Path To Godhood Begins With Marrying Wife And Gaining SSS Rank Skill

Chapter 234: 234:The Life Enhancement Plant

[Detected the birth of a Host Child.]

Ethan heard the notification and immediately dashed into the room.

By now the midwives and the others were already used to Ethan’s behavior and they let him pass without stopping him.

When he entered, he sucked in a cold breath for a moment.

Because inside the cradle lay a small puffed crimson-haired girl.

And out of all the children, she looked as if a fairy had descended into the world.

“Ahh… She is soooooo sooo cute.”

Ethan snapped out of his thoughts when he saw all the other children and his wives shoving him aside as they rushed toward the child. He almost lost balance from how quickly they pushed him.

“I have never seen such a pretty child, isn’t she?” Sophia asked Lia, who made a creaking sound in response.

“I have not seen many children except mine.”

“It is okay. I have not either.”

Hearing this, Ethan could not help but stare at them as if asking why they were saying these things if they did not have much experience.

Sophia noticed Ethan’s gaze and glared back.

“Even if I have not, I can tell that she is the most beautiful child.”

At that moment Rina slowly opened her eyes, her voice weak. “Is she really that beautiful?”

“Of course she is.”

What surprised Ethan was that the other kids did not reject that idea. Instead, they nodded solemnly.

Nera, who had grabbed Leon, spoke, “I wish she had a tail.”

“Bang!”

“Ouch!” Nera cried and looked at Herion, who spoke with irritation, “Do you always think about tails or what?”

After that small commotion, Ethan finally stepped forward and carefully picked up the small, beautiful girl. His hands trembled as he held her because he was afraid she would break apart if he moved too fast.

She had crimson hair and blue eyes, the clear sign that she was born from the love of both her parents.

“Now that I think about it, all our children are quite beautiful,” Diana muttered softly. She looked a little sad. “I just hope people do not fight to marry our kids. I mean, look at our girls. Is that not how women look for which nations go to war?”

“…”

“..”

“…”

The moment she said that, the room became quiet and the air turned a little heavy. No one knew how to respond.

After everything had settled down and the mothers were resting and the children were taken outside, Ethan secluded himself in a room and began the operation.

His hands were trembling a bit with excitement and he swallowed his saliva.

“Uuhh… God…”

He prayed softly and then opened the notification.

[The child has been born with B-rank Mage potential and D-rank Warrior potential.]

“Huhhhh!”

Ethan was taken aback for a moment.

“Why did she inherit B-rank from her mother but D-rank from mine?”

He asked the system for help, and the system responded.

[Sorry Host!]

[Better luck next time and try harder.]

“What the hell do you mean try harder?”

[Host, as someone from the modern world, do I really have to explain all the biology stuff? At the end it is all about chances. Also, if possible, do not waste your load in oral because the first load is always the thickest and the best.]

“????”

“System, is that really you or has an imposter taken your place?”

[It is me, Host. It is just that I have become smarter.]

“…..”

Ethan felt a bit uncomfortable all of a sudden.

’What if there is a perverted guy inside who just likes to watch porno..’

Ethan shivered a bit

[It’s a ridiculous Host!]

[Please don’t slander the system.Did you forget I am born from the World’s consciousness and is there anything that can be hidden from world’s consiouness.]

Ethan felt a bit relieved hearing this.

[So do not try to waste your first load Host. Make sure to make it meaningful.]

“Shut up!” Ethan shouted, feeling embarrassed as if he was sex chatting with a chatbot AI.

It really made him tickle inside.

’Damn… The system is getting freaky and cheeky.’

After a rough banter with the system, Ethan took a heavy breath to calm himself down.

[Reward: Gift *1]

Ethan swallowed his saliva and shouted, “Open it.”

[Life Enhancement Plant.]

[200 Years of Mage Insight.]

[50 Years of Knight Insight.]

Ethan felt a bit of regret when he saw the gift.

Instead of 200 years of mage insight, he would have been quite happy if it had been knight insight. Alas.

As for the Life Enhancement Plant, for some reason he did not like it. After all, increasing cultivation just increased lifespan.

“Also how much would it increase… A mere five to ten years…”

Feeling despondent, he shouted, “Collect.”

“Life Enhancement Plant.”

Ethan muttered softly as he stared blankly at the notification. He hesitated for a moment and asked the system to take it out.

SWISH.

A small plant in a little clay pot appeared in front of him.

Ethan’s expression froze as he saw the plant that appeared before him.

Question marks practically hovered above his head as he stared at it in disbelief.

“System!”

[Yes Host.]

“This isn’t a scam right!”

[Of course not. It is genuine.]

“Genuine…” Ethan blinked a few more times, lowering his head to get a closer look. Out of all the miraculous images he had imagined, this was not one of them. He expected something glowing, saintly, and divine. Instead, what stood before him looked like a cactus.

“It looks like a cactus…” he whispered.

The plant was short, barely knee high, and had an uneven dark green body covered in stubby thorns. Seven tiny buds rested on its surface like ugly swollen bumps. Instead of looking sacred or rare, it looked like something he would have stepped over in a desert without a second glance.

“Ugly thing,” Ethan frowned, poking at the pot.

[Do not underestimate it. The seven buds you see will eventually bear fruits known as Life Increasing Fruit.]

Ethan’s eyebrows rose slightly.

“Give me the description.”
