City A(10th Zone):

20 minutes later,

Jeremy Night enters the wilderness again. He didn’t want to use the rusty blade in front of others. It might lead to unwanted troubles.

So his goal is to enter the inner area where there are fewer Beast tamers. On the way, he is using eye sight. He found low level beasts. But he ignored them all.

He is quickly approaching the inner area. After some time of journey he got closer to the location. It’s been more than one hour since he spotted any corrupted Beasts. Let alone the Beast Tamers.

So he thinks he is in the safe spot right now. Next, he takes out the rusty blade. He carefully observed the blade. He doesn’t know what type of blade.

Because of the rust and dust. The appearance was bad. Yet the blade was slightly heavy. It’s the reason why he bought it.

Then he began pondering. He wanted to remove the rust and restore the blade. So that he can use it in future.

Jeremy immediately thought of the inventory elder. That person could help him. But he fears that if the news spreads outside. Then the people make fun of him.

He doesn’t know why he doesn’t want to get anything for free from the Shadow Moon Organisation. They had recruited him from the 14th Zone. It’s already a great favor for him.

He feels bad if they do more for him. So he wanted to earn everything through his hard work. Then he shakes his head before putting behind those messy thoughts.

Buzz!

Just as he resumed walking. He hears the buzzing sound. From his eyesight he sees a swarm of bugs coming towards him.

Their speed was so fast that he couldn’t outrun them. Rapidly, the swarm is approaching the place. They are coming from the front.

So he doesn’t want to waste time by going back. It may be a swarm group. He thinks that insect beasts are lower tier. It could be Tier-2 or Tier-3 in max.

Buzz!

The Black bugs over 1ft in size were leading the attacks. They have terrifying mouth parts with the razor sharped teeth.

Jeremy sees that bugs are coming towards him. He could see their sizes and observe them. He then uses their second ability to find their weak parts.

Then the bugs become transparent. He could see the part connecting the head and thorax was the weakest link.

It’s a bit risky to use the rusty blade. But he covered the rusty blade with starlight power. The starlight power covers the blade in a flash.

Cut!

Right then, he swings the blade. The blade fell precisely at the weakest part. The Head was separated from the main body the next moment.

Puchak!

Then he started swinging at the other bugs. One after another bugs dropped dead on the ground. He is feeling a sense of urgency in his heart.

It’s the rust blade. He doesn’t know when it will break.

So he wanted to eliminate the bugs quickly. The starlight power is playing a crucial role. This show bugs are Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts.

Buzz!

Suddenly, he sees a bigger bug insect over 2ft. Jeremy thinks once he takes down the big bug. The swarm will be gone.

Swoosh!

He leaves the other bugs and darts towards the bigger one. The Tier-3 Bug’s eyes were bloodshot. It was taken over by the bloodthirsty instincts.

It darted towards the enemy in anger. Yet the bug meets the starlight blade. Its head got separated from the body the next second.

Buzz!

With the death of the Tier-3 Bug. There is a panic situation among the swarm of bugs. The next second, the swarm of bugs fled in fear.

Shortly afterwards,

Jeremy walks away from this place. Once he reaches Tier-5 Beast Tamer, he can fly. Until then he can only walk.

But he was happy that the rust blade didn’t disappoint him. He saw most of the dust and debris were gone. His eyes flashed with a surprise.

He sees that most of the cleaning was done by the starlight power. He doesn’t know if he uses starlight power in the blade there will be changes.

He once again used starlight energy. This time a small amount of starlight power covers the blade. He sees that small change is happening.

The rust is falling off because of the starlight power. If he continues to use the starlight power, the original appearance might be restored.

But he didn’t know how long it would take. He got the opportunity to enter 9th Zone’s Mist Valley. Leader Gisela had already explained to me.

How dangerous was that place? He can only survive by extreme caution. He then recovered his thoughts and continued towards the inner area.

He had bathed the rust blade with the starlight power. He still wants to do it with the beast’s blood. The edges of the blade weren’t clear yet.

He couldn’t figure out whether it was a single or double edged blade. Suddenly, he paused his footsteps.

”Why didn’t I think of this before?” Jeremy asked himself.

He started using the eye ability on the blade. His second ability allows him to see through. Then his eyes go through the rust and see the original appearance.

He was shocked to the core. If he had thought of this before, he could have used it in the Treasure Pavilion.

”Maybe I have one more career opportunity now,” Jeremy thought.

His mood becomes a lot better after having this idea. He didn’t expect the second eye ability could be used in this way.

It was his first visit today to the Treasure Association and the Maple Auction House. Next time, he decides to make a lot of money using his eye ability.

He doesn’t have to enter the wilderness often to collect beast blood and organs.

Then he calmed his heart and shifted his attention to the blade. He found out that the blade has two edges. The size of the blade is a little broader and longer than the previous one.

Surprisingly, the handle was made of the same material as well. That’s why it was not broken but rusted as well.

This was enough to say that the blade is better than the previous one. Though the blade was used once. He thinks this double edged blade can be strengthened later.
