COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

”We can’t keep up at all! What can I do?”

”And when we finally came, you told us to get lost again...”

”Man, it hurts! How could you even punch me......”

”People are gonna start to rebel, if you don’t control yourself....”

Sudo was so damn angry that he couldn’t speak for a moment.

Although he did rush a little fast just now, the others in Class B couldn’t keep up with his speed.

However, it was indeed people in Class B who were scared.

When Sudo was surrounded by the students from Class D, many students from B just instinctively stopped.

Even if Hirata appealed there, it would be of no use.

There is a saying that a group of sheep led by a wolf can defeat a group of wolves led by a sheep.

Class D is undoubtedly led by Wolf.

As for Class B, they are not led by wolves or sheep.

There is no leadership at all.

Class B only managed to stick together.

They are particularly easy to be shaken.

Once a person wavers or hesitates, he will be defeated.

“My hands were bruised...it really hurts so much....”

“….”

Sudo was completely speechless.

He didn’t mean to offend anyone by scolding, just wanted to motivate people.

’....But when faced with trash, I really can’t even scold even if I want to.’

“I’m sorry,” Kanzaki and the others felt a little guilty. ”We didn’t expect Albert to be so brave, so we didn’t leave so many people to guard the base camp.”

“It’s no use saying anything now, you fuck!” Sudo seemed very dissatisfied.

”Shh!”

”Both sides, exchange venues!”

At this time, referee blew the whistle and announced loudly with his right hand raised high.

So members of the red and white group each carried their own flagpoles and moved towards the other side’s field.

“This time, it’s your turn to take the lead!” Hirata took a deep breath and said to Kanzaki.

Class B is not of the same mind.

Hirata knew this was not good, but he never thought of changing.

Because he is ’everyone’s’ Hirata.

If a situation like Class D, it’s like oppressing others.

So he couldn’t accept it and could only maintain the status quo.

But Class B like this cannot win.

“Good!” Kanzaki nodded slightly and said nothing more.

In fact, Class C should bear a large part of the responsibility for defeat just now.

If they hadn’t dispersed their forces, it would have been possible to keep Albert out.

After all, there are 20 boys in Class C.

Albert could do five or six at once, but he couldn’t do 20.

“Ryuen!” Katsuragi looked at him with a calm gaze, ”This time, it’s our turn to attack, right?”

“Alright. We were all tired just now, so just stayed at the base camp!”

There is no problem with this.

Although he had seen the scene where a group of people from Ryuen surrounded Sudo just now, he couldn’t say anything as he was in the same group.

Plus Albert did win quickly.

As for Class C, Hachiman stayed at the white team’s pole.

He quickly pulled out the tape he had prepared earlier from his pocket and quickly stuck the recorder on it.

After doing all this, he then withdrew his hand.

“Shh!”

The whistle sounded again, which also meant the start of 2nd round.

However, the students of Class A, who were just about to attack, watched in amazement as all the guys of Class D left and completely gave up the task of defending the flagpole.

“Ryuen, what the hell are you doing!?” People in Class A finally reacted and shouted loudly.

Then two students from Class A ran over and supported the flagpole, that was shaking because no one was holding it up.

“I agreed to let you attack together, but didn’t say we have to defend!” While Ryuen laughed, he led the students from Class D straight past the people in C and rushed towards B who was guarding the flagpole.

“How can it be repaired?”

The students in Class A became a little angry, but they restrained themselves because didn’t want to lose the game.

’....I can only stay where I am and guard the flag.’

“Albert, kill them!” With a wild smile on his face, Ryuen stretched out his hand and rubbed his neck with a knife, making a throat-slitting gesture.

There was deep contempt in the eyes looking at everyone in Class B.

“How can you fuck with us? It’s just Class D!”

“Who do you think you are, black half-breed?!”

“Kill them!”

Students in Class B were immediately irritated, and so timid in previous competition they felt like beaten to death.

Then, regardless of Hirata’s loud dissuasion, just rushed forward one by one.

“Pig teammate, I can’t afford to take him!” Sudo’s heart was bleeding, but even someone as fond of violence as him held back because he knew his mission clearly.

It’s to hold the flagpole.

’But I really can’t afford these guys!’

“hehe……” Ryuen looked at this scene with a smile of success on his face.

As for the people in Class D, couldn’t help but smile as they saw the people in Class B reacting as Ryuen expected.

”Wow!”

“Ah! Why is the wind and sand so big?!”

“I can’t see, my eyes god damn it!”

As if they had expected it, students in Class D kicked up the sand with their feet one after another.

