City A:

All the Beast Taming forces once again started fighting against the Black Clouds. Including the Beast Taming Association and the Central University, the Beast Taming Families.

At the same time, the casualties started to increase. The top leaders have gone to the wilderness.

Because of it, the strength on the beast tamers’ side was reduced.

The fate of the whole city rested on Lord Afonso and his lifeline beast.

...

Meanwhile,

The news about the flying ant beast invasion in the 10th Zone’s City A has reached other cities. The news has spread to other zones as well.

The City Governors and the important Heads of other zones have confidence in the 10th Zone’s leadership.

Because they knew it was not the first time the 10th zone was facing the Beast Invasion. There were Beast Invasions in the past as well.

So they were keeping an eye on them. But their reaction changes as time passes. Because the news coming out from City A is grim.

They are getting footage and videos from the City A. Those videos have gone viral in other cities in the 10th zone as well.

Such videos have sent a shockwave across the Human Population. The Rest of the Human Zones are alarmed.

The City Governors were trying to stop the videos from spreading. But unfortunately, most people have seen it.

The City Governors and important leaders in the other Top 9 Zones saw the videos. They were scared and shocked to the core.

They saw that the 10th Zone’s City A was covered with spider webs. The scene itself sent a cold shiver down their spines.

They knew it was not possible against the Tier-8 Corrupted beast. Only the Colossal Tier-9 Corrupted Beast and above beasts can do it.

What more? They knew City A was under attack from the Flying ants. So where do the spider webs come from?

From the viral videos, they have seen the beast tamers fighting against the Black clouds. The black clouds are nothing but an army of flying ants.

The lack of information has terrified them. But undoubtedly, the City A has encountered a corrupted beast above the Tier-8.

But they don’t know what’s going on with the City Governors on the sides of the City and their battle situation. Since they were fighting in the wilderness.

They don’t know information about them. But these City Governors then decided to ask for help from the Human Alliance.

If they wanted, they could leave the city, but unfortunately, they have an important position. Their cities were located in the same surroundings.

Their surroundings have wilderness as well. It’s just that the corrupted beasts living there were different. Some cities have large forests filled with tall trees everywhere.

The flying bird-type corrupted beasts were living there. If the City Governors leave their post to help others, then they could face the beast invasion as well.

So they could only get answers from the Human Alliance.

On the other hand, the viral videos and other pictures have reached the headquarters of the Human Alliance. The officials there verified the footage as well.

Not one video but hundreds of videos captured by the people in the 10th Zone’s City A. All the videos turned out to be true.

The officials were terrified. They informed their higher-ups. The higher-ups are none other than the retired Tier-9 Beast Tamers.

Upon hearing such news, they have checked the footage and pictures. They were confirmed to be true.

After knowing that they have tried to contact the City Governors. But they were not picking up their device. The higher-ups knew that they had sent a Level-9 Beast Tamer there.

They knew about the Beast invasion before. It’s just the appearance of the Spider Webs that shocked them as well. They tried to contact Lord Afonso. But he is not picking up his call as well.

The elders realise that a battle must be going on. So they have asked the officials to contact the City Administration there.

If no staff picks up the call, then they can try contacting the Beast Taming Association, Central University, Beast Taming Families and other forces.

The Elders were serious right now. They didn’t expect a Tier-9 Colossal beast to set its gaze on the city. They knew the Tier-9 Beast could take down the city from a far distance.

So the people living in City A are in a difficult situation.

Under their watch, the officials were able to establish communication with the Heads in the city A. The staff at Central University has picked up the calls as well.

Then the officials were able to learn what happened with the City Governors and the city.

A few minutes later,

The officials were able to know what happened there. Then they went to inform the higher-ups.

The Elders who were Tier-9 Beast Tamers learned that Lord Afonso and the City Governors were fighting in the wilderness.

They were able to know what happened in the city. The spider webs were shot by something from the wilderness.

This was enough to confirm that Tier-9 Colossal Beast is targeting the City.

The Elders began to discuss now. Sending Lord Afonso was not enough. What if other Colossal Beast targets the city?

Then the chances of City A getting destroyed are higher. Now they have sent someone sooner to City A. They can’t waste more time.

In the same meeting, they discussed who to send. The information was sent to other available Tier-9 Beast Tamers.

Some of the Tier-9 Beast Tamers’ Lifeline beasts were not suitable to face the Tier-9 Colossal Spider.

The Colossal spider has powerful poison. It doesn’t have a cure.

If the Tier-9 Beast Tamers’ Lifeline beast was poisoned by it, then the chances of the lifeline beast dying are higher.

So the elders have to carefully select the Tier-9 Beast Tamer from the available people. Many of the Tier-9 Beast Tamers were busy. They have some other work to do.

So the Elders can only look for others. It didn’t take long for someone to accept the request.

That person’s lifeline beast can easily eliminate the Tier-9 Colossal Beasts.
