Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1759: Chapter 652: Special Requests for Them!

Zhang Jingdong watched his figure fade into the distance, smiled a bit, and leaned against the edge of the hot spring pool, quietly activating the autopilot mode with his hands.

Although Yan Ning and Qin Yue could accept being hugged here and there by him in public, they still didn’t dare to go further with him, as it was just too embarrassing and too wild.

Yet Zhang Jingdong hadn’t gone too far at this point, so she couldn’t really reprimand him, and could only pretend to be nonchalant, secretly worried but also enjoying it.

At this moment, Zhang Jingdong glanced at the distant mountains and said, ”Have you heard of the caves and canyons in our Hong County?”

Yan Ning was initially taken aback and then nodded her head, ”Of course, two years ago Mr. Qin and I went there, but it wasn’t developed yet, the facilities were poor, so we stayed just a day and then came back.”

Qin Yu chimed in, ”I remember too, the scenery there is really quite nice, especially the sunrise over the canyon, it’s still among the top three in all the beautiful scenes I’ve seen.”

Zhang Jingdong nodded with a smile, ”Indeed, the sunrise over the canyon is absolutely stunning.”

”Let me tell you something, I went back to inspect and decided to invest in building a resort there. We’ve already held the investment negotiation meeting, and construction will start within two months at the latest.”

When Yan Ning and Qin Yu heard this, they exchanged glances, both looking surprised.

Yan Ning said, ”I think this project is viable. For one, the scenery there is certainly captivating; and secondly, you’re a local of Hong County, so you have the sentimental connection and original aspiration. But before the project is truly implemented, you need to talk it over with the county government.”

Zhang Jingdong casually replied, ”Don’t worry, before securing this project, the first thing I did was establish connections and resources in the county.”

”The reason the project could be confirmed so quickly is precisely because of this.”

”I’ve identified three agents in the county. One has especially strong connections in the county, and the other two have been doing business in our local area for many years and have great know-how on how to run projects here.”

Qin Yu happily said, ”This is great. Next time we go, we can have fun at our own resort. It will definitely be a blast!”

Zhang Jingdong brushed his right hand over her shapely derrière, ”Absolutely! When that comes, I’ll renovate the top floor of our hotel just for us. We can do whatever we want and it will be absolutely safe!”

Yan Ning thought of something at that moment, ”How much do you need to invest in this project this time?”

Zhang Jingdong casually replied, ”For the early stages, it’s about thirty or fifty million, and in total, it should only be one or two hundred million.”

Yan Ning placed her fresh lotus arm on Zhang Jingdong’s shoulder, ”Let me invest a bit. I don’t want much in shares, just 10%, how about it?”

Zhang Jingdong paused, then smirked mischievously, ”Sure, but you first have to agree to let me have some shares.”

Yan Ning was initially puzzled, ”Let you have some shares? You want to join...”

But as she spoke the latter half, she suddenly understood what he meant from Zhang Jingdong’s smirk, and she glared at him.

Yet she said, ”Of course, you can join whenever you want, so does this count as agreeing to let me invest in your resort?”

Zhang Jingdong replied with a meaningful expression, ”I’m talking about joining as a shareholder, you know?”

Yan Ning quickly blinked, seriously pondering the meaning of those words, then suddenly remembered the demand he had mentioned before to her, turning red with embarrassment.

”You... you rogue!”

Zhang Jingdong shrugged, ”How is this being rogue? I’m clearly just trying to have a fair deal with you, right?”

”My resort is a fantastic project, once it’s done, it will be a project that generates money effortlessly. So if you want to invest, naturally, a bit of effort is required.”

Zhang Jingdong was obviously joking, but he wanted to take the opportunity to test if Yan Ning could accept the new gameplay.

Although Yan Ning was a bit torn at first, on the one hand, she didn’t want to reject that demand from Zhang Jingdong, and on the other hand, she wanted to be involved in more of Zhang Jingdong’s projects.

So finally, she steeled herself and nodded her head, ”Alright, I’ll accept your terms.”

Zhang Jingdong was instantly delighted, ”Looks like you truly believe in this project of mine. Well then, you invest 20 million, and I will give you 20% shares, how does that sound?”

Yan Ning’s lips curved with a hint of joy, ”Being able to invest in this project is already quite rewarding for me, you don’t need to give me extra benefits; just 10% will do.”

Zhang Jingdong stroked her pretty face, ”10% is the shares you deserve for investing 20 million, the other 10% is the reward for consenting to that.”

”You are, after all, the first one to agree to that, so naturally, I should give you some extra benefits.”

Yan Ning pursed her lips, ”No need really.”

”Just be good!”

”...Alright.”

Qin Yu spoke at this moment, ”Boss Zhang, if you put it that way, then I agree to that too.”

Zhang Jingdong reached out and pinched her chin, ”Really? Are you sure? If you agree to that, then I’ll buy 10% shares of your law firm, and give them to you.”

Qin Yu wasn’t looking to be involved in managing Zhang Jingdong’s company like Yan Ning, but Yan Ning had previously reminded her, ”Even if you don’t want it yourself, for the sake of your future children, you should consider. Jingdong has already mentioned wanting us to have children for him. If you don’t prepare in advance, it might be difficult in the future,” so this thought lingered in her mind.

At that moment, it seemed an opportune time, so she tried it too, and to her surprise, Zhang Jingdong indeed agreed.
