Chapter 2749 The True Emperor of Quintessence Gazes at the Senatus! II

2749 The True Emperor of Quintessence Gazes at the Senatus! II

Within a secretive domain in the Nether Haven of Andromeda.

Auroras of the Hyperversal Extremity Authority of Andromeda flowed along with trace tendrils of Vitalis Hyperversal Authority within this enclosed domains, 81 Thrones that gazed at each other floating in space as 80 Entities at the Fourth Gradation of Extremity and one Entity at the Fifth Gradation of Extremity had their auras burning brightly on these thrones!

At this moment, one of the thrones designated for the Sima Clan buzzed as the voice of Melchior emanated out.

[I hate to interrupt, but the Entity Noah Osmont that was called upon by the Senatus can appear before us now if we wish to address some of the prior issues.]

[Oh?]

The buzzing and authoritative voice of the Rhetorician of the Senatus rang out as his throne pulsed with golden light, his grand stature raising his right hand as the Chambers became quiet, and he nodded towards Melchior.

HUM!

Crimson Hyperversal Havenly Extremity Rune Scriptures flickered from beneath his throne as a light shone from it- a light that then shot out towards the center of the Senatus of Extremity as a crack in space bloomed!

And from this crack, a unique aura stepped out.

Bathed with brilliance, the illusory form of the True Emperor of Quintessence stepped out of the spatial crack as he entered into a restricted space that very few Entities ever had the honor to gaze upon.

He stepped into the Chambers of the Senatus of Extremity as the moment he did so, the crack he came from dimmed as many eyes and Wills locked onto him!

And his gaze was of utmost brightness as his Will also spread out to observe everything around him.

The aura of powerful entities at the Fourth Gradation of Extremity was maddening to feel, and yet his soul didnʼt buckle under the pressure as his head remained high, the voice of the Entity who had aided in utilizing their authority speaking out with his arrival.

[I present the one that has named himself the True Emperor of Quintessence, Noah Osmont.]

The voice of the Old Man from the Sima Clan rang out resonantly as thereafter, he smiled lightly while gazing at Noah and continuing.

[Noah Osmont, you stand before the Senatus of Extremity, consisting of the representatives of the Seven Clans and Major Inheritances within our Nether Havens of Extremity. The issues that brought you here today deal with your conflict with the Avernus Clan, as well as the Infernal Havenly Commerce and any knowledge you can shed on their Blood Sources.]

…!

The Sima Clan Ancestor took the time to introduce the issue as the wills of extremely powerful beings swirled around Noah, with his Eyes of Extremity that were bathed with his Extremity Soul watching all 81 Senatus Members here closely as he learned of their names and identities.

Each of them emanated waves of tremendous power as they were all entities he couldnʼt even injure or touch at this moment, with the Golden haired Titan of a being sitting on the largest throne giving Noah the feeling of most danger as he felt like this being could reach him in the span of an instant!

Were anything to happen here, his guard was up for this Entity the most as he couldnʼt allow them to even get near him. For this, he had the simple means of dissipating this trace of Soul as none of his records would ever come close to being traced.

His gaze moved on from the most powerful Entity here as he continued to gaze around.

A moment later, his eyes showed a trace of surprise as he turned around to stare at a distant throne behind him where a figure shrouded in a dark light could be seen.

The identity of this being was particularly unique as towards them, Noah smiled devilishly.

[Ancestor Renee](Possessed):: An Entity on the Fourth Gradation of Extremity who has been possessed by a Vacuous Hyperversal Extremity. She stems from the Holy Church Aeonic Inheritance of Extremity as she was exposed to the trace soul of a Vacuous Entity at the Fifth Gradation of Extremity during an important ritual…

An Entity with history and information appeared before him as Noah smiled towards them, the eyes and gaze of this being swirling with a trace of shock as they wondered why he was staring their way!

But he didnʼt linger on this being for too long as he turned back towards the myriad of other thrones here, glancing at them as he came to lock onto the throne that held none other than Seer Amestris.

The Seer of Avernus.

Seeing this entity with her throne wrapped in purple flames, he smiled while waving his hands towards her throne.

…!

An action that raised brows as it showed the utter lack of respect since these beings were still supposed to be enemies at this point!

The eyes of the Rhetorician of the Senatus rose as his face remained placid, his hands waving at this moment as a throne beside him took a spotlight- revealing a woman adorned in a sleek black power suit with gorgeous golden hair and a pair of glasses that buzzed with the authority of an Armament of Extremity.

She was the Speaker of the Senatus who took the lead on behalf of the Rhetorician of the Senatus when common matters were being dealt with!

She emanated pristine grace and beauty as she pushed up the glasses on the bridge of her nose while speaking out, the authority of a Tier 4 Hyperversal Extremity pulsing from her.