In an instant, field became windy and sandy, everyone in Class B who was rushing towards them had to close their eyes to avoid injury.

’But if I close my eyes, I can’t defend myself at all!’

Then, can only be divided and eliminated one by one by the people of Class D.

“Boom!”

Students in Class B were pushed to the ground one by one, and they were all curled up, unable to get up at all.

It’s not a matter of how much damage was done, but a matter of will.

But they are not without contribution.

At the very least, Albert, the strongest member of Class D, was held back.

Even if it’s only temporary, because students of Class D have arrived at the base camp guarded by Sudo.

“Ah, who kicked me again! Ryuen, you’re going too far!”

“That’s a foul!” Sudo gritted his teeth and hugged the flagpole, but couldn’t help screaming.

There are very few Class B students around him.

It was difficult to even protect the flagpole, let alone protect Sudo.

As a result, Sudo was once again grieved and indignant when he was attacked by members of Class D.

It was not accidental, but was long-planned.

This may be the plan of Class D, to beat Sudo as much as possible, not just to win this inversion contest.

Because their real purpose is to hurt Sudo as much as possible!

How many points can be scored in this red-white contest?

The goal of Ryuen has never been just one win or one loss.

He is for the ultimate victory!

’As long as we can knock Sudo down here and injure him!Preventing him from participating in subsequent games. So, if Koenji doesn’t participate in the competition and Class B loses Sudo, how can they beat us?’

“kuku...” Ryuen stared coldly at the people of Class B who are struggling hard. ’These guys were really too naive!’

There is no need for Tian Ji’s horse racing at all.

As long as they can destroy opponent’s strongest horse, they will not lose no matter what!

”So what if I committed a foul? If you can, go report me!” Ryuen came to a desperate Sudo, but squatted down.

And Sudo was still holding on to the flagpole tightly.

“Hand over your stuff!”

At Ryuen’s order, Ishizaki Daichi immediately came to Sudo’s side and reached his hand into pocket.

“What are you doing?!” Sudo shouted immediately.

But this was not the first time that he had confronted Ryuen, and was held back by his men.

He’s just mean in words.

And, Ishizaki quickly found something in Sudo’s trouser pocket.

What he took out was a voice recorder.

“That’s not mine... Ryuen you...” Sudo also noticed this.

But when he looked in the direction of Hachiman, he discovered that boy had been under Ryuen’s special care for a long time, and four boys had arranged to surround him, making it impossible for him to get through.

“kukuku.....” Ryuen just smiled disdainfully from the bottom of his heart.

“That’s just Hikigaya’s defense method....” Ryuen grabbed the recorder he took from Sudo’s pocket, and broke it in half with a click.

“Next, let’s end this game!” As he said this, Ryuen pushed forward with his right hand, and the White Team’s flagpole fell to the ground.

No doubt.

The White Team lost Pole-toppling contest.

Although the White Team cannot be said to not work hard.

Although the students in Class B have completely fallen into the rhythm of Class D.

Especially under the leadership of some pig teammates, they messed up their positions and lost everything.

Although Sudo was feeling very frustrated.

But if you lose, you lose.

“How can we repair it? We must not lose again!” Sudo was lying on the ground with his fist slamming hard, his face full of anger and unwillingness.

The people in Class D were too ruthless, but they were also very cunning.

Don’t hit him in the face or on any exposed skin.

Even if he revealed it afterward.

But because the violence was not seen, he had no way to prove that his body was intact beforehand.

So there is a possibility that he deliberately hurt himself to frame Class D.

Unable to convict the other party!

He has already experienced this kind of thing once.

Therefore, he was also very clear about Class D’s possible responses.

The pen that Ryuen had just broken was the one that Hachiman had placed on him.

It was not an ordinary pen, but a recording pen.

His experience of being bullied by Ryuen would be recorded, but the pen had been destroyed by him.

In other words, even though he was beaten, had no way to retaliate!

And Ryuen must have seen Hachiman giving him the recorder, so he did this on purpose.

How can it be repaired?

”Absolutely, we can’t lose to a guy like Ryuen!”

Sudo shouted loudly, obviously injured, but he was a cheater after all, so he still had a chance to fight.

Ten minutes later.

Students from Class B and C are standing on the same side.

This is a tug of war.

It is also divided into two groups, red and white.

One of the few cooperative sports events.

And for Sudo, this is his best chance to avenge himself!

Tug-of-war is simpler without using the reverse pole, and it completely competes with the strength of both sides.

The thick hemp rope used for tug-of-war is tied with a red fir in the middle, and then placed on the ground with three white lines marked on it, two imaginary and one solid, above the solid line in the middle.

