Endless Winter: My Camp Upgrades Infinitely

Chapter 1492 - 470: Meticulous Preparations, Jackal Officials, Uprising Begins (2)

The choice of time and location alone shows that this uprising has been thoroughly thought out and meticulously planned.

Though they have ten thousand members in Qingwu Village, it must be said that compared to the Subordinate Bureau’s base strength, their power is still far less, so choosing the uprising location in the Rice Field definitely makes sense;

An uprising during the day would favor the Cold Resistance Level fighters, and they have only 37 Cold Resistance Level fighters, even including that young Chief and two strong protectors, there wouldn’t be any chance of victory, so it has to be at night;

As for the choice of October 30th, it’s even more ingenious, just at the end of the rice harvest period, with the Subordinate Bureau members happy for completing Lu River Valley’s yearly rice target, it could be said that it’s their most relaxed time psychologically.

Sometimes, whether things can be accomplished depends on whether there’s a thorough plan.

They might not be very powerful, but their age is here, and having been in the Slave Village for most of their lives, they have some experience.

This weapons transportation maneuver alone can be called ingenious, if Hong Xicheng can think so meticulously, then the matter is already half successful.

Meanwhile, Branch Leader Hong Xicheng continued:

”The day after tomorrow, on the 30th during the day, our thirty-seven people will go to the Rice Field and pretend to be busy, conserving energy, waiting for all members to arrive at night. Take weapons from the field, and the Chief will blow the Bone Whistle five times. Once everyone hears the whistle, immediately gather, and then...”

And then naturally, grievances are avenged, and enmities are settled!

Though Hong Xicheng didn’t finish speaking, everyone understood, their eyes instantly filled with malign glare.

”Here are the Divine Bravery Pills and Blood Strengthening Pills rewarded by the main branch...”

Hong Xicheng then took out a small bundle, from which he took ten red and ten green pill bottles, totaling twenty.

”The green ones are Divine Bravery Pills, consuming them blocks all pain for one hour; the red ones are Blood Strengthening Pills, quickly replenish depleted energy and blood. Each type of pill has 1000 pieces, we have over a thousand members at the Earth-digging Realm Limit, enough for everyone to have a pair.

We are weaker than the Subordinate Bureau, plus the three-month rice harvest, everyone is in a state of depleted energy and blood, so don’t hesitate, on the night of the 30th, as soon as you hear the Chief blow the whistle, everyone immediately takes two pills, convey this task down the line without any mistakes.”

Upon hearing Hong Xicheng’s solemn tone at the end, everyone’s expressions also became serious, raising their hands in unison and responding: ”We obey!”

”Alright, that’s all for tonight. Now divide the resources, once done, return immediately and prepare. Leave separately, be careful!”

”Yes!”

Hong Xicheng began dividing armor and pills among the people, evidently very familiar with the situations of the thirty-six groups, it didn’t even take a quarter-hour to finish.

As everyone was preparing to leave, an elder suddenly asked: ”Squad Leader, and what about after we succeed with the uprising? Where do we go?”

Indeed!

After the uprising succeeds, what do they do? Where do they go?

Upon hearing this question, just about to leave, everyone’s heart skipped a beat, and they all turned to look at Hong Xicheng.

This precise and meticulous plan clearly made everyone see hope for the success of the uprising, otherwise they wouldn’t have raised this question, but it must be said that the answer to this question is much more important than the uprising itself.

The thirty-six people in the room are all at least in their forties, they have wives and children, they are not impulsive.

Rising up is for not being slaves anymore, for a better life, not to mindlessly go to death.

If everything goes according to Hong Xicheng’s plan, they have a high chance of success this time, but then what after success?

Escaping is impossible, dragging families and children into the Ice Abyss is almost suicidal; remaining in the village is also waiting for death, not to mention, the thousands of troops in Lu River Camp surely won’t let them go...

”Everyone, what do you think we are doing this time?”

Hong Xicheng did not directly answer everyone’s question but instead, with a heavy tone, asked them a question.

Everyone looked at each other, finally, an elder slowly spoke.

”Rebellion!”

”Exactly, rebellion...”

After speaking, Hong Xicheng paused, then continued: ”Then do you think, we can succeed in rebellion relying solely on Qingwu Branch?”

Everyone was stunned upon hearing this, looking at him in confusion.

”The leader of this uprising is Hekou Sub-Branch. Our Qingwu Branch, including the other fourteen village branches in Lu River Valley, are just supporting!”

Boom......

Hong Xicheng’s words directly exploded in everyone’s hearts, their pupils trembled violently, and their faces immediately flushed.

Lu River Valley area has sixteen Slave Villages, all distributed along the western line of Rice Field, among them the most central location, largest population, and closest to Lu River Camp, is called Hekou Village.

”Sir, I’ll go prepare now!”

”Sixteen branches rebelling together, what’s to fear, Squad Leader, I’ll leave now.”

”Sixteen branches, altogether tens of thousands of members, what’s there to fear?”

”I’ll go prepare now.”

.........

Strength in numbers has always been an ironclad principle!

With many people, courage increases immediately, knowing that in this uprising, the entire Lu River Valley’s sixteen villages participate, and the leader is Hekou Sub-Branch, below the thirty-six people, instantly brushed off all concerns in their minds, then they all got up to take leave and go prepare.
