Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method

After Rovak finally managed to crawl out of the crater, Garion let the gravity pressure disappear.

Rovak rolled onto his back, breathing heavily, but his grin was still wide. ”Hahaha... damn. That was insane.”

Garion stood beside him with both hands in his pockets. ”You’re tougher than I thought.”

Rovak laughed. ”Of course I am.”

Dahlia crossed her arms nearby. ”You were stuck in the ground like a bug.”

Rovak pointed at her without getting up. ”A very tough bug.”

Giselle nodded seriously. ”Then you are a customer bug.”

Rachel covered her mouth and smiled.

Rovak stared at Giselle for a moment, then burst out laughing again. ”Hahaha! I like this little princess!”

Garion grinned, then his expression became more focused. ”Alright, Rovak. Before I make your training plan, I want to understand your race first.”

Rovak sat up and slapped the dust off his shoulders. ”My race?”

Garion nodded. ”Yeah. Drakhor Race. Tell me about it.”

Rovak’s grin slowly became proud. ”Alright. Our race is the Drakhor Race.”

He tapped one of his dark horns. ”But more accurately, we’re descendants of the cosmic beast, Drakhar.”

Garion tilted his head slightly. ”Drakhar?”

Rovak chuckled. ”As expected. You don’t know.”

Garion shrugged. ”I’m new to the Cosmic Universe. Explain.”

Rovak stood up, stretched his neck, and spoke with obvious pride. ”The Drakhar is an ancient cosmic beast. A real monster. Not some normal space beast or bloodline creature.”

His dark-red eyes shone. ”A fully grown Drakhar can easily crush God Realm beings.”

The moment he said that, everyone became silent.

Garion’s eyes narrowed slightly.

Dahlia’s grin faded a little.

Rachel’s expression also turned serious.

Even Atlas looked at Rovak with mild interest.

Rovak saw their faces and laughed loudly. ”Hahaha! I like that expression!”

Garion rubbed his chin. ”I see. I thought your race was related to dragons because of the horns.”

Rovak grinned. ”A lot of people think that at first.”

Garion looked at him carefully. ”But Drakhar and dragons are different?”

Rovak nodded firmly. ”Different. Dragons have their own bloodline path, elements, inheritance, clan techniques, and all that fancy stuff.”

He slapped his chest proudly. ”Drakhar power is simpler.”

Garion raised an eyebrow. ”Physical strength?”

Rovak’s grin widened. ”Overwhelming physical strength.”

He clenched his fist, and dark-red energy flickered around his arm. ”The Drakhar’s strongest trait is its body. Strength, endurance, recovery, explosive force, and battle instinct. That’s why our Drakhor Race inherited insane physical potential.”

Dahlia nodded slowly. ”So that’s why you get stronger when injured.”

”Exactly,” Rovak said. ”Our power is based on the body. Berserking, war blood, injury amplification, bone density, muscle pressure, recovery speed, all of it comes from physical foundation.”

Garion’s eyes lit up.

Rovak continued, ”Some races focus on energy control. Some focus on soul power. Some focus on bloodline techniques.”

He pointed at himself. ”We Drakhor fight with our bodies.”

Garion’s grin slowly widened. ”I see.”

He looked at Rovak like he had just found a perfect test subject. ”No wonder you came here.”

Rovak blinked. ”What do you mean?”

Garion laughed. ”God Gym’s foundation is physical training.”

Dahlia’s grin returned. ”Yeah. Master basically tortures the body until it becomes stronger.”

Rachel smiled gently. ”Please call it training.”

Garion ignored them and looked directly at Rovak. ”Your race already has an amazing body. That means if we train you properly, your growth should be terrifying.”

Rovak’s eyes burned with excitement. ”That’s what I wanted to hear.”

Garion cracked his knuckles. ”Good.”

His grin became dangerous. ”Then let’s see how much pain a Drakhor body can handle.”

Rovak laughed loudly. ”Hahaha! Bring it on!”

Dahlia looked at him with pity. ”Poor idiot.”

Giselle raised one small hand. ”Customer bug is excited.”

Garion ignored their comments completely.

He turned toward Rovak and grinned. ”Alright. Let me show you some basic training first.”

Rovak’s eyes lit up. ”Basic training?”

Garion nodded. ”Yeah. Nothing too complicated.”

Dahlia immediately took one step back.

Rachel also gently pulled Giselle to the side.

Rovak noticed that and raised an eyebrow. ”Why are they moving away?”

Garion smiled brightly. ”Habit.”

Then he waved one hand.

BOOM!

The ground not far away suddenly shifted.

Several massive metal-like training tools rose from the earth, each one reinforced with Garion’s gravity power and strange cosmic materials he had gathered from the planet.

There were giant weighted bars, stone-black dumbbells, pulling frames, body-resistance chains, gravity sleds, and strange platforms designed for squats, presses, carries, and body control.

Rovak stared at them.

Dahlia crossed her arms. ”Master’s basic training equipment.”

Rovak blinked. ”These are basic?”

Garion nodded proudly. ”Of course.”

He walked toward one enormous barbell resting on a reinforced rack. ”This one is for lifting.”

Rovak grinned and stepped forward. ”Hahaha! Good! I like simple things.”

Garion tapped the bar lightly. ”This one is only a few tons.”

Rovak’s grin widened. ”Only?”

Dahlia muttered, ”He’s going to regret that.”

Rovak grabbed the bar with both hands and pulled.

Nothing happened.

He pulled harder.

CRACK!

The ground beneath his feet split, but the bar barely moved.

Rovak’s eyes widened. ”What the hell?”

Garion stood beside him calmly. ”Careful. Don’t use only brute force.”

Rovak gritted his teeth. His dark-red aura surged, veins bulging across his arms as he finally lifted the bar a little.

But the moment he tried to straighten his posture...

BOOM!

The weight dragged him back down, nearly smashing him into the ground.

Rovak barely stopped himself. ”This thing is heavier than a mountain!”

Garion smiled. ”No. Your control is bad.”

Rovak looked at him. ”Control?”

Garion nodded. ”As expected. Your body is powerful, but the way you use it and train it is barbaric.”

Dahlia laughed. ”Hahaha! He said it.”

Garion pointed at Rovak’s legs, back, shoulders, and breathing. ”You rely too much on raw strength. Your energy bursts are wild, your posture wastes force, your muscles fight each other, and your balance collapses under unfamiliar pressure.”

Rovak slowly lowered the weight, breathing harder than expected.

Garion’s grin widened. ”Let me tell you something, Rovak.”

Rovak looked at him seriously.

Garion tapped his own chest. ”A strong body is only the beginning.”

Then he pointed at the equipment around them. ”God Gym doesn’t just make you stronger.”

His eyes sharpened. ”It teaches your body how to use every bit of strength properly.”

Rovak’s grin slowly returned.

His breathing was heavy, but his eyes burned brighter than ever. ”Good.”

Garion smiled. ”Then again.”

Rovak grabbed the bar.

Garion’s voice became calm and merciless. ”Back straight. Feet stable. Breathe. Don’t explode. Control.”

Rovak roared and lifted again.

This time, the bar moved a little higher.

Dahlia grinned.

Giselle nodded like a tiny supervisor. ”Customer bug has potential.”
