STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer

Wilderness:

The Tree Ape found a safe place and was hiding to recuperate. But it was responsible for the beast horde. Many beast taming teams found themselves trapped.

They had no choice other than to fight. But the number of beasts is large. They are overwhelming in numbers. So casualties started to appear.

Meanwhile,

Jeremy, Sinag and Ada are inside the small cave passage. They have covered the entrance with rocks. So far the beasts didn’t find anything wrong.

Because they are restless and panicking. If the Tier-6 Beast had normally been present, it wouldn’t have caused this much commotion.

But it’s escaping from the core area with injuries alarmed the beasts with intelligence. All the higher tier beasts have human-like intelligence.

So they sensed the threat and escaped from the place.

Jeremy calmed down his heart. He is hoping that these beasts will vacate the cave structure soon. So that they can return to the city.

The wilderness always brings unexpected surprises. But this time it was an unexpected disaster. If they had caught in between a beast horde, he didn’t know what would have happened.

The 2 girls have become silent. Sinag and Ada understood the gravity of the situation. Earlier, they took up the mission to reduce the hybrid beasts population.

Now, they fear it could become a rescue mission. Three of them looked at each other. They spoke with gestures. Three of them had tactic understanding.

Time passed,

The night time comes. There is no illumination whatsoever. If the trio makes a fire, then they could alert the beasts.

So far most of the beasts had left the place. Because they need food. They can only get it by hunting. Those with groups had left. Now, few other beasts remain.

Surprisingly, they didn’t fight among themselves. Otherwise, the cave structure would have collapsed.

Shadow Moon Chamber:

Gisela heard about the recent changes in the wilderness. She found out that Tier-6 Beast from the core area caused a beast horde.

As a result there are reported injuries and casualty. She started to worry about her members. After the mass resignation incident, only less than 8 people are in her team.

It includes, Jeremy Night, Sinag and Ada. She started worrying about them. If it were an ordinary incident, she wouldn’t mind. She believes in Jeremy’s combat strength.

Even if they encounter Tier-5 beasts they are smart enough to escape from the beasts. But the Tier-6 and above beasts are different.

They can easily cause havoc. The appearance of the Tier-6 Beast has caused a horde of beasts. If it truly went on a rampage, what would happen.

She also finds that whenever Jeremy enters the wilderness something interesting happens. She thinks it’s because they are exploring a dangerous place.

If they had explored normal places like other teams, then their situation would be normal.

She then reported the news to Head Neil Moon.

Neil Moon is still the head of the building here. His friend is heading the organisation there in the 5th Zone. Things have been going well. There are some minor hindrances. But they are not major obstacles.

When he heard about the teams stuck in the wilderness. He raises his eyebrows. As a veteran Tier-8 Beast Tamer, he is most concerned about the situation in the core area.

If the core area was not calm, they wouldn’t be calm as well. Now he wonders why Tier-6 Tree Ape fled the core area. The core area is actually vast. It is many times more vast than the city.

So it had plenty of places to hide. Yet it had come to the inner area. He furrowed his eyebrows. Since it’s a troublesome thing. He decides to call the City Governor Marcos.

Soon, the City Governor Marcos attended the call. He heard from Neil Moon. He was not surprised. He came to the same reasoning as the Head Neil Moon.

There is something happening in the core area which they aren’t aware of. City Governor Marcos decided to send a team of Tier-7 Beast Tamers.

Even if they come across Tier-8 Corrupted beasts, the team can escape from the situation. Head Neil Moon relaxed a lot.

Since Marcos is sending a team to find out the cause. He will know the answers soon.

20 minutes later,

A six member team entered the wilderness. The six people are veterans, Tier-7 Beast Tamers. They know the purpose of the mission.

They are going to the border connecting to the core area.

Meanwhile,

All the Beast Taming Forces in the city are paying attention. Including the Central University 10 and Beast Taming Association here.

The core area’s existence is a hidden danger to the city and its people. So the core area needed continuous monitoring. They can’t move the city or the core area.

Unless it’s a terrible conclusion, they won’t abandon the City. Every zone is under the control of the Human Alliance. They needed to know every change in the wilderness.

After the Beast Invasion, City Governors had become proactive. Marcos immediately reported the changes to the Human Alliance.

Though the problem appears to be small. He decided to report. Last time, the presence of the Two Ant Queen Beasts caught them off guard.

If not for the Lords from the Human Alliance, the city would have been buried. He doesn’t want to see another situation like that.

On the other hand, the news media started reporting about the changes. Even the City Governors and organisations wanted to stop it. They couldn’t do it.

Because many beast taming teams are stuck in the wilderness. So the information is impossible to hide.

The locals started panicking. They are just trying to come out from their recent trauma. Now this news is a nightmare for many people.

Especially to the families who lost their loved one. Marcos released a statement saying that he sent a team to find the reason.

So he assured people not to panic. Once the situation is found to be normal, then the Beast Tamers who are trapped will be rescued.

This timely statement has calmed many people’s hearts.