[Noah Osmont. The Chambers of the Senatus of Extremity are a sacred place of power. This is your first time here, so-]

”One second.”

She had begun to speak, yet her words were interrupted as Noah stopped gazing around.

The eyes of the Speaker of the Senatus turned sharp as she and all others watched Noahʼs illusory figure snap his fingers, the space behind him beginning to buzz as a grand multicolored illusory throne bloomed into existence!

Adorned in illustrious runic etchings and cerulean lemniscate symbols, it looks like a throne rising up in the form of a resplendent multicolored mountain as only after it was enacted…did Noahʼs illusory figure sit atop it with majesty!

[...]

The action drew many sharp gazes as Noahʼs figure sat on his illusory True Throne of Quintessence unabashedly, a flaming multicolored crown appearing above his head as after he was seated, his voice rang out.

”You all were seated in your high thrones as it just didnʼt feel right for me to not be on mine. Now, you were saying?”

WAA!

A low yet resonant melody of tension and valor began to play in the background.

Imperceptible. Barely discernible. But it was the beginning of a symphony nonetheless!

The immensely powerful entities in these Chambers watched such a scene with shining eyes as no clamor erupted.

The eyes of the Speaker only became sharper as her glasses shimmered with brilliance while she continued.

[The Senatus of Extremity has manner and decorum. When given the space to speak, one speaks. Otherwise, all others listen. One of the issues at hand that brought you here is one that questions your connection to the Infernal Havenly Commerce stemming from the Supernal Havens of Extremity. That…

is a major reason for your wanton act just now to be allowed. Not because of you…but because of the power that stands behind you. Going forward, be mindful of this.]

…!

They could all be his trace of soul wasnʼt surrounded by any Extremity Rune Scriptures.

Truly, this being before them had yet to even achieve Extremity!

And for him to talk to them and address them as if they were peers?

When they were so advanced on the Gradations of Extremity and even Tier 3 Entities gazed at them with awe and respect? No others said this loudly, but the majority of Entities here expected such a form of respect towards them!

”Oh?”

Her words caused Noah to release a dazzling smile as the Speaker only gazed at him calmly before continuing.

[Yes. But the first and connected issue to address is one with the Avernus Clan. Senatus Member Amestris, go ahead.]

Her words were directed to none other than the Seer of Avernus, the throne of this being lighting up with authority as the purple flames around her throne parted to reveal her astonishing figure.

Her voice was succinct as she stared at Noah while speaking.

[Your conflict with the Avernus Clan began due to a lower-level Extremity belonging to our Clan and was escalated up from there. The Avernus Clan admits fault in this as the ones responsible will be punished, with the Senatus of Extremity bearing witness now to bring an end to this conflict. Whether it is you and the power behind you, or the Avernus Clan…none of us benefit from continued chaos and death. For the good of the Seven Havens, this conflict- this War…must end.]

For the good of the Seven Havens.

These words rang out resonantly as when he heard them, Noahʼs smile only became brighter as his gaze moved from Seer Amestris and towards the Speaker of the Senatus who stared back at him calmly as if waiting for his reply!

And his reply…

”Oh, am I allowed to speak now?”

…!

His reply was a taunting one.

Many wills buzzed silently once more as the eyes of the Speaker became ever sharper while speaking out the next set of words with blazing authority.

[You may speak.]

”Marvelous” Noah clapped his hands lightly at her words as he continued, ”Iʼm oh so happy to be allowed to address the great Senatus of Extremity in these trying times, and I want to start…with a question.”

WAA!

As he spoke, the mocking smile faded from his face as while seated on the throne of Quintessence, his figure emanated glory and stoicism while he continued!

”Days ago, the Avernus Clan took a shit on the Investiture of Extremity, attacking and massacring members of the Cult of Endless Shadows in the Haven of Penumbra as trillions of Lifeforms below the stage of Extremity were eradicated, multiple Extremities were killed, and an Armament of Extremity was blatantly stolen. The members of the Cult of Endless Shadows then raised their hands to the great Senatus of Extremity and called upon your endless power to rectify this matter…and yet were only met with silence as I donʼt recall hearing any Avernus Members questioned or brought to account.”

Quintessence pulsed from his throne as tyranny began to swirl in his eyes!

”Now, the Avernus Clan speaks once after feeling the beginnings of their own destruction as moments after, the respected parties are all brought together as the Senatus of Extremity…addressed this particular issue very quickly! So I came to wonder…just how exactly does the Senatus of Extremity enforce its governance? How does it pick and choose which rules to enforce, and why did the woes of the Avernus Clan get a hearing so quickly when the woes of the Cult of Endless Shadows were never even addressed?”

BOOM!

Authority began to build up.

The True Emperor of Quintessence spoke with majesty as his voice rang out across the Chambers of the Senatus of Extremity!
