The Beautiful CEO's Personal Mad Doctor

Chapter 101: Chapter 101: What Are You to Me?

Shen Manwen was very confident in her own charm, which was why she always wore relatively conservative professional attire.

Shen Manwen puffed out her chest with a hint of pride. ”Brother Yuan, you don’t have to comfort me. If I were really as beautiful as you say, how could I have been single for so many years?”

’Shen Manwen has never been in a relationship?’

Cheng Yuan was taken aback. ”I think it must be because your standards are high, Manwen. How else could you be single? What kind of man do you like? I can keep an eye out for you.”

Shen Manwen sat up, boldly leaning toward Cheng Yuan. She brought her face close to his, staring right at him. ”I like men like you, Brother Yuan.”

Huh?

Shen Manwen’s advance was too sudden. Cheng Yuan was completely flustered.

’Are all the girls from the Provincial City this bold?’

’First Hu Shishi, and now Manwen is acting this way too?’

’What am I supposed to do?’

Cheng Yuan’s head was splitting!

Cheng Yuan said in the calmest voice he could manage, ”I’ve heard that best friends usually have similar tastes, and it seems that’s really true. Too bad I don’t have a twin brother, or I’d definitely introduce him to you, Manwen.”

Shen Manwen laughed. ”Brother Yuan, why are you so nervous? I was just joking.”

Cheng Yuan breathed a small sigh of relief. ’Thank goodness, Manwen was just joking.’ God knows how much willpower it would take to reject a beauty like Su Daji!

”Manwen, you can’t just make jokes like that! My poor heart can’t take it.”

Shen Manwen smiled. ”Brother Yuan, I’ve been practicing the Cultivation Technique you adjusted for me recently, and the coldness inside my body has really lessened a lot. However, I might not have mastered it well enough, and two of my smaller Meridians have sustained some minor damage. I was wondering if you could help me clear them.”

As she spoke, Shen Manwen rubbed her chest and furrowed her brow slightly.

Shen Manwen’s movements were incredibly alluring; Cheng Yuan felt like he was going to lose his mind. To make matters worse, his Double Pupil activated without him realizing it.

Before Cheng Yuan’s eyes, Shen Manwen had no secrets left!

All he could say was that Shen Manwen’s figure was simply too good. Both her waist-to-hip and shoulder-to-hip ratios were a perfect golden ratio!

Due to years of Cultivation, Shen Manwen also had defined abs and a slender waist that looked so delicate you could encircle it with one hand.

Her skin, like warm jade, was impossible to look away from!

Her perfect S-shaped curves left Cheng Yuan dumbfounded!

”Alright, I’ll clear your Meridians for you.”

Cheng Yuan took a deep breath, trying his best to calm down. He then raised his hand and placed it on Shen Manwen’s wrist, seriously checking her pulse.

Soon, Cheng Yuan opened his eyes, his expression extremely grave. ”Manwen, how many times have you made a mistake while Cultivating? Why didn’t you tell me sooner? You could suffer from Qi deviation like this!”

”It’s all my fault. I practiced the old Circulation Route for nearly twenty years, after all, so it’s deeply ingrained. My True Qi inadvertently reverts to the old path, which is how I damaged the small Meridians in my chest. It’s my own fault, and since the damage wasn’t too severe, I was too embarrassed to ask you for help, Brother Yuan.”

Cheng Yuan said with a stern expression, ”This is not a small problem. If this happens again, you must tell me immediately. Understand?”

Although Cheng Yuan was being fierce, Shen Manwen felt a small thrill of joy. ’It seems Brother Yuan does care about me a little, after all.’

Shen Manwen nodded obediently. ”I understand.”

”Come on, I’ll help you clear your Meridians.”

With that, Cheng Yuan sat up and reached out to press his hand against Shen Manwen.

Suddenly, Cheng Yuan realized this was inappropriate and subconsciously drew his hand back.

”Manwen, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to... Turn around, I’ll adjust it from your back. The effect will be a bit weaker, but it should still be fine.”

Shen Manwen said very naturally, ”Brother Yuan, right now you’re the doctor and I’m the patient. I want the best treatment plan.”

This...

’Since Shen Manwen herself doesn’t mind, why should a grown man like him be so nervous?’

Cheng Yuan took a deep breath, trying to empty his mind!

’The person in front of me is just a patient, just a wooden post, just the Copper Man used for acupuncture practice!’

After Cheng Yuan repeatedly brainwashed himself, the strange feeling in his heart disappeared.

Cheng Yuan raised his hand and pressed it against her, slowly channeling his Celestial Witch True Qi to clear Shen Manwen’s damaged Meridians!

Shen Manwen felt streams of warmth moving through her chest. Her damaged Meridians felt warm and very comfortable, and the faint, aching pain vanished in an instant!

Shen Manwen’s eyes were slightly narrowed, her brow relaxed, and her lips were parted slightly. She looked as alluring as could be.

Shen Manwen’s current appearance was devastatingly tempting; Cheng Yuan’s Dao heart was nearly shattered!

Only after silently chanting the Celestial Witch Heart-Clearing Spell countless times did Cheng Yuan manage to calm his mind!

Cheng Yuan controlled his Celestial Witch True Qi, clearing the path from the Yunmen Acupoint to the Tiantu Acupoint, and then continued onward.

Shen Manwen completely lost her composure.

She let out a soft moan.

Only then did Cheng Yuan realize where his hand had reached.

Th-th-this...

Cheng Yuan froze for a moment, not knowing if he should continue!

What if...

Just as Cheng Yuan was hesitating, the door to the stone steam room was rudely thrown open!

Zhu Yuncang and Wang Shun walked into the stone steam room, just in time to see what Cheng Yuan was doing!

And they heard Shen Manwen’s soft moan!

BUZZ!!

Zhu Yuncang’s mind exploded!

He had been secretly in love with Shen Manwen since childhood. Because their families weren’t particularly close, he had never confessed. He never imagined that his goddess was being taken advantage of by someone!

”Kid! Get your filthy hands off Manwen! Or else, I’ll chop them off!”

Zhu Yuncang strode toward Cheng Yuan, wishing he could tear him limb from limb!

Cheng Yuan subconsciously looked back. He didn’t recognize the two men. ’They must be Manwen’s suitors, right?’

Cheng Yuan said calmly, ”Friend, you’ve misunderstood. I’m helping Manwen regulate her Meridians.”

”Caught red-handed and you still dare to argue? Do you take me for a three-year-old? I think you’re looking to die!”

As he spoke, Zhu Yuncang raised his hand high, intending to slap Cheng Yuan’s face swollen!

Shen Manwen quickly stood up, blocking Cheng Yuan, and shouted, ”Zhu Yuncang, what do you think you’re doing? This is none of your business!”

Zhu Yuncang’s expression was cold. ”Manwen, this kid is deliberately taking advantage of you!”

”I was injured, and Brother Yuan is helping me clear my Meridians!”

Zhu Yuncang was left speechless. He stubbornly craned his neck and said, ”Manwen, you’ve been tricked! He’s definitely taking advantage of you! Move aside. I have to teach this little bastard a lesson today!”

”Even if Brother Yuan *was* taking advantage of me, what does that have to do with you? What right do you have to butt in? Who do you think you are to me?”

Zhu Yuncang’s face alternated between pale and ashen, and he nearly ground his teeth to dust. He couldn’t take his anger out on Shen Manwen, so he could only direct all of his fury at Cheng Yuan!

”Kid, didn’t you say the younger generation of the Provincial City is all trash? If you have any balls, stop hiding behind a woman like a coward! If you’ve got the guts, step up and face me!”