The red and white groups also have completely different tug-of-war strategies.

Chapter 233

Perhaps because he felt that it would not be useful in the reverse stroke competition, Kanzaki proposed a plan to have the stronger, taller, and heavier person stand behind.

Hirata readily agreed.

But Red Group is different.

Stable Class A wanted to implement it this way.

However, Red group is not just A.

“We can’t play if you do this! Ryuen, you asshole!”

“Totally uncooperative!”

“Motherf------”

Students in Class A were almost extremely angry, and their patience with Ryuen was almost at its limit.

Because the guys in Class D have no intention of cooperating at all, and they just position themselves however you want.

Even Albert, most powerful person in Class D, was actually placed first!

Although this is indeed oppressive, the utilization rate of power is really too low!

“No way....” Katsuragi sighed deeply.

“Let’s just continue.....” Although he thought that Ryuen would not cooperate, he did not deny that he might just drop the burden and run away with everyone.

“Shh!”

The whistle sounded.

All members of White team immediately lowered their bodies and center of gravity.

This will ensure that you are as difficult as possible to be pulled by the other party.

Boys in Class C also tried to do same.

There is no doubt about it.

Only, Class B will not cooperate.

“La La Laa!”

Sudo, as if he wanted to vent all the emotions he had just endured in the pole-falling competition, roared with a fucking bark and pulled the rope backwards.

Then……

“Shh!”

The whistle sounded again.

White team won.

However, everyone still seemed to be in a dream.

Because they simply exerted force once and easily pulled the rope across the line.

Referee also blew the whistle immediately.

Then, victory was achieved so easily.

“Ha, Class D’s trash!” Sudo finally laughed loudly, letting out the pain of being beaten just now.

“Ryuen, you bullshit son of ---Mphf!---Let me curs----”

Katsuragi from the red team was seriously admonishing, “After all, we are all from the Red team. If we lose, it will be a loss for both of us. I hope you can consider playing with us sincerely.”

“Play together?” Ryuen sneered and raised his hand, “You guys from Class A are still as naive as ever!”

If it was said that Ryuen looked down upon Ichinose’s class the most in the past.

So now, the one he despises the most is Katsuragi’s.

Although he likes to play some intrigues.

But he will also have the courage to admit his mistakes.

So after losing to the Hikigaya, he will seriously reflect on it and then regroup.

And the reason why he always loses.

He’s got it figured out.

It’s because he never figured out who his real opponent was——

He thought it was Horikita.

But now he realized there was only one real enemy from the beginning to the end, and that was Hikigaya Hachiman.

Looking at Class A, what do they have?

If it were Sakayanagi, he might be wary, but now that two parties are competing, Katsuragi is completely robbed by her, and doesn’t even know that he has become a pawn on the chessboard.

“Shh!”

2nd round whistle sounded quickly.

Both teams are ready again.

In this second round, there was no change in the positions of both sides.

Didn’t think there was anything wrong with positioning.

The performance just now also explains everything.

So, they chose to continue.

As for Red group, they don’t have a choice.

People in Class A have become somewhat numb from their anger, because they know that being furious will not help.

The guys in Class D have absolutely no sportsmanship.

”Get ready, one or two!”

The students in the white group shouted slogans loudly, then moved in the same uniform manner and sank back.

“Pull pull, you bastards!!!”

“Boom!”

At the command, everyone used all their strength to pull the rope in their direction.

And try to lower your center of gravity as much as possible.

Trying to win -

Then, all fell heavily to the ground.

Everyone’s back was rubbed violently by the uneven sand, and they felt a burning pain.

“Haha, you idiots from Class B and C!” Ryuen laughed creepily and looked at everyone in the red group.

Everyone in Class D also had mocking smiles on their faces.

White Team won.

Again.

Because no matter how hard Class A tried, everyone in Class D gave up holding on to the rope.

Everyone in Class A was dragged over, staggering and rubbing their butts.

Everyone in the Red Group fell to the ground.

They lost.

But, Class B didn’t feel any pleasure from winning in competition.

Instead, there is a kind of anger at being given charity and pity.

“Ryuen!” Sudo climbed up from the ground, and the pain of falling stimulated his heart, reminding him of the previous experience of being beaten by Class D through tricks in the reverse pole competition.

He roared angrily, but all he was greeted with was a mocking look from Ryuen.

”So, this method only works on this kind of idiot.” Ryuen sneered in his heart, but he looked at Hikigaya Hachiman in the crowd with serious eyes.

This inferior method always works against a brainless idiot like Sudo.

But, it’s only for idiots.

If those people were a little more sober-minded, they would not be fooled.

