Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 3982: Choices and Consequences! IV

Existence was vast.

Unfathomably, incomprehensibly vast.

The chaos unfolding in the Transcendent Temporal Folds, where Dead Existences emerged from tears in reality itself, was but a single thread in an infinite weaving.

The wonder echoing through Aeternitas Concordia as the Weaver of Existence conducted his trades was merely another note in a symphony that stretched across dimensions without end.

Both events, momentous though they were to those who witnessed them, represented only fractional facets of the unfathomably vast network of weavings that comprised existence itself!

While some beings across the breadth of reality felt tremors of chaos rippling, while others sensed the approach of forces that challenged the nature of what it meant to be alive, there existed countless quintillions of beings within quintillions of Omniverses nested inside Wheels of Existence who continued to live in perfect peace.

They had no idea what was happening beyond their small corners of reality. To them, existence remained stable, predictable, safe.

They loved and laughed and dreamed and died according to patterns that had governed their ancestors for eons, blissfully unaware that the very foundations of order trembled beneath forces too vast for their comprehension!

Then there were those who knew exactly what was happening across the breadth of existence...who understood the magnitude of the chaos, who perceived the approaching storms, and yet still lived in a manner that would be the envy of Living Existences.

Such beings could be found in the Early Veiled Shore.

Here, where golden sands stretched beneath skies of crystalline perfection, the very concept of worry seemed alien and unwelcome.

The Shore had evolved far beyond its original Budding state, transforming into something that approached the mythical gardens spoken of in the Stories of the Earliest Folds.

The sands themselves pulsed with inner radiance, each grain containing within it the compressed essence of advancement itself!

Where Noah’s feet had touched the Shore during his meditations, the sands glowed with deeper intensity, as if they remembered the presence of an Early Creature and sought to honor that memory through perpetual illumination.

Nine ancient trees dotted the landscape with spacing that suggested careful planning rather than random growth.

Their trunks rose toward the sky, the branches that spread from these magnificent giants seemed almost ready to bear fruit...produce that pulsed with its own inner authority!

Between the trees and the golden sands, the radiant white-blue waters of the Early Sacred Waters struck the shores in waves.

Each surge and retreat created music that resonated throughout, the sound of crystalline purity meeting primal earth resounding.

Throughout this paradise, Sacred Totems rose like monuments to impossible achievement!

Each structure blazed with its own unique radiance...cerulean for Infinity, gold for Protagonist, deep purple for Tyranny, their crystalline surfaces reflecting and amplifying the ambient authority until the very air seemed thick with liquid Living Existential Authority.

At the edges of this impossible realm, mist wrapped around the vast Shore itself like protective veils woven from compressed possibility.

Through this barrier, nothing could pass without invitation, a boundary that protected this sanctuary from the chaos that raged across the breadth of existence.

Everything about the Early Veiled Shore spoke to pristine perfection!

It was in this setting of impossible tranquility that Noah opened his eyes and rose from his seated position upon the golden sands.

Ancient pulses of archaic power erupted from his body with each step, waves of authority so concentrated they created visible distortions in the air around him.

The golden sands beneath his feet glowed brighter in response to his movement, while the crystalline waters seemed to lean toward the shore as if drawn by gravitational forces around him!

His bare upper body bore the accumulated markings of his advancement...Early Living Existential Glyphs that pulsed with their own inner radiance.

The continued devouring of nutrients from the compressed Inevitability through the Early Veiled Shore’s mystical processes had caused his power to scale exponentially, each passing moment bringing new heights of capability!

His bearing was becoming explosive in its intensity.

He felt his Resistances coursing through his being like liquid starlight flowing through crystalline channels. The percentage of total collective Resistances had exceeded 1,000%, yet this felt like only the beginning of.

Though he possessed the ability to form his own Resistance, a gift granted by the First part of his Heart of an Early Creature, he waited with patient anticipation.

He wanted a Resistance based not on normal principles or conventional understanding, but upon a Lost Forgotten Principle itself!

Such a foundation would grant him protection that transcended every normal category of defense, making him nearly invulnerable.

But he did not yet possess a shred of a Lost Forgotten Principle. He could not forge a resistance from nothing, could not base ultimate protection upon concepts that remained incomplete within his understanding.

So he waited, and continued walking across the glorious sands with steps that left glowing impressions in his wake.

At this moment, his collective power had crossed 450 million in both Complexity and Purity Quotients...achievements that placed him firmly within the beginning tides of the Early Throne Ascendancy Realm of his own exclusive progression.

Yet even now, he refrained from using his accumulated CQ and PQ to form an Eminent Early Living Existential Glyph. The temptation was considerable...such power would grant him capabilities that could challenge Living Existences, but he waited.

He was saving his resources for a single, glorious expenditure...the formation of a Kleos Glyph!

Because Kleos was truly astonishing in ways that Eminent could never match, representing perfection of concept given form and purpose.

His feet came to a stop before a figure that commanded attention through sheer presence alone.

Moiraine sat upon the vibrant sands in meditative stillness, yet every line of her form spoke to barely contained majesty!

Nine winged halos rotated around her head with subtle movements.

Yet even these marvels paled beside the true testament to her advancement.

In addition to the more than 400 Eminent Early Living Existential Glyphs of Paradox that adorned her form like constellations of compressed authority, she now bore ten Kleos Glyphs of Paradoxical Genesis across her body.

Ten!

These ultimate expressions of power appeared as tribal tattoos that made her look simultaneously wild and royal, primal and refined. Each Kleos Glyph was a masterwork of existential artistry.

They blazed with authority that made the surrounding air tremble.

The first Glyph spiraled around her left arm like a serpent of compressed paradox, its coils containing within them the essence of contradiction itself. The second traced patterns across her shoulder blades that resembled wings made from crystallized impossibility, while the third created a crown of authority around her brow that spoke to dominion over forces that defied comprehension.

Each marking told its own story of transcendence, yet together they formed a symphony of power!

They made her appear as something that had stepped from the earliest epochs of existence, when power flowed according to principles that current reality had forgotten.

Her eyes opened as Noah approached, revealing orbs that blazed with the accumulated light of paradox refined into perfect harmony. When she looked at him, her gaze carried warmth wrapped in respect, affection disguised as formality.

”I have ten formed,” she said, ”and I can-”

Before she could continue, Noah raised his hand with a gesture that carried the weight of absolute command.

”Save them all for now,” he said, ”as it seems you will need all the power you can gather for your first outing.”

The words struck Moiraine with the force of revelation, her eyes widening as understanding bloomed within her consciousness!

She rose from her meditative position with fluid grace, her movements causing the Kleos Glyphs to pulse with synchronized brilliance as anticipation flooded through her being.

Would he finally have her make a move? Would she at last be permitted to demonstrate the full extent of her accumulated power? Who would he have her eliminate? Paradoxes who had dared to oppose him? Origins who had failed to show proper respect?

Her eyes shone with enthusiasm that bordered on bloodlust as she awaited his command!
