Possessed By The God: God's Choice Series I (omegaverse bl)

Noah’s POV

When I wake up, it’s in a bathtub. I’m familiar with this setting by now, so I don’t panic.

I just blink twice and turn my head.

”Ow” I whimper. My neck feels stiff, my wrists burn and my back feels strange.

’Elias...please...fuck me’ my own moan comes back to mind and I cover my face with my hands.

Oh my goddess.

I can’t believe I cried and begged to be taken by my enemy without a condom. This is so embarrassing. Apart from that, I also came three times before the alpha would orgasm once.

Do I have an erectile dysfunction?

”No” I moan.

Shame spreads through me like a fire, and I slide under the water to cool off. I don’t stay down there for up to two seconds before someone grabs my hair and pulls me up.

The shock of an unknown person touching me makes me scream under the water, and the act sends water down my throat.

What?!

”What did I tell you about killing yourself?” Elias growls as I sputter the soapy water.

It’s in my ears, my nose, and my mouth!

”You’re the one trying to kill me!” I yell at him before turning to the side of the bathtub to cough, and the alpha stands there like a robot.

”You’re supposed to rub my back!” I snap at him, and instead of watching me, Elias actually moves.

He moves to assist me and I immediately regret asking him to come.

His touch on my bare wet back brings back a flood of memories.

I’m a shame to Winslow.

’It was worth it’ my omega purrs and I shut him down; shoving him to the back of my mind and shrugging Elias’s hand off me.

”Don’t touch me” I say with a hoarse voice.

”You asked me to...”

”I need to throw up” I murmur and rush out of the bathtub to the toilet bowl.

Goddess.

Who knows what was in that bathtub water. How many body fluids and how many bacteria.

Ugh.

I bow my head and empty my stomach into it and Elias stands behind me.

I retch into the bowl again, pouring more of the food and snacks I ate yesterday.

There’s a knock on the door, so Elias leaves me alone.

I wait a few minutes before getting up to rinse my mouth. I’m mid-rinse when I realize that I just got out of the bathtub in front of Elias while I’m completely naked.

I keep surprising myself with each day that passes.

”What are you going to do next, Noah? Ask him to give you babies?” I mutter to myself and smack my forehead.

I don’t want to lie to myself and say it pretense. Doing that is just a waste of time.

Something is happening to me when it comes to Elias.

It’s not love, it’s definitely not like, but I’m attracted to the man who forced me out of my home and made me his husband.

Secretly watching all those R-rated movies is finally becoming my downfall.

I tie a towel around my waist, but when I look at my chest, I change my mind and pull it up.

Elias Deus mauled me like an animal last night.

There are red and purple marks all over my chest, and my nipples feel like they were abused...in a good way.

”Annoying jerk” I mutter and step close to the door.

”...if he doesn’t admit it by today, we will raze the family home. It’s that simple” Damien’s voice says and my eyes widen.

They’re talking about Roman’s family, aren’t they?

”Razing could be the last option, brother” Kai says with a tired sigh.

”No. It’s the first. Deus don’t bargain. If he refuses to give us the offering we want, we’ll gladly make his city into a fucking sacrifice” Damien says.

”I’d like to hear what a machine gun sounds like in real life. Can we damage half of the city and come back for the other half later? Giving them a chance to fight will be fun” Kai says and I can’t believe my ears.

That’s the longest sentence I’ve ever heard him say and it’s about...treating human life like a video game?

Saying they’re insane is no longer an insult, it’s a slogan now.

”Can I shoot that Roman guy once we get there? He acts irritatingly uneducated” Damien says and I can’t tell if Elias is there or not.

If he’s there why is he not saying anything to stop his brothers?

”Go ahead” Elias’s voice says and I run out of the bathroom with the ache between my legs and lower back.

”You can’t do that!” I say loudly and the brothers look at me with an unimpressed look on their faces.

”You can’t hurt Roman” I say, and I expect them to shut me up, but they don’t. The brothers collectively ignore me, turning their heads to Lucas.

”Are we ready?”

”We leave in ten” Lucas responds.

”Please, at least let me talk with Roman” I say and they get up one by one to leave.

I’m left alone with Elias.

”You don’t get to have my marks on your body and try to protect another man, Noah” he says coldly, walking past me to get his bag.

I drop my head in defeat.

”Wear these” he throws a silky shirt and a pair of brown pants to me.

”Elias...”

”Don’t. Remember what I told you yesterday?” he asks and I sigh.

’Offend me’

”Yes” I say and put on the clothes.

The shirt is too big and it puts the marks on my chest on display. If anyone sees me, I’m sure they’ll know about what happened between Elias and me last night.

”It’s too open” I complain and the alpha stands in front of me.

His cold brown eyes trace my bruised skin and I grow red from the heat radiating off him.

”Not open enough” he says, taking my left hand and rolling up the sleeve enough to show the belt mark on my wrist.

”Hey, you’re doing too much!” I protest, but he doesn’t stop until he’s satisfied with his work, and then he takes my other hand.

”I’ll let you talk to him” Elias mutters and I look up at him.

His eyes are trained on my hand, he’s not looking at me. He’s busy looking at the mark he left on me.

”How’s your stomach?” he asks.

”Wait, you’ll let me talk to him?” I ask.

”Your stomach, Noah. You threw up. How do you feel?” he asks in a disinterested tone and my chest warms.

”It’s just mildly unsettled” I say and he lets go of me.

”Good.”

”You’ll let me talk to Roman?” I ask again, following him closely as he heads for the door.

”Yes. But if you come back smelling like him...both of you will pay in different ways” Elias says over his shoulder.

”W-what do you mean?” I ask.

”He’ll be dead, and you’ll wish you were dead” the alpha opens the door for me to go through first and I walk out in a daze.

I’m married to an alpha who shows care and gives threats all in one breath.

Oh my gosh...