Because they know this is a way to provoke generals.

”This is truly amazing, Ryuen!”

Katsuragi’s eyes also became cold.

He had been cheated, and it was a terrible thing.

So he knew this was a very dangerous man.

With his intelligence, he could easily see this was Ryuen’s way of provoking the opponent, a psychological warfare.

Just to use two group battles to disrupt the minds of the white group and reduce their sanity.

As a result, they lost their sense of proportion and performed abnormally in subsequent games.

Although he knew it was because of that, even the steady Katsuragi was enraged.

Ryuen was simply treating all of them like monkeys!

Moreover, the tug-of-war game is a best-of-three game, so now because of Ryuen’s provocation, the victory of the tug-of-war game was handed over to the White Team.

”But you are still as self-centered as ever, treating everyone else as fools. Ryuen, you will suffer a big loss sooner or later.” Katsuragi looked at him deeply, then turned and left.

Red and White team still has one more person left to fight on horseback.

’I originally thought there was still some room for cooperation with Ryuen, but looking at it now. It’s no longer necessary.’

By deliberately irritating the White Team, Ryuen probably wanted to do something dangerous, and Class A would definitely not be involved in such a thing.

“Although I didn’t expect Sudo to be so durable and able to last so long after being beaten, he no longer poses a threat!” Ryuen just ignored Katsuragi.

He looked away coldly and no longer paid attention to the helpless and furious Sudo.

“This irrational guy is meaningless. No matter how strong he is, guy is just an idiot. Next, let’s send him off.”

“As for Hikigaya...” Ryuen narrowed his eyes and raised the corners of his mouth slightly.

’Sudo is about to be offline, how can you, Hikigaya, turn the tide?!’

xxxxx

The tug-of-war ends with a short break.

The boys’ group project has basically come to an end.

Only the last one was left to fight on horseback.

This competition involves teams of four, with three people acting as horses carrying one other person.

The person being carried had a hairband on his head. Be regarded as a general.

The winner is the one who pulls off the opponent’s headband.

By the way——

Starting from the pole-fall competition, the schedule of the boys’ and girls’ competition events began to become inconsistent.

The boys are about to start fighting on horseback.

The girls are still participating in the ball throwing competition.

“Let’s continue to hug each other!” Kanzaki came over with the students from Class C.

They had played two consecutive team competitions, losing one and winning one.

However, their morale had been worn down by Ryuen, and Kanzaki didn’t think this was a good situation.

“Catch the leader first. I suggest getting rid of the dangerous Ryuen Kakeru first!” Kanzaki has good physical fitness, and although he rarely expresses his opinions, it does not mean that he does not have his own vision.

“I suspect Ryuen is using provocation against us. The object of......” Kanzaki paused at this point.

And Hirata, who was just spoken to by Kanzaki, was now at a big loss.

Because the person who is most affected by Ryuen now is the cheater in his class, Sudo, the backbone of this sports meeting.

“I understand this...”

“It’s good if you know, Hikigaya....”

But there was not much peace of mind on his face, because it was difficult to comfort the rioting Sudo at this time.

Just like now.

“Ryuen is mine!”

With red eyes, Sudo became a yandere dog, pushed away the student next to him, walked up to Kanzaki and looked at him.

“No one can take it away!”

“Sudo-kun, calm down, this is a team competition,” Hirata quickly used his own balm to provide comfort.

It’s a pity that facing the gentle Hirata-kun, Sudo couldn’t stand it even if the other party turned into a mother.

After two exams, he was beaten and angered by Ryuen. Meanwhile, his so-called companions... were useless!

“I say it again, he is mine!” Sudo looked at Hirata word by word, his voice like a suppressed volcano, accumulating anger.

“Ryuen is mine! I want to fight him in a one-on-one duel. Whoever comes to disturb me must be prepared to be killed by me!”

“Sudo...” Hirata knew that boy had completely lost control.

“Since Sudo wants it, then let him face Ryuen....” At this time, Hachiman finally spoke up, “I’ll arrange for others to ass---”

“No need, I will rush to Ryuen by myself!”

“Fucking mad dog……”

Hirata smiled bitterly, because Sudo couldn’t even listen to his help.

He had lost his mind.

Then he had no choice but to say to Kanzaki, “Sudo-kun, he’s been hurt a little, he’ll be fine in a while.”

Except for Hirata, everyone else in Class B lowered their heads, pretending not to see anything like ostriches.

“???” Kanzaki. ’A little, you say?’

“....I understand.” Kanzaki glanced at Hachiman with a blank face, then nodded slightly and said to Sudo, “He’s yours.”
