Supreme Warrior in the City

”Chaos Sparrow!” Su Yang shouted, landing directly in front of the Chaos Sparrow.

”Oh wow, you scared me!”

The Chaos Sparrow shivered, and upon recognizing Su Yang, was overjoyed, ”It’s you! You rascal, you scared the hell out of me.”

Saying this, the Chaos Sparrow hopped directly onto Su Yang, jumping on his shoulder, beyond excited.

Su Yang was also delighted, meeting an old friend was extremely rare.

”Wait, how... how are you speaking now?” Su Yang was astonished, previously this little guy used its claws and wings to sign to him, and it was really hard to guess.

”Big bro, I’m at Heavenly Realm now, okay? A little more progress and I’ll become the Strongest, wouldn’t it be embarrassing not to speak?” Chaos Sparrow said, ”Have you ever seen a Strongest communicating in sign language? I figured I should learn to speak, right?”

”You... you could learn this?” Su Yang widened his eyes, ”Why didn’t you learn before?”

Chaos Sparrow: ”I was weak before, no one paid attention to me, so I was lazy to learn.”

”I... you little!” Su Yang almost coughed blood, this little guy, really was deceptive. Before, I tried to guess your sign language until my hair fell out, and you’re telling me you didn’t speak because you didn’t want to learn?

As a Chaos Sparrow, what do you hate to learn?

Taking a deep breath to calm his urge to hit someone, Su Yang asked again, ”Why are you here? Previously you were in Chaos, how did the First God not notice you?”

”No!” Chaos Sparrow said, ”When I felt something was wrong, I sneaked away and hid far away. At the time, the First God was busy with the affairs of the Land of Origin, they didn’t care about me.”

Su Yang suddenly understood and continued, ”Then how did you escape during the Integration of Ten Thousand Realms?”

Chaos Sparrow said, ”The Integration of Ten Thousand Realms didn’t greatly affect Chaos!”

”Ah?” Su Yang’s eyes widened, ”Didn’t greatly affect Chaos? How... how could that be?”

”It’s the World Tree that integrated, the World Tree is space, only space was integrated, Chaos was not affected.” Chaos Sparrow said, ”Not just me, but other life forms in Chaos weren’t affected either!”

”Can it be like this?” Su Yang was startled, ”How much life is there in Chaos?”

”Not much!” Chaos Sparrow shook its head, ”Most life forms adapt more to space, there aren’t many life forms in Chaos. Mainly it’s us Chaos Sparrow tribe and the Chaos Worm tribe, other than that, basically nothing.”

Su Yang nodded, ”So where are they now?”

”Still in Chaos...” Chaos Sparrow helplessly said, ”They can’t leave Chaos.”

”Can’t leave? Why?” Su Yang asked curiously.

Chaos Sparrow said, ”I don’t know why, but the barrier between Chaos and space is now especially strong. Aside from the strength of the Strongest, ordinary people can’t break it!”

”Ah?” Su Yang was shocked, ”How could that be?”

”I don’t know either!” Chaos Sparrow shrugged its wings, ”Maybe because the space is too large now, our Chaos Sparrow ancestors left records. When space grows, the barrier between Chaos and space strengthens. Now that space has grown this much, the barrier is the strongest, only the Strongest can break it!”

”Is there such a thing?” Su Yang’s heart, filled with hope, suddenly faded.

He thought that since Chaos didn’t change, life forms from space could go to Chaos and survive.

But now it seems, this method is impossible. Those life forms simply cannot enter Chaos, so how could they survive? This approach simply doesn’t work!

”Then... how did you come out?” Su Yang asked.

Chaos Sparrow said, ”The Heaven Slayer and Buddha Venerable entered Chaos and brought me out.”

”You met the Heaven Slayer and Buddha Venerable!?” Su Yang’s eyes widened, ”Where are they now? How are they? Are they okay?”

”Not at all!” Chaos Sparrow grumbled, ”These two couldn’t survive in the Great World, so they had no choice but to escape into Chaos to save themselves. If not for me as a guide, these two would have been hunted down and killed long ago.”

Su Yang frowned, casting a glance at Chaos Sparrow, ”You guided them? Are you kidding me? Those who could hunt them must also be the Strongest. Under pursuit by the Strongest, what path could you guide? The Strongest can sense your location effortlessly!”

”You don’t understand!” Chaos Sparrow said, ”Now the Great World is fused from Ten Thousand Worlds, each area of the Great World has expanded millions of times over. So, entering Chaos from the Great World and vice versa, is it as easy as before?”

”Isn’t it just the barrier between Chaos and the Great World strengthening!” Su Yang said, ”Those pursuing them are the Strongest, with their strength, they obviously can break this barrier, it doesn’t count as an issue!”

Chaos Sparrow: ”Sure, breaking the barrier isn’t a problem, but is this barrier everywhere?”

Su Yang was taken aback, ”What... what do you mean?”

Chaos Sparrow said, ”You should know, even before the Integration of Ten Thousand Worlds, not everywhere in the Great World allowed entry to Chaos.”

Su Yang nodded, he knew this point. Although strong individuals could enter Chaos easily, in the Great World, there were still some areas not connected to Chaos, and entry was impossible from those places.

According to the theory of World Tree’s growth and fruit production, most fruits connected to Chaos. However, some areas may touch branches or trunks of the World Tree and wouldn’t connect to Chaos. From these places, entry to Chaos wasn’t possible.

However, such places were extremely rare, so before, Su Yang and others didn’t pay attention to them.

Chaos Sparrow said, ”Before, when the Great World was only so large, some places couldn’t enter Chaos. Now, the extent of the Great World has expanded this much, but places where the Great World contacts Chaos haven’t increased. So is it as simple to enter Chaos now as before?”

Su Yang’s face changed, he finally understood what was happening.

”You’re saying, from the Great World to enter Chaos now, only small areas can do so?” Su Yang asked.

”Exactly!” Chaos Sparrow nodded, ”While chased before, the Heaven Slayer and Buddha Venerable tried many times to enter Chaos and hide. Yet, they couldn’t find the entrance to Chaos, imagine how small that area is!”
