Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 716: Chapter 307: Won Her First Kiss!

Zhang Jingdong said a few more words to everyone, then concluded his speech.

Soon after the meeting ended, people began to leave the conference room.

Very quickly, only Zhang Jingdong and Lin Qingci were left in the large room.

Lin Qingci, for some reason, possibly due to her earlier change of emotions towards Zhang Jingdong, or maybe because Zhang Jingdong’s gaze was somewhat intense, blushed slightly on her delicate face.

At this moment, Zhang Jingdong suddenly realized she was wearing a sky-blue women’s suit today.

Since the meeting was over, she had unbuttoned her jacket, revealing a black top underneath.

Elegant and dignified, yet exuding an indescribable allure.

He couldn’t help but glance at her two more times.

It wasn’t until Lin Qingci noticed his strange behavior and lightly cleared her throat that he came back to his senses.

Casually, he said, ”Classmate Lin Qingci, we’re on the same team now!”

Lin Qingci immediately glared at him, ”What... what are you talking about? Please watch your words, we’re just from the same company, okay!”

Zhang Jingdong pouted, ”That’s too distant of you to say. To create a top-tier company, each of us employees has to treat the company as our own home, let alone us as bosses!”

”So, in that sense, we’re undoubtedly one family!”

”You...” Lin Qingci said angrily, ”You mess with me again, I’ll... I’ll be mad!”

Zhang Jingdong shook his head with a smile, ”Alright, I was thinking of building some rapport with you before assigning tasks. But since you want to keep it strictly business, I guess I’ll just get straight to the point!”

Saying this, Zhang Jingdong suddenly put on a serious face, ”President Lin, here’s what you need to do next.”

”First, get in touch about the domain name issue as soon as possible, and the final price must not exceed 3 million.”

”Second, find someone to post ads online and at major colleges recruiting part-time influencers. I’ll personally conduct the interviews.”

”Third, have the project department work overtime, and launch the new features as soon as possible. I’ll send my creative ideas to your email in the next two days.”

”Fourth, after signing with Xiao Fei, quickly produce a TV commercial, then we can push both online and offline together.”

”Fifth, get in touch with Mu Zimei, sign her at all costs. She just became popular, and in the next three years, we could use her to create some waves.”

Lin Qingci, seeing how Zhang Jingdong assigned her so many tasks all at once, felt both embarrassed and relieved.

As this seemed to prove that Zhang Jingdong wasn’t deliberately teasing her earlier, but was simply trying to ease their future cooperation by getting closer.

So she nodded, ”I understand, I’ll get these done as soon as possible.”

Zhang Jingdong, seeing her let her guard down, continued, ”Alright, you can get busy now. Call me anytime if there’s a problem.”

Lin Qingci didn’t expect Zhang Jingdong to tease her earlier, and now he let her leave so straightforwardly.

She paused slightly, feeling an inexplicable sense of loss, but nevertheless stood up decisively, ”...Okay.”

Just as she was about to turn and leave the conference room, suddenly a voice came from behind, ”Wait a minute!”

Lin Qingci immediately stopped and slowly turned around, ”What’s wrong?”

Zhang Jingdong approached her calmly and extended his hand toward her.

”From now on, we’re going to fight side by side. Here’s to a happy collaboration and achieving our dreams soon!”

Lin Qingci didn’t suspect anything, as Zhang Jingdong’s expression was perfectly normal, and his words seemed without issue.

So she paused for a moment and then reached out to shake hands with him.

”I believe we will succeed!”

The two locked eyes, both feeling excited and joyful.

Half a minute later, when Zhang Jingdong still hadn’t let go, Lin Qingci began to realize and tried to pull her hand back from his grip.

But she found she couldn’t break free.

She glared at Zhang Jingdong, ”Let me go!”

Zhang Jingdong, of course, didn’t let go, his eyes intense, ”Are you still going to get mad at me because of some women from now on?”

”I...” Lin Qingci’s face instantly turned red with embarrassment, ”I already told you, I’m not mad because of women. I’m mad because you let them interfere with work!”

”So, does that mean... you’ve accepted the fact that I have other women?”

Lin Qingci first looked stunned, then realized what Zhang Jingdong meant.

She immediately retorted, ”What... what are you saying? Your other women have nothing to do with me!”

”Besides, Jieyu doesn’t care about you, so I have even less reason to care!”

Zhang Jingdong smiled meaningfully, ”When you eventually have the right, would you mind this matter?”

”Hey... Zhang Jingdong, don’t even think about it! There’s no way we could ever be!”

”Do you not like men?”

”What do you mean by that?”

”Answer me first.”

”Are you kidding? Of course, I like men! I’m not into girls or anything!”

Zhang Jingdong instantly burst into laughter, ”As long as you like men, then you’ll fall for me someday!”

Lin Qingci responded sourly, ”You’re too full of yourself! Also, let me tell you, I will definitely not fall for you. I hate playboys the most!”

”Then why did you get mad at me because of other women today?”

”Zhang Jingdong, let me say this one last time: I’m not mad because you have other women, but because... mm mm...”

Before she could finish, Zhang Jingdong suddenly leaned in and kissed her.
