African Entrepreneurship Record

Chapter 1170: Chapter 79: File ”0

After discussing some specific details with the Ministry of Commerce and the top executives of some directly affiliated state-owned enterprises, Ernst called in Director Sharon of the Immigration Bureau.

The East African Immigration Bureau has always held a prominent position in the East African government organizations. This can be seen from its name; even a powerful agency like the National Defense Security Bureau is only called a bureau, while ’Directorate’ holds some special significance.

The Immigration Bureau has made significant contributions to the construction of East Africa. After all, East Africa started from scratch and developed into a top populous great power with a population of over one hundred million in just a few decades, playing an important role in which the Immigration Bureau.

After entering this century, although the large-scale introduction of immigrants to East Africa’s mainland has ended, the power of the East African Immigration Bureau has not been significantly affected.

Its work has begun to shift towards refinement and complexity. On one hand, the mainland requires the introduction of a large number of high-end talents, and on the other hand, East Africa has numerous colonies needing a large population for development. Lastly, the Immigration Bureau is simultaneously engaged in penetration activities into other countries and regions.

This brings us to the three most important German countries in the world: East Africa, Germany, and Austria-Hungary. These three German countries can all be considered peculiar and have kind of entangled with dualism.

The most typical example is naturally Austria-Hungary, which does not need much explanation, as its very name is a combination of Austria and Hungary.

And how did Germany get involved with dualism? It’s because of Germany’s top-level design, the dualistic constitutional monarchy, where Germany has two centers of power: the German Emperor and the Parliament.

As for East Africa, it’s a typical bloodline dualistic empire. Although East Africa prides itself on being German, it is actually a combination of Germans and Chinese, with almost negligible other influences.

And this German country in East Africa is fundamentally different from Germany and Austria-Hungary, especially due to the lack of consensus on ethnic identity. Although Germany and Austria-Hungary have also absorbed large non-German populations such as Hungarians, Slavs, and French, they are ultimately all white, making their contrast with East Africa’s ”yellow-white” distinction very evident.

Thus, to stabilize East Africa’s future influence worldwide, East Africa secretly planned the so-called ”Mixed-blood German Project.”

This plan aims to achieve its purpose, which has already been realized in East Africa’s mainland and some colonies, i.e., by combining Germans and Chinese to evolve into Mixed-blood Germans.

The Neretva region of Austria-Hungary’s Bosnia State has become a focal experimentation area outside East Africa and has basically taken shape so far. The drawback, however, is the lack of orthodox Germans, but using original Croatians to play the role of German whites can suffice. Most Croatians have Germanized except for the language, and in the Neretva region, even this crucial language issue has been resolved by East Africa.

In addition to this place, the same purpose was achieved in the Principality of Hohenzollern, where a large Chinese population was left behind when Ernst departed. Many have since integrated with local residents, representing a rather unique existence in the German Region.

Of course, combining with the Chinese does not mean Germanization is achieved. These Chinese people and their mixed-blood descendants need to accept East African-style education, ensuring that Mixed-blood Germans have a unified consensus.

This essentially creates a new ethnicity in the world, and East Africa hopes to become the spiritual motherland for mixed-blood Germans worldwide through this sand-mixing technique.

The benefits of this are also quite apparent. For example, in the previous world, the well-known ”Five Eyes Alliance,” comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, was an organization formed by the United States utilizing Anglo-Saxon ethnic ties and common interests.

And this mixed-blood nation of East Africa can simultaneously relate to countries like Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Far East Empire, though not securely. Ideally, East Africa wants to benefit from both sides, but in a non-ideal scenario, East Africa might be rejected by both sides simultaneously.

Therefore, for East Africa, relying on mixed-blood descendants is more trustworthy, and if limited only to East Africa, it will naturally not achieve the desired effect East Africa wants.

The most critical point in this plan is planting the seeds of Mixed-blood Germans in other regions of the world, thereby forming a batch of Mixed-blood German countries or regions, expanding East Africa’s influence to various parts of the world.

In recent years, the East African Immigration Bureau has played a significant role in pushing this plan. If you open a world map, you would be surprised to find that East Africa’s ”Mixed-blood German Project” has already begun to show immense power.

The mainland of East Africa, naturally without needing much mention, holds a population exceeding one hundred million over thirteen million square kilometers, making it the world’s largest Mixed-blood German country.

Africa: Besides East Africa, the Southern German region has a million people, part of Belgium’s Congo colony, Gabon and Cameroon. Future Togoland will definitely implement similar policies to the East African mainland.

America: Alaska has over seven hundred thousand, Northern Hawaii Kingdom.

Asia: East Africa’s Lanfang Overseas Province, Beibu Gulf Territory (United Arab Emirates), Mindanao Colony, future New Guinea, and a chain of islands.

Europe: The Neretva region, the Principality of Hohenzollern, and part of the population within German countries like Germany and Austria-Hungary.

No mistake, East Africa is also using various covert means to import population into Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and other German countries. Methods include sending students, labor, etc., to resolve the initial living and language problems of the Chinese in the German Region. Finally, they integrate into these pure-bred German countries.

The ”Mixed-blood German Project” involves dozens of countries and regions around the world, and even pure-bred German countries like Germany and Austria have been penetrated thoroughly by East Africa.

And now, Ernst called the people from the Immigration Bureau over, apparently to give them additional responsibilities.

Ernst asked Director Sharon of the Immigration Bureau: ”How is the recent immigration plan for Gabon and Cameroon going?”

Sharon: ”Your Majesty, everything is going smoothly. Apart from insufficient transportation capacity, we haven’t encountered too many obstacles in our work, but what surprised us was that obtaining European immigrants was easier than expected.”

”Due to the European war, many people have become refugees, and there are many empty ships from Europe returning to us, so we can release a lot of capacity to migrate these European refugees to designed places.”

East African cargo ships, after unloading goods in Europe, usually have to rush back to East Africa, so many return ships are empty, which unexpectedly benefits the East African Immigration Bureau. Also, because of the war’s enlargement and prolongation, the number of European war refugees is rapidly growing.

One could say that World War I provided East Africa with a very favorable window to recruit European immigrants. However, except for Gabon, East Africa’s mainland has relatively little demand for European immigrants.

Hearing this, Ernst said to Sharon: ”Now, I am assigning your Immigration Bureau a task, which is to plan a new mixed residence location for Germans. This place is Venezuela’s Lake Maracaibo area. Like with the ’File 0’, you must come up with a specific plan, replicating the success we had in the Neretva region.”

Indeed, Ernst plans to transform Venezuela’s Northwest Region into a place similar to the mixed German residence area of the Neretva region.

After all, to monopolize Lake Maracaibo’s oil resources, it is more reassuring to arrange for ”our people”. This way, East Africa can rally support locally through ethnic identification, prevent the US from taking advantage, and cause the future Venezuelan government to tread carefully.

Of course, this approach undoubtedly plants a landmine for regional stability, and without careful attention, it could spark area turmoil. However, as long as it’s not on the East African mainland, the East African Government won’t care about others’ lives. Moreover, turmoil can also benefit East Africa in extracting overseas benefits, provided East Africa has sufficient local advantages.

In Ernst’s view, as long as there are enough Germans, Lake Maracaibo can in the future become an area controlled by East Africa. If the success of the Neretva region’s results can be replicated, then East Africa’s oil exploitation rights in the area can be further consolidated.
