernst also heard for the first time about Germany’s colonial history in Venezuela, of course, there are some differences, at that time it was still the Holy Roman Empire era.

He asked Sharon: ”Are you saying that the implementation of our related policies locally will face little resistance?”

Sharon affirmed: ”Naturally, besides, we don’t need to squeeze into cities like Maracaibo, we can simply learn from Neretva region’s agricultural immigration system.”

”One crucial point is Venezuela’s vast land and sparse population. Around Lake Malaykaibo, there’s vast undeveloped land. We can entirely purchase large tracts of land from the Venezuelan government at low prices, opening plantations and farms, hence promoting the establishment of local German villages, step by step eating into Sucre State in northwest Venezuela.”

Sucre State is one of Venezuela’s more than twenty states, while Lake Malaykaibo and Malaykaibo Basin nearly entirely fall within this state.

It’s separated from Venezuela’s eastern states by the Merida Mountains, the west borders Colombia, with communication primarily reliant on maritime transport, which is the previously mentioned reason for inconvenient transportation.

Before investing in East Africa, Sucre State only produced some tropical agricultural products, such as its capital Maracaibo City, which was a small port primarily exporting coffee.

Moreover, Sucre State’s area isn’t small, almost as large as Bosnia, with nearly sixty thousand square kilometers, yet its population is only two or three hundred thousand, mostly concentrated in the capital Maracaibo City.

So Sharon said: ”Apart from Maracaibo City, the vast southern area of Sucre State is sparsely populated, with vast tropical rainforests, yet as long as we develop along Lake Malaykaibo, we can establish numerous immigration bases through local lake transport.”

As the largest lake in South America, Lake Malaykaibo isn’t small, with just over ten thousand square kilometers, capable of ranking among the top even in East Africa.

”We plan to use the oil and gas resource distribution areas explored by various companies as anchors, arrange immigration work, forming exploratory areas with the oil development area as the core, and absorb local indigenous populations, promoting German language education.”

”Originally, our local investment carried similar attributes, only limited to employees from our own country. We can broaden the scope, using workers’ children schools in development areas to establish a German language education system applicable throughout Sucre State.”

The core of ”File 0” has two parts, one is immigration, the other is German language, only mixed-blood immigrants who speak German can be considered genuine mixed-blood Germans.

While East Africa accumulated abundant experience in early colonial activities, processing is relatively smooth, education doesn’t require too much investment, as long as they can learn German, unlike earlier when East Africa had to provide other courses locally.

Also, investing in German education locally has some historical roots, although German colonial activities eventually ended in failure, the number of German immigrants among local white people isn’t low.

Almost all American colonies shared this feature, from North America to South America, visibility of Germans was present, Germany, known for the most severe population loss in Europe, was visible in all American countries.

Currently, many German Region immigrants in Venezuela are significant white sources, with some small-scale German communities, like the German-speaking community in its capital, Caracas.

In summary, under the East African Immigration Office’s investigation, Venezuela does indeed facilitate the implementation of ”File 0” locally.

However, Ernst still reminded: ”Be cautious with this matter, as ’File 0’ concerns East Africa’s perennial plan, one of its significant national policies.”

East Africa doing this indeed appears somewhat unscrupulous, almost akin to Jews in a previous life, yet fundamentally different, as East Africa established these encircling forces with East Africa as the backing.

While in the previous life Jews seemingly only had a small country openly, despite the United States having a great strength, it ultimately couldn’t serve as its own voice, and many actions were still subject to caution.

This racial plan has been executed by many other great powers, merely East Africa’s overseas colonies are far fewer than those of England and France, or shall we say, of less value, while Russia mainly permeates along its surroundings.

At the time of the Soviet Union’s dissolution, many former Soviet states contained substantial Russians, notably Kazakhstan, which even moved its capital to Astana to rid Russian influence.

Yet, this showcases the benefits of fostering ’our own people,’ as long as ’File 0’ smoothly spreads across Sucre State, East Africa won’t merely call the shots locally, but also receive responses in unison, potentially even directly orchestrate local separation into an independent nation.

This is not beyond possibility, as Sucre State itself is a border region between Colombia and Venezuela, moreover, mountain ranges block both countries, if separation were really attempted, the success potential is enormous.
