City A (10th Zone):

Seeing that City Guard Captain and others become speechless. Jasper Thorne smiled. Head Frank Doolin was relieved as well.

He thinks that the City Governor won’t be able to do anything.

”Let’s go,” Jasper said.

”If your City Governors wanted to come, then they can come to the Sun Wheel Organisation,” he added.

The City Guard Captain and other guards didn’t say anything. Clearly, they can’t afford to offend someone from the 5th Zone.

The young man was clearly not afraid of their City Governors either.

Jasper then enters the car. He sat in the back seat. Head Frank then entered the car.

Shortly afterwards,

The car left the place. The City Guard Captain and guards left the place as well.

Meanwhile,

In the City Administration office. The 3 City Governors were discussing. Marcos, Enzo and Leonor’s expressions weren’t good.

”Is it really someone from the 5th Zone?” Enzo asked. His eyes flashed with fear. The last thing they wanted was to offend someone big who could fire them.

Leonor had this fear as well. The City Governor’s job was challenging and difficult. Yet it was fulfilling as well. Otherwise, they have to risk each and every day.

”Marcos, what to do now?” Leonor asked.

Enzo turned towards Marcos as well. Only Marcos can think of a way.

”What are you guys worried about?”

”We haven’t made any arrest. Before we could do anything he found himself a backer,” Marcos said with dissatisfaction.

To be honest, he had this discussion with the Head of the Shadow Moon Organisation a few days back. Their worst fear has come true.

He didn’t expect Head Frank Doolin to succeed.

He didn’t know what sacrifice he had made. Marcos had no choice other than to stop pursuing this matter.

He has already identified the young man’s identity through airport officials.

”That young man from the Thorne Family. So I have decided to put an end to this matter. But I have decided to report to the Human Alliance,” Marcos said in a serious tone.

”So it’s them!”

Enzo uttered in a surprise.

Leonor’s eyes flickered with an understanding.

”I have heard about them as well. The Thorne Family got a family senior in the Human Alliance,” Leonor said.

”So it’s a solid back up. I don’t know what cost him,” Enzo questioned.

”I just hope their family’s young master will return soon. I don’t like the idea of him being here in our City,” Marcos said.

”What?”

”Are you worried that someone could target their young master here?” Enzo asked.

”I don’t know. I just want him to go back,” Marcos said.

Then they ended the discussion. Marcos then called and informed Head Neil Moon, Shadow Moon Organisation.

Marcos advised them to stay low key. Including their Beas Tamers in the wilderness. If they retaliate, then the Sun Wheel Organisation could use this chance to hurt the Shadow Moon Organisation.

Neil Moon understood. After the call, he immediately ordered all the Beast Tamers to return to their organisation.

The ongoing missions were all canceled. The Beast Tamers in the Outer Area got the message. They have started their return journey.

Yet the message couldn’t reach a certain location in the inner area. The Shadow Moon Organisation members doing missions there. They can only know after coming back to the Outer Area.

---

Shadow Moon Organisation:

Jeremy was in his room practising day and night. He didn’t even meet his team members. Unknowingly, the team members got used to this situation.

Except for Sinag and Ada. The other members are not interested in the conversations anyway.

But this sudden message from the Head Neil Moon directly alarmed the 10 Team Leader and the squad teams under them.

The Elders and staff were afraid that something bad happened to the Head of the Shadow Moon Organisation.

But Head Neil Moon clarified that he was fine. But he is doing this related to some other issue. He then summoned the elders and team leaders to the meeting hall an hour later.

In his office, he is thinking about the next plan. He gave one hour time for himself to think. Like he had guessed Frank Doolin had found himself a backer.

There is nothing free in this world. He got to know the identity of the backer from City Governor Marcos. He didn’t expect Frank Doolin to fall at the feet of the Thorne Family.

He knew the Thorne Family. It’s one of the earliest Beast Taming Families. After the mutation, a few Beast Tamers were able to cross the wall of Tier-8 Limit.

They are the first Tier-9 Beast Tamers. Most of them died in battle against the Colossal Beasts. A few of them were injured and working behind the scenes.

The Senior from the Thorne Family is one such person. He must be working behind the scenes of the Human Alliance.

Though he is an old Tier-9 Beast Tamer. Nobody knows about their combat strength in today’s age. Yet prestige is still there. Nobody messes with them.

That’s why he is wondering what to do. It’s not like he doesn’t know anyone. He is a Tier-8 Beast Tamer himself.

He had met with a Tier-9 Seniors before. It’s just you can’t contact them if you want. Most of them are working in the Human Alliance. They are Guarding Important borders and resource areas.

The old Beast Tamers are working behind the scenes. Like the Thorne Family. He started to think of the Sun Wheel Organisation as a part of the Thorne Family.

He believes that Frank Doolin made a sacrifice. It could be his organisation. But the problem is that Frank Doolin is known for his narrow mind and schemes.

He will definitely try to complete the incomplete missions. It could be the killing list. Neil Moon needs an ally now. He is not going to sacrifice the organisation. Because he didn’t commit a crime.

His hands were free. So he can make alliances with known people. Now he is confused about whom to make partnership with.

There are some forces who are not afraid of the Thorne Family. He has made up his mind to ask suggestions from the elders and team leaders during the meeting.
